Positive: I loved how it was so convenient to a lot of places to shop and eat. The hotel was very clean. My room was nice, clean, and cozy. I will definitely stay again next time!!! Negative: My only con was having to come all the way to the lobby to use the microwave. Would be nice to have a fridge and microwave in room.

Positive: good location. lots of restaurants, shopping in area. 20-30 minutes from downtown. room had small refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. hotel provided coffee 24/7. staff wore masks at all times though they didnt bother folks who didnt. Negative: restaurant/bar not open. not their fault.

Positive: Location was good. The place is clean and well maintained. The HVAC systems worked well. The grounds are well maintained. Negative: There was virtually nothing in the pantry area for sale. I worked from the room all day on FRI there was literally no selection in the pantry aside from 2 ham and cheese hot pockets and some dried soup bowls. I had a hot pocket and it was terrible. Old.

A very nice low key hotel located in Brookfield. The hotel is a little hard to find at first since there is no big sign. The hotel is very nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms good size

Positive: The location and the ¿decor¿. I loved the curved sleeper sofa and body pillow. The sheets and pillows were about as expected. I appreciated the free premium movie channels and the deluxe shower head. Better water pressure would have made it awesome. Negative: Better coffee in the room (it was awful) when there is no room service. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was still closed but I understand.

Positive: Love the couch in room ! It gives a nice option than a bed to sit on. Lobby is clean and check in was good. Negative: The air unit was dusty and when I opened the fridge there was whipped cream. (Ewww !!!!!)

Positive: Great value for the cost. However I would not pay any higher price for this location. Negative: No breakfast and hot tub wasn¿t operational. This should be disclosed prior to booking.

Positive: It was nicely decorated in a contemporary style. The staff was very friendly and their was a large table to set all our overnight bags on. Negative: Pool was small and hot tub out of order. No free breakfast and restraint wasnt operating. Also no fan in the bathroom and sink was outside the bathroom. They also only have us 3 bath towels for 4 guests.

The hot tub is drained (can’t use) There is no breakfast whatsoever. Unless coffee is your breakfast. The walls are PAPER thin so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing, and most of what they are saying. The king mattress offers zero support. No firmness at all. I’ve stayed in $60/night hotels that were far better.

Really a beautiful property and room. Very quiet. Only reason for 4 stars is the mattress was so soft I ended up sleeping on the couch. Very accommodating staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Will stay again!!

Positive: The location, price and the guy at the front desk was nice. Negative: It¿s a nonsmoking hotel but my room smelled very strongly of smoke. The remote was wrapped in the plastic but when you took it out there was brown stuff on it that easily came off with a wipe, so makes me question cleaning.

Positive: Pleasant staff, and overall, the hotel was generally rather quiet (no kids running up and down the hall at all hours of the night, etc.). Note: If the hotel is not fully booked, do not stack guests on top of each other. Leave an empty room between! Negative: Upon arrival, the tub featured a 1 pool of water with a dead spider floating in it (the drain plug had been left in), and on the ledge of the tub, in one corner, a long black hair.

They never tried to call me. Just utterly unprofessional. We never stayed in the room wasn’t given a time that the room would be ready. Don’t come to google trying to save face from a bad review. You were already mad about the last negative review I gave you. Angela learn how to do your job. Why am I being charged for a room I didn’t stay in. A room that your hotel didn’t even have ready at the time of check in.

Positive: Location Negative: Hot tub and restaurant are closed. Two people were dominating the pool area with booze everywhere and loud music so we didn¿t want to swim because it would feel awkward.

Positive: It had a bed. Negative: When we first checked in there was a yipping dog in the room next door. Overall it was dirty. There was a large stain on a cushion on the couch and an unemptied garbage can in the room when we checked in. No room service or garbage pick up on Sunday.

I definitely have all the details. My boyfriend booked it for our family. And there is no reason a refund cant be given. We never stay there because we couldnt check in. We had limited time to get into a room to rush off to an event and nothing was ready. phone calls will continue to upper management until this matter is handled. Its alot of money lost on our part.

Because they don’t take down your plates during check in, they have no control over car alarms that go off all night and into the next day. My room is facing the parking lot so it was extremely frustrating

Alright all you hotel hoppers, travelers and getaway-and-get-a-room conosuers....this hotel has plenty of rooms equipped with a balcony!!! Now this is a difficult find in the Milwaukee Area, as many of you may know. Typically, hotel windows are locked shut, so fresh air is an impossibility... well not here! This unassuming hotel (and yes, it is extremely unassuming without a google search) has an inner courtyard area with 1 floor patios & 2nd floor balconies... and, mind you, balconies that you can walk out onto. A narrow area, yes, but needless to say,this is a rarity! The rooms have these pull-out bed couches as well, shaped like remind half-a heart, reminiscent of those heart-shaped Jacuzzis....love it. Also, a A+ on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash .... which is often times overlooked... the brand is Bath & Body Works, the scent is a cool lemon mixture and is stocked Im the shower in large pump bottles!! Thank you Sonesta Select! Nothing is worse than icky scented toiletries, which at one chain which I will not mention, their brand (in dispensers in the shower) smells I definitely like dog shampoo infused with grass clippings....fail. Anyways, like I said, this location off Moreland Rd is unassuming, so get that GPS out....its set back from the rd and lacking a large sign, and inside one of those frontage rd/executive drives.....FYI. Now one more 1 point of interest, check in time is at 3pm.... my friend went to check in here at such time and his room wasnt ready until 5pm he found to his dismay. He rolled with the punches on this one, but it was obviously unacceptable....I cant speak for his experience though, so that is why I gave them 4 stars for the balcony, toiletries, and that heart-shaped pull out bed. Bravo on those aspects.

