Thank God for Lyft or I would still be waiting 7 hours later, why run a taxi service if youre not open on weekend nights?

I have used Yata for the past few months,I have found the to be respectful every time .. the past month Ive faced health issue and the people of Yata have done everything they could to accommodate my condition.

What is the point in having a taxi service that does not answer the phone?
