Jennie was great! She helped the brides maids for my daughters wedding find their perfect style. So many cute styles to fit each girls personality in the color my daughter wanted. My daughter tried on a bunch of dresses and finally found the perfect dress! We returned with my nieces to find their junior brides maids dresses and asked for Jennie again. She helped them find the perfect dresses too. Prices for all dresses were very reasonable!

Katherine and Jenny were amazing with helping my fiancée and I choose the perfect wedding dresses! They were very knowledgeable and excelled at guiding us in figuring out what we wanted, and had so much patience with us. We purchased our dream dresses and couldn’t have found them without their guidance. So happy with our experience! :)

Kate was my bridal assistant and was AMAZING! She was a pleasure to work with with and found me my dress and though I didnt think I was going to wear a view she found the perfect one and it made me completely ugly cry at how happy I was!! Kadissa also was so accommodating with my sprained ankle and crutches. Both deserve 5 stars along with my whole experience!

20 years ago, my youngest sister bought a wedding dress here.This time I went to buy my own clothes for my daughters wedding. I shopped comfortably 20 years ago, and I was able to shop lightly this time as well. In particular, Lexi, who helped me, smiled kindly and gave me honest opinions, which helped me a lot in making my decision. Its easy to buy clothes, so it saves time and feels good. I highly recommend buying dresses here. You wont regret it.

All of the ladies working during my apt were extremely friendly and helpful. My consultant, Amy, was amazing. She was helpful and had great insight about styles. The entire staff was accommodating to my entire bridal party and family. They even embraced my 1 1/2 year old nephew running around the store with foam shields and swords! 😂 I would highly recommend a stop at David’s Bridal there professionalism was exceptional. The reason for only 4 stars is 2 of the dresses I had liked on line they didn’t have in store. That should have been noted I feel.

David’s Bridal was my first location that I went to when trying to find my wedding dress! Even though I did not buy my wedding dress from this location, I still wanted to write a review. Gretchen was my consultant and she was BEYOND patient with me. I had very rigid thinking with how I wanted my dress to look. She encouraged me to try on other designs just so we could rule them out. She asked all the right questions, and really made me think about how I felt in the dress. I highly recommend working with her because she will listen in order to UNDERSTAND you and your wants with your dress vision.

Everything went great. We were helped promptly upon arrival. Jenny (and the rest of staff) was wonderful. She found things I wasnt even considering and it ended up being perfect for me. She was the perfect balance of present and helpful while also allowing us a few moments of privacy to discuss. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses, warehouse, and functioning of the entire process which lent some great, helpful insight. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Kristie is simply amazing! I came in with a major emergency. Wedding in 5 days and needed a junior bridesmaid dress. Kristie found a dress in the correct size and got alterations to make some adjustments all in the same day! I went with a friend to shop for a dress for her vow renewal planned for next summer. We were greeted immediately by Faith who was very friendly and welcoming. She came up with so many great dress options. She kept thinking of more dress ideas that might be appropriate for my friend, including an ivory bridesmaid dress that was really lovely. She spent a lot of time with us and made our visit really easy and fun!

I had my dress fitting with Vladanka today.I have a complicated dress with 9 layers. She made her work look so easy. She flew through all the alterations like she was born to do this. I was thoroughly impressed with the magic she worked.She is extremely personable and I greatly enjoyed our conversation and her patience!I would highly recommend her to anyone! Really nice service and selection of dresses. Beautiful accessories too. Lead times are always long so plan ahead and order with enough time to have fixes/adjustments done also on time.Fix somewhere else if you can. My wife had her dress fixed in a couple spots (hem adjustments, added couple buttons to lift the tail) and it was $340 extra on top of the dress price! And it wasnt rush service. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. You can find a qualified local seamstress that can do it for much less.A nice looking gown was $200 couple days ago. Again, an easy-to-go place for everything the bride and bridesmaids need but at a high price tag.Covid-19 review:- sign in sheet at the entrance, bring your own sanitizer. That notebook and pen are dirty from everyone using it.- employees wear masks all the time even when they talk which ia good- customers required to use masks- dressing rooms areas are NOT accomodated for proper social distance! Same chairs layout as pre-pandemic = results in very crowded fitting rooms with brides, friends, moms, employees, etc. all next to each other and other customer parties not maintaining proper social distance. Plus a lot of emotions going on so laughter, loud speaking, lots of talking by everyone at the same time = lot of breathed air being breathed out in those indoor closed areas.

