Never called me back.Called talked to receptionist. Indicated could be there that day to shred my docs. Person told me someone needed to call me back.Sorry.

I would highly recommend Strongbox for anyone looking for document destruction. They assisted with my office purge and they had great customer service, responded quickly, were reasonably priced and were able to handle our large load. Family owned business and was happy to support local and greatly appreciate their efforts.

You watch the process on video camera.They are professional and highly personable. I have already recommended them to numerous people given my extremely positive experience.

The service was quick, efficient economical. They came and shredded 6 boxes of records in 10 min time. I was able to watch the shredded from my driveway. I recommend this company to anyone looking for data destruction.

Strongbox is awesome! I had some old tax records I needed shredded. Seeing that these were very sensitive documents, it was important that I be able to watch them get destroyed. I called Strongbox and within a day I was able to get my documents shredded. I watched the whole process; it was pretty cool. I had called another local company and they said I could drop them off, but could not guarantee that I would be able to watch them get destroyed.If it is important for you to be able to watch your documents get shredded in front of you, I would highly recommend Strongbox. They are very professional and courteous.

My biggest point of appreciation for Larss work is his clear passion for customer service, and how seriously he takes the privacy industry.Lars told me about the capacities for his mobile paper shredder, both storage and processing speed, and there is no reason that a business, university, school, or government agency should consider anyone else for the job.The screen on the side of the van was displayed to me enthusiastically as I saw all of my sensitive information turned into pulp.I asked what that pulp would be used for, and Lars responded without hesitation, Tissue paper -- its 100% recyclable.Efficiency.Accommodation.Punctuality.Education.Environmentalism.Affordability.And an authentic, affable manner.What is there to question?If you are reading this, and you are unsure as to whether or not you want to give Strongbox Document and Data Destruction a try -- I would encourage you to give it a shot.Lars is a stand up guy.

When I called Strongbox I did not get a recording, I spoke to a live person. They gave me a quote to shred 5 paper boxes of documents- Great price. The guy (I believe his name was Lars) that came to our house to shred was on-time and very professional. I was able to watch my documents being shredded. It took 5 Minutes. Was having issues with another shredding company giving us the run around and was put into a time crunch with a rented truck. The owner of the company personally came out on a Saturday to shred for us. Will certainly use again in the future and recommend to others.

I dont know if these guys are any good or not. Why would you have an answering machine saying they will call you right back, and then never call? I left 3 messages over the course of a week. No one ever called.

Great service. On time, smooth transaction, accommodated my schedule. Im a residential customer. Ill use these guys each year I purge the file cabinet. Painless and cheaper than buying and then breaking a crappy home shredder each year.

I began researching document disposal companies after multiple customer service issues at Shred-It, including missed or severely late pickups, difficult communications with Accounting/Billing Departments, and regularly increasing charges and surcharges. Strongbox is a dream. They charge about half of Shred-It’s cost, and I get courteous, prompt service to boot. I love that I receive a Certificate of Destruction for onsite shredding (no confidentiality concerns!) We even scheduled a special onsite purge where the Strongbox crew disposed of 450 banker boxes full of old paper. I would recommend Strongbox to a company of any size for reasonable cost and excellent, secured service.

I had issues with a similar company in the past they came and picked up the files and they were very sensitive documents then they left with them telling me they would be shredded later! This is unacceptable! I called Strongbox and I explained the issue to a man I will never forget his name it was Lars (Hope I spelled this correctly).
