I highly recommend C&W wood floors! Ive had three major areas of my house worked on over the past months by Craig and his crew. A large bedroom and hall; a living room, den, and hallway; And just this week my dining room and kitchen. All the floors are absolutely gorgeous! Craig is an excellent craftsman (beyond regular sanding and refinishing, he also replaced areas of the floors that have been damaged as well as rebuilt a few thresholds. The results were fantastic!). Ive been especially impressed with his communication and timeliness of service. Even over a stretch of time when he and his family were dealing with the pandemic he stayed in constant communication and was back on the job as quickly as possible while still being responsibly safe! His rates are more than reasonable, his work ethic is fantastic, and the results are beautiful. My experience with C & W and Craig was excellent. He was super thorough and--in addition to his sanding and staining--he did an amazing repair job (replacement) to some rotted-out floorboards on the backdoor landing. I couldnt be happier: the steps look SO good. In discussing his work, after I asked him how did this or that so well and efficiently, I learned that he has been doing this for over 30 years. Dude is a pro! And I found him to be super amiable and accommodating, and FAST, as far as I can tell. Additionally, he answered all of my questions and when me and my wife were uncertain about the stain he helped us think through the process and make a good choice given our sensibilities. L. O. V. E. IT! Well be reaching out to Craig again to have our upper flat sanded and stained.

Craig was flexible and accommodating with our schedule (we had to reschedule when my husband tested + for Covid) Craig was very professional in working with us, was timely, did a great job on the hardwood floor, cleaned up completely afterwards, and gave us a fair price. We would recommend his business!

Worst experience in my life. I usually never leave reviews but I have to do that other people don’t go through what I went through. Never showed up. Then messed up my floors so bad I had to replace 10sq/ft. Costed me THOUSANDS. He refused to pay for it. DO NOT GO THROUGH HIM

We could not be more impressed with the work C&W Wood Floors did to transform our home! After years of wear from previous owners and our own children and dog, a refinish was in order. Craig did an outstanding job turning our floors that screamed of needing care into what looks like a new floor install. We couldnt be happier! Thank you, C&W!