We were lucky enough to have Kaitlyn as our stylist today and she was great! Super easy to talk to and get along with and did excellent picking out dress styles that I loved! Highly recommend!!

The consultant Jenny was very kind and patient with me, did a great job helping me navigate the process, make decisions, and did a great job pulling dresses based on what I said I was liking. She was not pushy in making the sale, which I appreciated. Would recommend!

Faith was such an amazing consultant! I came into the appointment nervous I wouldn’t have much of a selection being midsize, and Faith was so positive and assuring. She found me my dress so fast!!! Great experience and would highly suggest working with her if you want a fun and easy-going experience.

We did not have a good experience at Davids Bridal. First of all, the store was hot and stuffy. The area to try on dresses was small and crammed and too close to other parties. It did not feel intimate and comfortable. The stylist did not come into the dressing room with me which made it very difficult to try on dresses and to take them off properly. I had to walk out with my entire back exposed which was uncomfortable and took away from the reveal to my friends and family. I wish that there was a pedestal to stand on of some sort, because the dresses were quite long and it was difficult to see how they would hang because they were so draped on the floor. The dresses themselves were in TERRIBLE shape, many of them had rips, broken zippers and clasps, and one had such sharp boning poking out that it repeatedly scratched me and almost made me bleed. I understand that these dresses have been tried on many times, but it made me really rethink buying my dress from there due to the perceived poor quality of the materials. The stylist was just okay. I feel like at times she was not listening to me on what I wanted and would try to sell too hard rather than understand what I actually wanted. I definitely will not be getting my wedding dress from Davids Bridal and have rethought having my bridesmaids dresses ordered there as well.

Earlier this month, I began my search for the perfect wedding dress and booked an appointment at Davids Bridal in Brookfield. I am thrilled to say that I found the one! My stylist Sam H was amazing! Not only did she make me feel comfortable as a plus-sized bride, but she understood my style and new exactly what accessories to pull! She was also super nice and brought a positive, pleasant energy to the appointment. The other associates were also extremely helpful and available to answer questions, which definitely made for a great experience. I enjoyed my time dress shopping with my Mom and would absolutely recommend Sam H as a stylist :)

All I have to say is THANK GOD for Gretchen C!!! She was absolutely amazing! I was running so last minute on finding dresses for my daughters and she worked so hard on finding just the right one for all three! Thank you so much Gretchen you are truly the best!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a David’s Bridal!!!! I had originally purchased a dress from the location in Madison, then when I picked it up I realized it was just not the right one for me. I decided to go to this location and everyone I worked with is SO AMAZING! I did a walk in on a Saturday, risky I know, but they were able to get me someone to work with, Amy, right away. (However I would recommend making an appointment because I was very lucky it worked out that way). They had the exact dress I had been eyeing online and I fell in love right away! They took my old dress and did an exchange for the new one and helped me pick out my veil! If you are interested in David’s bridal at all, I would absolutely go to this location. You can really tell that they all love what they do and are just there to make you happy. I will definitely plan on going there for bridesmaid dresses!

Having been there at a busy time before, this opening time on a week day was much better. We were returning dresses bought and unused during covid issues last year. They were very accommodating to an exchange of unopened dresses received. We were able to get the correct material requested by the bride. A suggested style by the Professional Attendee Molly M. was greatly appreciated because it was not what I would think work on my figure but it improved it. ( as best as it could.) Quick, efficient and very personalized sale!

