They were extremely late, then sent extra help without explaining they were gonna charge extra for the help!! One appeared to be high on drugs and not coherent! Very sweaty and disgusting!! They damaged items and never had anyone from their claims department call me!! However they harassed me for payment and would not leave my house til a payment was made!! This place is a joke and will never use again!!! Definitely wont recommend them!!👎🏽👎🏽

They used the wrong size truck. The truck was smaller than the size that they said would work best. Quoted 4 hours, and took them 8. Had to pay WAY over the estimate price given. Paid $900 over the quote price. Multiple items were lost. Filed a claim, and have been dealing with this claim for about 3 months. Have NOT talked to a claims specialist. Got a settlement quote for $150. Items lost was well over $600. Always deal with the same person on the phone, who basically blows me off. Have recieved the same quote email (word for word) on only 2 occasions, and that was after I called. Everytime I call it takes over 15minutes for someone to answer. If they even decide to answer. Probably going to have to get my lawyer involed, and take them to court. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I moved with these great movers I was cancel by other movers, and they show up same day services. The team was stellar! I would give them 100 Stars for there respect to my furniture and with a good enjoyable experience. I moved from Waukesha to Brookfield, Wi. My family that was there gave them a big Thumbs Up!

Fast responsive time for a quick delivery to my home in Brookfield to Elm Grove. They where uniform and very professional for delivery service.

Guys were nice, got everything moved and in good condition. The start time was a couple hours late and what was figured to be a 2 to 3 hour move turned out to be nearly 5 hours. Which was much more costly. Went from 1 bdrm upper to a 2 bdrm upper, MKE to Tosa. Plus there were 3 men vs 2.

Scheduling these guys to pack my pod was a nightmare. The gentleman I spoke with at the end of one of the days said he would contact me right away the next morning. However it was either ended up contacting him only to find out that they still were unable to confirm whether or not the people were supposed to come to my house could actually make it. I called back a couple hours after that without any answer leaving a second voicemail for the day trying to confirm that someone was coming tomorrow to pack my pod.So far it has been an unsuccessful interaction.If you need anything done on any kind of a time frame I wouldn’t waste your time using these guys.

Keith and John did a great job. We had four stops to drop off various items as we cleaned out my moms apartment after her death. They were respectful, courteous, and efficient. It was a quality job done at a fair price. I would use Speedymen again.

I have never left a bad review on any company before. 100% do NOT throw your money away hiring this company. I used them to unload a uhaul, they did not arrive at the scheduled time. I confirmed my time window multiple times with the company and yet they did not respect it. The movers were kind, but they did damage my furniture and leave a hole in the wall. After calling 3 times and leaving voicemails, I finally got through to someone to ask how to file a claim. I sent the claim in with no confirmation or response. I called again a few days later and they said on Wednesday (today) they would call me back with a claim’s specialist. No call back, no response. I called them today and was told to call instead tomorrow.At this point, I wish I hired someone off Craigslist. It’s as if they think I’m just going to forget about the damages and the claim if they just don’t get back to me. Terrible customer service.

Never use this company!!!! They gave me a quote and charged my card for a deposit and never called to say they would be late! They never came!!!!!! I packed my home up and now they are saying they can’t come horrible customer service no manager or owner to call will be calling the better business bureaus!

Horrible experience with Speedy Man movers, unprofessional workers, took them one hour to move the refrigerator out, then the refrigerator doesnt work after powered on. The mover did not cover the leather sofa so the leather got scratched, and the wood floor got deep scratches too... we called Jay many times, all he did is to schedule the GE technician to our home, he said Speedy man will pay for the service, but no response after we sent him the GE invoice, GE technician confirmed that the mover wired the door back oppositely and the issue was caused by the movers! I rarely write reviews but this time I hope the review can help other home owners make their choices wisely. I would not want to give any star if it allows.

I had to put this right here. My family was moving at the last minute and they show up on time and was very professional. The movers was great and there was no issues. They wrap my stuff and plastic wrap as well. I had Quentin & Terry.

Dont hire this guy unless you want your furniture damaged with no recourse. They were a little cheaper than the next company but on the day of moving the guys who showed up didnt know what they were doing. Their dolly was broken and they proceeded to drag over $6k in office furniture across my garage floor destroying it. In the ensuing claim that wouldve maybe netted us $300, the owner Jay hedged, delayed and flat out lied to me and my wife time and again. We hired a different company since who had hired a former employee. If half of what he told us is true, they arent just negligent but criminal. Nearly a year later and we still havent received any compensation or resolution. STAY AWAY! Zero stars; super sketchy.

This is the second time that I have used Speedymen to move my daughter. The price is very reasonable, and the movers have been wonderful to work with. We have had Quentin on the moving team both times. He is such a hard worker and very professional!! This o=move we also had Tim and Jahmaal. They were both very hard working and professional as well. Quentin was sure to keep the team moving and the move completely in the time frame that was given.If I even need another moving team I will be sure to request Quentin as the team lead!!

Please choose any other mover for your move. Unprofessional, inconsiderate towards people belongings. They said they couldnt move any glass! Thats part of the job of moving. Things were broken. They took a break in the middle of my move.. Not to mention they were already 4 hours late to arrive at the beginning. Just, never again. Ill hire homeless people before hiring these movers again. My experience with SpeedyMen was horrible. The owner Jay was very rude and unprofessional. I originally was quoted two men for two hours when the movers arrived it was three movers. Which was fine because It was later in the day, I wasnt aware that I was begin charge for a men when I only requested two. Once the move was halfway over I was informed that my price has increased because I had an three mover (which I didnt request). I went back and forth with Jay he was rude, unprofessional and couldnt explain why I wasnt notified in the beginning of the move. On top of rude service my stove has a big bent on the side and my tv stand was cracked in so many places. I wouldnt recommend this company to move my dog cage. I will never use SpeedyMen again.

When I called to confirm the day of, customer service told me that the movers would arrive by 3. When they didn’t show, I called customer service for over an hour straight with no answer. Spend the extra $100 and save your sanity and go with someone else.

ATTN: Please spend the extra money to hire professionals! I had thee most horrible experience with this company. Movers were ok, but didnt wrap certain things that I requested to be wrapped, and tracked mud in my house. After my things were moved to the new location, I had to wait 45 mins for them to finalize my payment. Mover waited in my home while his manager couldnt be reached. WEEKS later I spoke with Van I. for some resolve - he initially refused to give his name and has not gotten back to me as he promised. I would NEVER go through them again.

Exactly a year ago they never showed up. Just got a phonecall saying the truck broke. Pos company. Buyer beware

On the day of our scheduled move Speedymen did not even show up. After finally getting ahold of someone in the office after many calls and over an hour of calling, they told us that they cancelled our move because of truck issues. This was never communicated to us. We ended up calling a different moving company because we needed to be out of our apartment by 12pm. I have since been trying to get in contact with their office to get our deposit back because they failed to provide a service. Ive called multiple times and each time (when I actually get ahold of someone) they say that theyll call me back. They have never called me back.
