Never again will use this transportation services couldnt even get the pick up right, now the delevery is all screwed up been here now for 8 hrs ther useing me for storage and evans not doing anything to help

Not a very good freight brokerage. They fail to follow up on customers which require a delivery appointment, then when your truck in your fleet gets there and has to wait 8 or 10 hours for an appointment, they tell you Oh well, sorry about that. A good brokerage gets the details right the first time. If I could give a company a zero star review, I would because this brokerage certainly deserves it.

They arranged load from Youngstown, OH to Elk Grove Village, IL. When I arrived in Youngstown to pick up the load was informed that Evans/Caterpillar Logistics, of Brookfield Wisconsin, did not have finances in order and that there is no load without promised check in hand. They did not pay for ordering truck with no load going out. Furthermore, Youngstown said Evans/Caterpillar Logistics were given weeks to get the finances sorted before this shipment. I told my dispatch to not accept any further loads from them.

I Will Advise Anyone Not To Work For Evans Transportation. Diane Is A Rude Unprofessional Owner. She Is Contracted With Mr. Burrell. Evans Hired A 18 Year Old Young Girl To Drive These Kids Back And Forth To School. In The Process Of Driving The Kids The 18 Year Old Driver Almost Hit 2 Yellow School Buses And A Raleigh Police Officer. Can we say the kids are in danger!!! To Put The Icing On The Cake 1 Driver Quite And Mr Burell Wrote THEM A PERSONAL CHECK AND IT BOUNCED. WHO WANTS TO WORK FOR CRUCKS LIKE DIANE AND HER PARTNER.

Worest. We booked a load with and they emailed to us after 45 minutes saying they canceled the shipments and they refused to pay TONU the driver drove 30 miles.

Never again will I accept a load with Evans. I was NOT informed I would be required to drop my trailer and leave up to the UAW losers to get it unloaded whenever they got around to it. I am losing A LOT of revenue because of this. Had I known of the receivers requirements, I would have refused this load. I am a 1 truck, 1 trailer company and to NOT disclose all the information about this load is, in essence, lying. I will never give you the chance to do that to me again.