I was looking all over for a white womens suit and could not find one anywhere. When I realized David’s Bridal had some, I was nervous about it. They were very helpful and were able to find what I was looking for! My jacket fit perfectly, but my pants needed some altering. They did a fantastic job with it and I love it!

I took my mom for a wedding outfit back in July for a wedding outfit for September. The staff was helpful then and very nice. We needed her outfit altered and the first appointment was late August. We she returned she was charged a rush fee which nobody mentioned back in July. Thats why Im giving the rating I did.Somebody shouldve mentioned any additional fees back in july

So I’m personally not a bride, but I am going to prom very shortly! This was my first time shopping for a fancy dress and I was shocked by how amazing the service was here. Specifically, there was this woman named Carolyn who was so kind and honest. She was very helpful and got me a nice fitting room set up and everything. Not to mention, she was so easy going and knew her stuff! The store in general was so organized and well put together. I would definitely recommend people to come!

I had a great experience. My bridal consulting was super nice and never commented on my sweaty back [lol nerves and excitement]. I created an acct. And selected a few dresses and veils I really liked [like most people do] and when I got to the boutique they had access to my wish list and cart. It really helped the apt. progress. I found my dream dress in leas then 30 minutes. They offered very helpful suggestions on undergarments, jewelry and shoes.

Editing:In my first review, I wrote down how I was disappointed that the dress I received was so much bigger than my size. The alterations costs were expensive, but then I went to pick up the dress and it was in the wrong size again, this time too small on top and it gave me a rash.* The store contacted me right the way and schedule another appointment to fix it. Im very happy with the customer service and I hope soon I can change this review to 5 stars after having my dress fitting perfectly.

Ive been to Davids bridal numerous times over the years. I always want to love it, but inevitably, every time, have walked out very disappointed. Their selections lack but the biggest confusion Ive had is why their staff always seem to be sour. Its as if the ladies there just dont want to be there. They always greet you instantly, have all the services, but when its my daughters happiest day and they seem annoyed yet again, Im just done going here. Its sad.

The ladies at this David’s bridal are amazing! I can’t thank them enough! I received my dress and had been so nervous that it was too tight in my hip area. When I came in for my alterations appointment and they informed me they could not let it out. They let me look at other dresses and try a bunch on until I found a new dress that I in fact love even more now than my first one! I can not thank them enough. I was looking for a flower girl dress, and Heather helped us. She was awesome. She was so patient with my 5 year old and was helping us while helping another family. She was great and definitely be back!

Good help in the store but iffy quality. I got really good help with finding a dress that would look good, but the quality was iffy. The zipper separated on the day of the wedding and required an emergency repair.

In this day and age it is so hard to find excellent customer service. Every time I have come to the Brookfield David’s bridal store, I am met with professional staff and they are so kind! Tonight was no different as I came in for alterations and my dress alterations were spot on and my consultant I believe her name was Lindsay, was excellent. She was so sweet and caring and took her time to explain how to put the dress on properly and gave me a really useful tips.! From the purchase to the alterations everything has been wonderful and I would highly recommend this store!!! Deb

Wonderful, super friendly store! At first, I wasn’t sure if I’d find the dress here. But their selection and pricing (for the style I wanted) was far better. When I had to reschedule a bridesmaid appointment last minute it was a piece of cake! And my stylist was awesome!!

I got a negative vibe from the young lady that walked me back for my alterations, she commented on the color of the dress, saying it was a good spring color, when it was for a fall wedding. I apologized for not having the right bra on, I had been out of town, and was not able to get one. She said well you know that will effect your fitting… not a very positive experience. She then handed me over to another lady who turned out to be the complete opposite.Her name is Judaline. Judaline also commented on the color of the dress and what a beautiful color it was and how nice it looked on me. I apologized to her as well for not coming in the right bra. She said, “don’t worry honey it will be ok”. She engaged in conversation with me and was very sweet and personable.The reason I was compelled to write this review was to let the readers see what the difference between inadequate customers service is, verses what exceptional customer service is.Judaline changed my whole mindset with some kind words and conversation. Davids Bridal is lucky to have such an exceptional representative for their company, she is truly an example for how a customer should be treated.