Angela has an attitude and doesn’t want to refund us because her customer service skills are absolute trash. Stay at the other Sonesta this one does not know what they are doing. She even made a comment about the bad review we gave them. Well here’s another one.

Clean and comfortable with excellent service. We had trouble with our keys. Which was quickly remedied by the hotel staff, a brief inconvenience.

Very pleasant so far. Rooms have balconies/patios. Clean and comfortable. Courtyard is nice. Beautiful lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wont be using the pool so I cant comment on that. Theres no food service like most hotels due to covid. The only thing thing I would reccomend is to have dog waste bags located throughout the property.Learned that Sonesta is a new hotel brand. They will succeed if all of their properties are this good.

Very tough to get clean towels, wastebaskets cleaned and coffee packets replenished. This is at an almost empty hotel where I have been staying for almost 7 nights. You would think they could get this basic service right.

Positive: Okay, the staff was really great and all! The were nice Negative: we were not happy, because my spouse and I took our three grands there for their birthdays. Their birthdays were Oct. 7/8. I had to deal with three crying and disappointed 7,8, and 9 year olds. It was a disaster. their birthday was a wreck for them. Sad!

Amazing! Pool and hot tub were clean as well as the room! Comfy beds and the drapes were so good we slept til 12 and the room was still pitch black. We thought it was still night time! Super friendly staff. Felt safe here . Price was awesome and close to downtown without the price jack ups. Would stay here every night if I could.

Honestly I didnt expect the service to be as good as I thought it would be. But it was very nice it was very clean and smell very nice also. The room that I rented was very well put together and everything was put where it belongs. They have a coffee set up in the room also a microwave with a mini fridge but do not have a hair dryer so bring your hair dryer. I didnt know this until I left but this hotel also has a guest laundry room located on the first floor. Also it comes with the swimming pool and a Jacuzzi which was really nice and relaxing. The jacuzzi was clean every time I went in. There was always staff around if I had questions or need the extra things for the room or to go into the pool. The courtyard was beautiful and well maintained. The only downside is that they do not have complimentary breakfast so you will have to leave the hotel to go get food. Overall it was a really great and relaxing experience I will definitely go back, would recommend this as a small quiet getaway.Side note: this hotel also have a meeting room on the first floor also.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly! I was there for a event in one of the conference rooms. It was warm and inviting for an intimate sized space. The public restrooms were well maintained. The front desk crew was attractive, cordial and helpful! A small bar off the lobby area seemed pleasant for a cocktail or cup of coffee. Nicely designed interior. The exterior blends into the neighborhood and doesnt stand out as a hotel. Safe environment and pleasing landscaping. I wish I could comment on the rooms and suites but I wasnt there as a guest. I can only assume theyre fabulous also!

Stayed here twice now because they have a nice not tub. However after a dirty room twice and them charging more than I was quoted by a hundred dollars so that I couldnt even attend the event I was in town for....my sons birthday party. How am I to expect youll charge me more than when you told me when I reserved the room. Some people do travel on a budget. Thank you for ruining what should have been a great weekend!! Sincerely, never coming back.

Old building with old parts. The heating / AC unit has no concept of heat vs. cool mode, just auto. I turned down the heat on a 20 degree evening and the AC unit kicked on. Also, the fitness room in the size of a small walk in closet.

Room wasnt too clean, no soap in the shower containers, no vent fan in the shower, refrigerator is in a lower cabinet in an ackward area, sheets are stiff, no gym/pool/bar/ service due to covid- only told at thime of check in, stains are on the couch, coffee maker is very cheap and had particles in it, just expected more but let down.StAff was very friendly.Easy to park near your entrace.Pretty quiet neighbors.Do have a snack stand open.

The hotel was adequate. Lobby was nice. This hotel was perhaps a bit overpriced for the available services but I’m not as familiar with the courtyard brand vs the other Marriott brands so maybe they’re all the same. You get a room with a bed and bathroom. Nothing extra like a bottle of water, coffee, shuttle ride, etc. The room was poorly maintained. The shower had a shampoo dispenser located up high near the ceiling. Very strange location for a liquid dispenser. It happened to be plugged ... let go and sprayed tea tree oil shampoo into my wife’s eye. Very painful. I reported it but I didn’t get the sense they would do anything about it. I won’t stay again.

This is our hotel of choice when we go to the Wisconsin State Fair. The location is great, were about 15 minutes from the fairgrounds. The rooms have recently been renovated. The beds are pretty comfortable and I like the couches they have in some of rooms as well. We also enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub.

