Had a scheduled appointment for 4:00pm I arrived at 4:01pm Im pulling into the parking lot as they call me to tell me they have to reschedule because someone else came in. I drove 30 minutes to come here after seeing good reviews. I asked them when I could reschedule and they told me not untill NEXT WEEK. They lost both me and my fiances business today.

Very unprofessional establishment Ive seen better quality from a great clips. The employees were not wearing mask. Disgusting

The ladies are professionals and if you dont know what you want they will make suggestions but if you know what you want and arent exactly sure, they will make sure you look FAB when you leave. Didnt listen to me regarding the haircut I wanted and they messed up and I left and went and shaved my head because I didnt want them to touch my hair anymore

Came in from Atlanta for a few days and needed a quick haircut. Elizabeth listened well and made sure she was conservative in the amount she was taking off before cutting more. The cut was fantastic, better than I had hoped, and she did the perfect job trimming my bangs and angling the cut to give it movement. Highly recommended!

Every time I go in the salon it’s always very clean. The atmosphere is really nice and I always get the best service. The women are always very nice! They do a great job on my hair never disappointed!

All of the people there are attentive, friendly and helpful. Erika does great color, cuts and styles. My favorite thing is that she will ask questions and offer suggestions every time to make sure of what I want.

I went here for the first time. I was in town for a short amount of time and I needed haircut bad. My stylist warmly greeted me. Such an angel! She explained to me every step of the wash, hair cut and styling. I was so happy with my results. Everyone in Brookhaven please go here!!