I, unfortunately, truly wish that I could give this place no stars at all. Regardless of the kindness of the staff, the consultants mis-ordered two of my girls bridesmaids dresses, one of which had to be special ordered because the bridesmaid dress ended up getting discontinued after the mistake. On top of multiple different instances every single time I was in the store of miscommunication and information constantly entered wrong into my bridal profile, I STILL trusted them (blindly) with altering my wedding dress considering the fact that the alterations department would be different quality then the general consultants. Even with working with the alterations manager, who was very kind, my dress was botched, and altered and GIVEN TO ME in such horrible condition and with such horrible alterations that I was in tears at my bridal appointment after my first alterations. The alterations were done so horribly that the manager said she would sit one and one with the dress and unfortunately the integrity of my dress was ruined by whoever was beyond inexperienced that touched it the first time.This is not a review from someone who is bitter and picky, this is a review from a bride who had four months of enjoying her bridal experience taken away from just having to deal with the stress of dealing with this place because people couldn’t do their one and only job has a bridal store. I gave them way more chances and so much empathy and was still left dissatisfied, unhappy, and with a 1200$ dress I paid 800$ for alterations and when I pulled the dress out of the bag upon bringing it somewhere else I still had tears in the dress and buttons falling off. They overbook themselves, and rush around so much that they miss detail that is NECESSARY to making the customer happy. I had two HUGE mistakes that although were fixed were very very bit issues and a long process to figure out. This all has taken so much away from my experience as a bride, and as a bride who is and has been willing to give people and corporations big or small the benefit of the doubt. And the ONLY thing that corporate is telling me they can do for me is to expedite a dress to me even though my wedding is in a month and I’m supposed to trust them AGAIN with another dress or pull my dress from the outside lady who is not handling it and give it back to them. 5 alterations appointments, multiple days in the store dealing with issues with bridesmaids dresses and multiple multiple phone calls later and I am still leaving the store with a sub par dress that was ruined because someone just didn’t know what they were doing.Don’t be fooled by the reviews on this store, or even this corporation as a whole. This may be one of those reviews you read and think “it’s just one review” but that’s exactly what I did and I swear I would rather pay triple the amount for a dress somewhere else then to EVER bring my business to any davids bridal ever again.Davids, honestly you broke my heart and I hope you can make up the grief I’ve had and all you’ve taken from me in my engagement period by giving back more to someone else. I hope no bride ever ever ever has to deal with what I have had to, and if you can’t figure out the issues you guys are having you shouldn’t be allowed to serve any bride at all

Had an appointment to find bridesmaids dresses and the consultant took zero time and effort into finding our look. She said that is more of a prom style and I dont have much for you here. I literally saw dresses hanging that fit the look. Perhaps because most of us were plus size she didnt feel like helping us? We were ready to buy and had tons of pictures pulled up from the website. Unfortunately for her, we walked out and purchased at a store who wanted our business. She needs a new career because this aint it.

Jenny was a phenomenal sales person! She grabbed every dress I was interested in and when I asked for her suggestions she grabbed a few more for me. She was nice and pretended my jokes were funny which is always appreciated. 😅 I would definitely recommend working with her!

We made an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses. The stylist assigned to work with us was Faith. Our group consisted of the 2 brides, mother of one bride, and two of the bridesmaids for one of the brides. There will be 5 bridesmaids on each side (all female bridal party!) with ages ranging from 23-42. Faith did a wonderful job suggesting dresses! Instead of different dress styles, we ended up picking one great style for all 10 bridesmaids, but a different color for each set of bridesmaids (marine and wine). This is going to be a beautiful wedding party in October 2021! Thank you Faith for all of your patience and great advice & information.