Good hotel with nice service and all the standard Courtyard amenities. However, the gym is smaller than at most other Courtyards I have been to and the building seems like it is heading towards being outdated. Other than that it is in a good location and only about 15 minutes to downtown Milwaukee.

Fast friendly service and good atmosphere. It was a welcome place to stay for the night before the fair. The staff were all pleasant and we had no issues.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. We were in town from Nebraska for a friends wedding, and the hotel staff organized all of the wedding events perfectly. They made sure each guest in the wedding block had a gift hand delivered to them, and they provided an amazing breakfast to all of the wedding guests. They even allowed my fiance to drop his tuxedo off with front desk staff at 6AM on the morning we checked out, since we would not be in town to return it. We loved our stay and experience, and we highly recommend it for any special events!

Room was super clean and slept great. Would of gave it 5 stars but the pool was closed early due to a accident so could not use the hot tub. So not hotels fault just bad timing for me.

Hotel staff was welcoming and personable however Starbucks that is located in the lobby needs serious attention. Stopped for coffee and the pots were completely out while staff was on their phones. I had decaf coffee that was old and cold.

The rooms are slightly dated but still clean. The fitness room is very limited with just 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 cycle. The machines get filled up quickly.

Perfect place to book during state fair and walking distance along Greenfield Ave and downtown West Allis. Close to restaurants, stores, and even a McDonalds and Walgreens directly behind to stop at in case you forget some important toiletries or need to grab some snack foods while staying overnight. Plus just down this area is downtown West Allis...walking distance if you do not have a vehicle.

This hotel is a decent place to stay. The front desk staff is courteous. The property is a bit older and there were some items that could use some attention. My biggest issue is that they could be more thorough in cleaning the room after a previous guest checks out.

Im disipointed in the customer service. They gave me a one queen room for 3 people and refused to upgrade even though the hotel was empty. The toilet was also not flushed upon coming into the room.

Best place to stay hands down. Beyond amazing staff, the rooms were spotless, the place all together was very well kept, the gym was ideal for the two of us, the area was safe and enjoyable to walk around, just a fantastic place to stay. Will return there in a heartbeat and cant wait!

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed comfortable. I booked and secured one room, no longer available when I got there so was asked to take a different room; it was comfortable. WiFi was able to connect but could not do anything on it from that point-big 0 on that. Also, tub didnt drain so i was in water during my shower up to my mid calves. Didnt get a chance to try the bistro...

Went up for a weekend get away for our anniversary. Had a lovely goody basket has a surprise in the room. Got put up in the newly renovated wing and absolutely loved it! Will always choose the brookfield courtyard. Such hospitality by everyone!! Still close to downtown.

King size up stairs room , for the week. Rooms are clean, shower head is up high enough for me at 64. Could use a few more power outlets for charging adapters. Only thing missing for a week stay is a microwave. It does have a small fridge and coffee machine though.

This is where we stay every year when we visit the Wisconsin State Fair. Everyone is very nice, the rooms are always clean, and we are always sure to use the pool/hot tub area during our stay. The hotel is only about 15 mins. from the fair grounds, and there is a Metro Mart nearby where we can stock up on supplies. However, there is no free continental breakfast here, and they dont offer complementary coffee or water in the lobby, or at check in. This would be fine if I was paying less then I would at other Hotel Chains that do offer these things, however, the price is roughly the same, if not a little more. It would just be nice if I felt like I was getting a bit more value for the price.

A lovely place to stay. Rooms are very clean and nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Easy to find with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

There was no microwave in the room. You have to go in the lobby to heat any leftovers. We had a military discount for $100/night but found out it was normally $159/night. That was NOT worth either price in my opinion especially since there was no microwave in room. The breakfast scramble was $10 for continental breakfast that they put on a plate for you. And they were powdered or liquid eggs. The staff were nice though.

I had a 10 dollar sandwich and a couple of drinks in the lobby restaurant. The total bill was 61.25 after tip. The employee charged my credit card $3500.! Yes, you read that correctly......I can not understand how this happened. The hotel manager at night apologized and said she fixed it but the transaction still went through until I had my bank decline.

My family was very impressed by the service at Marriot Courtyard Milwaukee Brookfield. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family so that we could most enjoy our time together. I highly recommend this hotel, and I am grateful for the kind and professional staff.

The Courtyard is pretty predictable. Comfortable enough, affordable enough and a good value for the money. The workers here were pleasant and efficient. Id recommend it.

This place could have earned four maybe five stars if we werent woken each morning with the cleaning service ladies being very loud in the hallways. Every morning. Just very VERY loudly talking outside our door. Not just for a minute, this would go on for about 20 to 30 minutes. Ruined what would have been a fabulous stay. The jacuzzi was hot, the pool was warm and the facilities were clean. Hotel is located near many restaurants. Front desk staff was very nice, did is slightly over priced for what you get.

I was so amazed at the service. Clean. Nice staff. I celebrated my sons 10th birthday party here. I reserved 2 rooms and had 10 kids over at the pool area and a pizza party in the reception area. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I had no problems with them. I will recommend this hotel 100%. I look forward to celebrating more birthdays here. Thank you again for making my sons 10th birthday memorable.
