Jenna S. is an amazing stylist. A true hair artist. I have crazy, unruly and very curly hair that is difficult to work with for many stylists. It had been a few years since my last hair cut and I recently tried to cut it myself because I am never satisfied when I leave the salon. This time I was actually happy when I left and my hair looks amazing!! She salvaged my hack job and turned it into the exact style I was hoping for, perfect blend of edgy and cute. Absolutely love it. I would recommend this stylist to anyone in general, but especially if you have curly hair. Everyone at the salon is very nice and I will only be going to this salon or wherever Jenna S.

The stylist I see is great. She always gets the length correct for each season. Somewhat easy to get a convenient time slot.

I go to melanie for hair coloring and she’s absolutely wonderful. honest and real about what’s feasible for my type of hair and what she is willing to do and why. not to mention great chit chat. every time i go to her i am so happy with the results. she sticks out the best and i don’t want anyone else to help me out besides her.

Operating hours on website and building state they should be open, but they are closed. Nothing listed to indicate they are closed for any particular reason.

All the staff were beyond awesome! Very friendly very clean. I walked in knowing I wanted 3 different colors highlighted into my hair but beyond that I was clueless. Im horrible with names (sorry) but the stylist spent time talking to me and understanding the reasons I had for what I wanted and when I gave her creative license I was confident I wouldnt regret it. I went from HATEING my hair to LOVING it!. I walked out feeling gorgeous! Thank you again! Wish I knew how to add a picture because I am beyond proud to show off my new look.

Very good am pleased with my hair cut

Just went today (6/16/20) post COVID, this place is not what it use to be. They expect you to wear a mask while getting your hair shampooed and cut. My neck has a few cuts from the clippers, and the top is not even. Also they removed the sign that showed prices and increased a mans haircut to $20. In general you can get a far superior experience for the same amount of money. Wouldnt recommend trying this place.

Julie was really awesome and this was the first haircut I received since before COVID. Very happy with the results. Long thick wavy hair transformed to a shoulder length layered summer cut.

I have always gone with Tammey to get my hair cut and I just tell her that she is free to do whatever she thinks will look good on me and she works her magic. I have never left unhappy or disappointed.

I got a perm for the first time and I love it and my hair became healthier then before. I was told by other salons they didnt want to give me a perm. My stylist took her time and was very kind cant wait to make my next appointment.

Jenna is awesome! Have been searching for a stylist since we moved to the area 2 years ago and finally found Jenna at Fantastic Sams after trying numerous high end salons in the area. Cut, color, highlights, Jenna knows what she’s doing, highly recommend!

Ive never had a bad haircut or highlight there. I go to Jenna at the Brookfield location and shes the best. Tammey is my second choice, also very good.

Tammey does a great job, and and the services have always been top notch and affordable. I do wish that they would not have started accepting online reservations. If they are doing that, they might as well start taking appointments.

I went in for a perm and paid 124 for it and they usually come out curly but mine came out straight like my normal hair and my ends are fried I sat there for 3 hours for nothing I don’t recommend.

Quick convenient haircuts. Friendly enough staff. Consistency in quality can be a hit or miss depending on the day. Tuesdays come at a discount, but the quantity in a dsy impacts the qualitySunday hours are 11am to 4pm, not 10am as Google indicates

They did a really good job on my hair, but the problem is that at the beginning I told them upfront that I just wanted a trim and some layering and services were added without my knowledge. I went up to the counter and was billed twice as much as I thought it was going to be. My fiance an I were there for nearly two hours for just haircuts because there were only two employees on a Friday afternoon.

Worst salon ever! don’t get your hair dyed there. I went from blonde to brunette and there were still pieces of blonde! all choppy not consistent color. I don’t recommend going there

Cassidy & Debbie...tell me, hair so damaged....$120.00 worst hair color ever! I wanted light brown, I got. BILLY IDOL. Went back next day, please darken.. I get Debbie, sorry no better.