I quickly found the dress that I love, and I appreciate that Whitney gave her opinion about the size that worked best for me as well as her reasoning. I’m glad that I went with the smaller size as she suggested! Love the dress! We came on a weeknight, and we were the only people in the store, so Whitney was free to take extra time with us, which she did, and helped with hair jewelry too. Vladanka was also a great help in showing me how to sew in bra cups myself so that I wouldn’t need to make an extra trip back to pick up the dress. Had a fun night and a great experience! Thank you!

I felt like they could have spaced people out a lot more for COVID purposes, and I would have liked a little more assistance when it came to actually picking out dresses to try. But overall, it was a nice experience and they certainly tried to do what they could to make the dress THE DRESS.

Loved it! They had so many dresses to choose from. I found so many I liked! My only problem was not every dress I liked came in the color I wanted. But that didnt stop me from finding the perfect dress for my son and future daughter-in-laws wedding!

Always have had a good experience when Ive gone here (like 7 times in the last 6 months). The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and the alterations department are all really skilled.

David’s bridal came to my rescue after spending 2k on a dress that’s never going to make it in time for my wedding I was able to find a beautiful dress for a lot less and it will get here in plenty of time to be altered. The sales associate was helpful and patient.

I recently picked up my Mother of the Groom dress when the alterations were complete and it went fantastic!! I was taken care of by Vladanka Malic, the alterations manager, and she was fabulous, very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Actually, my entire experience with Davids Bridal went great. This includes selecting the dress, having it altered and the pick up. I would recommend Davids to anyone.

Though David’s Bridal has been a lovely experience for me as a bride, I do not appreciate being contacted just to be told that the bridesmaids dresses I have chosen for my girls were discontinued out of the blue a week before. I only found this out because one of my bridesmaids was trying to order her dress, only to be told at checkout that it was discontinued. I understand that things happen but I believe it is very unprofessional for a company to just randomly discontinue a dress and not contact their clients nor let their employees know what’s going on. Again, great customer service overall because we were able to quickly book another appointment and find another dress collection; however, informing me last minute about a dress the week after it was discontinued was added stress to not only me but to my bridesmaids. I did not appreciate that at all.

I’m so glad I visited! It was overwhelming walking in and seeing so much tulle, but Rachael, my stylist, was so incredibly helpful. She listened to what I wanted and was able to direct me to styles that fit my body and my budget! It’s definitely a busy store, but Rachael was patient and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend requesting Rachael to be your stylist; she made what could be a stressful situation easy and fun!

Our wedding was postponed a year for COVID, so for my initial dress appointment I was 3 months pregnant - the woman who helped me was extremely cold / judge mental once I told her I was pregnant so would need to try on dresses not my typical size - but would still order my usual size. She pulled 3 dresses for me to try on - and said unless I picked them out beforehand (online) I wouldn’t be able to try any others on. She kept leaving - and wouldn’t return for 20 min. On end. I didn’t complain because it was during COVID so I assumed people were going to be acting different with the circumstances.I came in for my 1st alterations appointment a year later and the same woman was working. I was waiting at the front desk / doors to check in. She looked at me and my daughter with a stare, and then walked past us without asking if we needed help. While I was getting my alterations done she walked past my mother who was holding my daughter 3x walking infront of them / purposely making it so they felt “in the way”, all while giving me glares.I came in for my FINAL alterations appointment today. Same woman. This time nobody greeted us at the door, including the 3 others woman working, so we walked ourselves back to alterations where we sat for 15 minutes past my appointment with nobody checking in. Finally, I flag someone down and say I’m here for my final dress fitting. My dress was already hanging up in a fitting room unzipped, with nobody by it. I was escorted into the dressing room, and after I put my dress on - nobody was to be found to help me zipper or talk about the alterations. I had to walk out to the main room and have my mother zip me up. All the while, my daughter was crying and the initial rude woman kept walking closer and glaring at us. Finally an alterations woman helped me with talking through the dress. I asked to be taken out of it within minutes because I felt so uncomfortable in the store.This David’s bridal location (Brookfield, Wi) took the joy out of my dress search, alterations, and fitting. I have never felt so judged in a setting. By no means did I buy a cheap dress, so to drop a ton of money in this establishment and be treated so poorly was super disheartening. Any bride I know I tell to never visit this location. It was such a disappointing experience.

