This place is great. Never saw so many keys. If there is a key known to man, they have it and it was very reasonably priced which was great because it was so even though it’s kind of a specialty place. And the guy was very helpful. Good customer service.

Professional service - needed some replacement high commercial property security keys made. Had to jump through hoops to get landlord to send letter on company letterhead approving the duplicates. They explained that over the phone before I headed over. But good to know Bonafide takes key security seriously. Replacement keys worked fine. Nancy at the counter was friendly and Doug got the keys cut on the spot while I waited in about 10 minutes. Well kept and organized showroom too. Will probably start using them for duplicating my home and other keys if I need any. Big box hardware key duplicates seem to be hit and miss.

Excellent service, price and prompt. Has some black people try to break in. They tried to niggle my lock. Bonafide was able to open it so I could get inside my home and rest after a hard days work. New high security lock and cameras, I am all set. Thanks Mike!!!

Bonafide handles our facilities locks, cameras and alarm system. We have always had good service. Sometimes the work is not time sensitive and we let them know that if they are busy to take their time but if its an emergency they are here promptly usually within an hour or two. my review was prompted by recently we had a mechanical door lock system that was worn out and out of production. The tech was able to find parts from another lock and breathe life back into our worn out lock. I feel their prices have always been fair and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

I had a bad experience. They charged for and made 3 keys. The keys didnt work. When I looked at keys they was a difference from original. When I came back they refused to correct their poor job. They took my money and didnt do anything for me. Do not recommend.

I recently had a home security system installed. The technician was very thorough and helpful. He was on time and made sure we all understood how to use the system and answered any questions before he left. I would definitely recommend Bonafide to family and friends.

DO NOT CALL Bonafide Security Solutions. Total scam on what they charged me to come look at deadbolt lock. Nancy charged a $63 for the trip charge, determined there was not any work they could do but still proceeded to charge me $65 for labor for a total of $130+ of charges for nothing.

Our church/school called Bonafide out to our site for a number of different door problems in the span of about a week. They handled each professionally and courteously. They fixed the issues, walked us through all the work at the end, and everything functions very well. Would highly recommend them.

I own two commercial buildings. Although the service call was promptly respond to the cost was astronomical and not even close to fair. The materials were billed at 80% over retail costs, in addition to travel and service amounts. When asked about the cost I was told if I filled out a credit app. I would get a 20%. applied to a future purchase, in other words I was penalized for paying COD. The Crain Building

Tried to set up a rekeying for my property. Called several times and sent an email indicating the job to be done. Was always reassured that I would be contacted. My calls were never returned and the job never confirmed. Had to find another locksmith.
