I met with Kathy to address the issues of finding good shoes for me because of my high arches. She was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.

They have a good selection of shoes, but I have had problems with them getting the modification correct even though it has a note posted in my account. They have to send the shoes back to their lab to correct the mistake. The office staff was very rude no apology just a youll have to go back in line and wait for the lab with no consideration for their mistake. Another 2 weeks or more.

Jeremy and Dennis are great. My custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis are well made and came in pretty quick (2 weeks). Best part is that my insurance paid for them all 100% and all orthotic adjustments are free appointments. They are very committed to customer satisfaction.

7/21/16 I brought my foot brace to be stetched to accommodate slight changes where it was rubbing my foot. Paul did stretch it and I paid the $30 charge as he stated.Today 7/28/16 I. Had an sppointment with Paul because the adjustment he made 1 week ago wasnt sufficient and I could not wear it.He took it in the back and heated the same brace in the same place to try (?) to fix it.HORRER: when I went up front they confirmed with Paul that he was charging another $30 for todays adjustment! This is definately a double dip on NPSs part!!!!!!! BEWARE!!