My hat off to Bobbette Bradley she was so patient , accommodating and ver professional. She gave me her honest opinion in regards which dress fit me better. I want to thank her for her service. Outstanding employee. I was there last year to try on dresses unfortunately we had to postpone the wedding due to COVID. I was dreading going back due to how I was treated last year. First time at this store and Faith was very helpful. Cant wait to wear my dress to my sons wedding this August :)

I found the most wonderful dress thanks to an amazing consultant, Stacy. From the moment I got to the store, she was helpful, caring, and a calming presence for an exciting but anxiety inducing day. As a plus size bride, I had my concerns but those went right out the window as I began trying things on. When Stacy gave me her pick try on, the third dress, it was meant to be. While I never would have picked it for myself, it ended up being everything I wanted and more. Stacy even braided my hair into an updo and turned me into a bride right there on the store floor. So happy that I had such a wonderful consultant and that I found my dress!

**It has been a week since this happened and management still has not fulfilled their offer to reach out or give us an answer on the return.**Im so disheartened to have to change my review. We had such an incredible experience in buying the most perfect dress I thought would be my wedding dress. The dress took 10 days to arrive at the store. Upon picking the dress up, I confirm the policy with an employee (seven days to return and 60 days to exchange) just to be sure.Immediately after showing my mother-in-law the dress, she began to cry. She disclosed to us that she had stage three leukemia with no option for treatment (she has kidney failure and cannot withstand any chemo) and that, because she wouldnt be able to see her daughter wear her dress, wanted me to wear it instead. I was devastated (obviously for all kinds of reasons.) We could have never foreseen this. We do not get married until October so my mother-in-law thought she had more time to tell us. I was overzealous and decided to get my dress sooner then she thought.We figured at least we could return it and get our alterations done at the Brookfield store because we were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Jenny. We were still excited to get our bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dress here, along with accessories I had already picked out. We really were excited to have Jenny and the team on our journey with us.I brought my dress back within the seven days and explained our situation, only to be told that we were misinformed on the policy and that we only had seven days to return the dress. I asked the employee how we could have done that if the dress did not even arrive within the seven days we would have had to return it within. She told us she was unsure, that a district manager would be able to work with us, and to wait for their call on the following day (which would have been yesterday.)I have received no follow-up from a manager. Nobody has reached out via phone or email. I completely understand the cashier not knowing the policy or that somebody could have made a mistake in confirming it with us. I can understand if the answer was still no, they are not willing to return the dress or exchange it for store credit. But I do not understand no answer at all. We had such a positive experience trying on dresses and purchasing my gown and my maid of honors gown, and this experience has ruined that. It is clear to see that kind, courteous, helpful demeanor is only put forth when they are trying to make a sale. Myself, my fiance, and his mother are brokenhearted and no one reached out even to tell us they cant do even the smallest thing to help us. It is so, so disappointing. 😥😥

We came in for a bridesmaid dress appointment and all of our expectations were exceeded! Sam H was absolutely amazing as a stylist. She made what couldve been a very overwhelming experience - simple and fun! I couldnt recommend her more!

I want to thank my bridal stylist, WHITNEY for having the patience with me not knowing exactly what I was looking for. She also took the time to actually listen to all my questions and being open to trying the things I wasnt even sure I liked. I feel I have the style and look I was going for and I will feel beautiful on my special day :)

I had an awesome experience. My consultant was so attentive and had great suggestion to help me find just the right look. I said yes to the dress after just one visit!

