Would not use again or recommend.We ordered a red/white striped tent for a red/white themed BBQ party we were having. The tent that was delivered was green/white. Not the end of the world, but when youre paying several hundred dollars, I feel like you should get what you asked for/expected. The photo we were exchanging was red/white, the content on the website said red & white striped tent, (from website: Nothing Says Party Like A Red And White Striped TentOne of the most popular choices for parties and events is the red and white striped party tent. This color of tent was, and still is, commonly used by circuses throughout the United States and instantly communicates that something fun is going on inside.) but... a green and white tent showed up. When I reached out to her, she said I never specifically said I wanted red and white and offered by a $25 coupon for future use (Im not really sure what you can rent for $25). When I responded with further explanation of why I was disappointed and why I was under the impression we were getting a red/white tent, she never responded. Then, they were supposed to pick-up some time on Monday, so we made sure someone was around in case they had any questions. They didnt come. No email or call to notify us they wouldnt be coming. I emailed Monday night asking when they would be coming. Again, no response, a crew just showed up the next morning and charged my card for the balance due.I will say that the set-up crew was AWESOME, very nice, friendly, and hardworking but the customer service and communication from the sales team seems to be strongly lacking. Would not use again or recommend.

I was so amazed at how well the tent stay heated during the November event .I loved the service I received . Had an issue with the heat flow , but the team came out right away to fix it . Great idea during the pandemic time .Thank you . We had a great time .

The woman on the phone was very rude and verbally aggressive. Barely let me speak at all and was not helpful.

The woman that answered the phone at the Brookfield location was incredibly rude. She was not helpful at all and very critical of my event plans. She seemed very inconvenienced by my questions regarding the products that I was interested in renting. Very disappointed.

Great place to help with rental decorations for our wedding! Deb worked with us to answer any and all questions we had! I would recommend to anyone that needs party rental supplies, decor and tents!!

I tried to get their early on the day before my event they had what I needed right away which I hadnt reserved.. very inexpensive..they helped me load and not a lot of hassle and paper work.. the experience was Great!!! Ill be doing all my future events through them..

I was in a time crunch to rent a tent for an event and Deb did everything in her power to find me one. She and her staff were easy to work with, quick setup and take down of the tent, and cost effective compared to other companies. Will definitely work with them again!

This is THE party palace in the Brookfield and Milwaukee areas.Equipment is in good order, the staff friendly, knowledgeable and competent.Pricing is very reasonable and affordable.The owner is a community minded entrepreneur who has helped me with different community projects for several years now, such as supplying tents & chairs/tables for The Gilbert Brown All Star Football Camp in Milwaukee, all at no charge.A great guy running a good business with good employees.

I am very pleased with this company and recommend them for anyone who is looking for efficient, flexible, and kind service. We rented a tent, chairs, and tables for our wedding- all of which came in great condition and made for a beautiful wedding. We were able to make adjustments to the number of tables until a couple days before the drop off and when picking up they were able to work with their schedule and other customers to pick up the tent on Monday instead of Tuesday (which became a dire need for us). This is a company I trust and am very thankful they treated me with respect and were willing to work with myself and my husband to make the wedding, before and after, perfect. Thank you!!!

Rented a patio heater, only to find out they forgot to pack the legs in the case. I called about the problem and had to send someone back to pickup the legs. Service was poor and did nothing to make up for my trouble. Equipment was banged up and in poor shape. I wont rent anything here in the future.