I came in with my daughter, grand daughter, and grandson on a Sunday at 5pm looking for a first communion dress. We had plenty to look and try on.We felt safe and well taken care of.

I had a great experience wedding dress shopping at Davids Bridal! I found my wedding dress at my first bridal appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Faith was attentive to my likes and dislikes and quickly picked up on my taste & style. If it wasnt for her, I would not have found my dress! She was such a pleasure to work with & knows the store very well. To top it off, my dress was on clearance for only $500. Highly recommend!

After a not so great experience at another shop, one visit to Davids Bridal in Brookfield, WI has turned my outlook around. Sam H, Judaline and Molly gave the BEST experience. Very happy to help and happy to make my wedding dress find and purchase worth it! I will rave up and down about my experience and the customer service they gave. Whitney had a really good eye for details and showed us a variety of belts and veils. We enjoyed working with Whitney very much. The 5 stars are for her. David’s bridal was disappointingly crowded.

Davids Bridal in Brookfield was the second store I went looking for my wedding dress! I honestly had the best experience here! Both ladies assisting me were very welcoming and listened to what I wanted, liked and didnt like! Each dress they picked just kept getting better and better. The final dress they picked out was the ONE and had all the sparkle I was asking for. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point!Thank you Jenny for all your help today!

Although the sizing runs a bit small, as I went in with my other bridesmaids to pick out dresses everyone was so helpful and happy! It took me awhile to find a dress that fit my figure, but being able to match with all the other bridesmaids and still feel beautiful was awesome! The ladies who did alterations were the sweetest, and everyone was just so happy and helpful! 10 out of 10 would do again ☺️

Today I said yes to the dress at David’s Bridal in Brookfield! Jenny was my stylist & she was amazing. She made me feel so at ease and I ended up picking a dress that she pulled for me. Everyone else we dealt with at this store was super friendly & pleasant. I would highly recommend going to David’s Bridal for your wedding dress!

I had a great experience at Davids Bridal! I tried on as many dresses as I wanted and had the help from the stylist the entire time. She made great suggestions based on my taste and respected my budget.

I worked at the Brookfield location for two summers while I was in college and I loved coming back to purchase my wedding dress! The stylists are very knowledgable and fun, and there is a huge inventory of dresses so youre sure to find the one :) DB Brookfield is awesome for shopping and a great place to work, I learned so much in the alterations department!

Our personal consultant Katelyn (not sure if Im spelling her name correctly) was amazing and so helpful! I was a little nervous to have all four of my bridesmaids shopping at once, but she made it to do smoothly!

The two ladies that helped us find our dresses for my son’s upcoming wedding were fabulous. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and responsive to our likes and dislikes. Definitely will buy from David’s Bridal again. Thanks for the great experience.

Had appointment today to look for a Mother of the Bride dress. Received pleasant call and email prior to explain the mask policy. Was greeted promptly. When my attendant Molly met me at front. She asked several questions about what I was looking for and styles I may be looking for. After trying on several (4) I made a selection. I did have to order as my size was not in stock, but I’m confident will get here in ample time. Molly and the staff we all very professional and helpful.

My experience was good. I went in a week before the wedding I was in. However I didn’t like my options. I couldn’t find a dress anywhere else. So a week later I went back and Christy was so helpful. I was in a time crunch and she was very understanding. I was able to get altered for a rush fee and I was very pleased.

I was disappointed at the color options. Online, the red colors looked more maroon/burgundy, but in person they were more purple. I was immediately told they don’t carry burgundy color bridesmaid dresses. The customer service was excellent, which is why I give at least 3 stars. Also, the representative who was assisting us showed us dress options, but then told us the style would soon be discontinued and should consider ordering within a week as she did not know when the style would be gone for good.

This has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend Davids bridal in Brookfield to anyone. I was on a very limited budget. And i explained this to them. They treated me very different than anyone else. Absolutely the worst experience ever. And needless to say i did not get the dress i wanted.
