They got me in for an emergency appointment. They even changed me to a closer office. The procedure was performed very well and they were thorough in explaining aftercare as well as possible complications. Extremely professional service!

My tooth was really bothering me. Ny regular dentist had referred me to get a root canal. A co-worker of mine referred me to come to Meridian. I was able to get an appointment for the very next morning after the afternoon that I called. Everyone at Meridian was extremely helpful and professional. My care by Dr. Zielinski and his assistant John was excellent. Dr. Zielinski was able to figure out which tooth was causing my problems (ended up not being the tooth originally suspected) and took care of the root canal. I was quite nervous about it, not having had one before but they did an excellent job in an efficient and professional manner, explaining everything thoroughly. I never write negative comments, but after seeing several here, I realized I wasnt the only one this happened to. I went here as a referral. I am told by most dental offices that my company insurance is amazing. I was only here to get them to look at removing a pin from a procedure I had in another city. There was an extensive consultation even recommending that I do a Dental CT scan. (This by the way was experimental and not even used in the overall treatment plan that I went in for a few weeks later.) I paid $200 something odd dollars for that upfront. Again there was no treatment given or services provided other than a visit with consultation. Well apparently I am now being charged $151 dollars for something I dont even understand. My insurance paid for the visit, so I assume because I didnt go with this over $4000 treatment plan they were going to charge me for coming in and have the cup of coffee they offered while trying to convince me to get the services they recommended. Keep in mind, the pin that I went in there for originally. I was told we would do that after the other procedures. 1st is this post the next is the BBB. In a time like this, the last thing we should be worrying about is getting scammed.

Dr. Zielinski, Michaelya and all other staff people involved with my procedure were fantastic !! The procedure took less time than I had anticipated and was no more uncomfortable than a dental filling. I was back home in about 2 hours and never did experience any pain. I would recommend Meridian anyone needing their expertise.

After being in pain for two weeks after a cavity filling and having the endodontist I was originally scheduled at call to delay treatment, my dentist recommended Meridian and I’m so glad. They got me in for an emergency slot and one hour later I was being prepared for a root canal in the spa like office. Dr. Zelinski and his assistant Sue were great and as someone with severe dental anxiety the process was easier than I expected. Everyone was so nice and I am so grateful they could see me so quickly.

I was referred to Meridian by my dentist because I had a problem with a tooth that already had a root canal several years ago. They were easily able to find the problem. Dr. Zielinski and his assistant Michaelye did a great job re-doing the root canal, in much less time than I thought it would take. The office is a very relaxing atmosphere.

I came here as a referral. The tip of the filing tool broke and my dentist couldnt remove it so he sent me here. I was hoping they could remove it. The entire visit was for about 20 minutes. Unfortunately they could not remove it and told me it will be just fine. I paid my portion which it was I believe almost $600. My dental insurance took care of the other $700. I moved, then the pandemic happened and long story short they reported to my credit I owed $125. I found out couple months ago and was trying to find out what was that charge for. They said it was for the consultation with the doctor before the procedure. My dental insurance had not pay and they were sending me the bill to my old address (met the doctor for a minute before the procedure). They would not do anything to help me with my situation. They could not even empathize with everything that my family has gone through. It has been a very tough year for everyone. They dont care if your credit is damaged and even if you pay they will still not remove it. My experience was very disappointing, the charges after the fact not knowing about it but will affect every financial decision I make that has to do with credit All they care is about the money they can collect is not about the patients. I did not know about this other charge but they refused to help or understand. They told me there was nothing they could do. I will report this to the BBB. This is unethical, how can you charge an additional fee afterwards. It is not fair you pay your portion you go on with your life, events happen.... we got a pandemic. A little more sympathy, willing to help and understand your customers could go on a long way.

My experiences at Meridian have been excellent. I was referred here by my regular dentist since I needed a considerable amount of grafting done to correct advanced gum recession. Needless to say, I was nervous about having the procedures done. The staff at Meridian has done a fantastic job of easing those nerves and making me feel comfortable at every step of the way.First of all, Dr. Stoianovici is excellent at his craft. He has done two grafts thus far (I need 3), and the results have exceeded my expectations. They look tremendous while pain and discomfort has been minimal, which is a credit to his work. In addition, he does a great job explaining his methods and exudes a vibe that he genuinely wants to help his patients. Those traits mean a lot when youre nervous about having grafting done. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody who needs to have this procedure.Also, Dr. Ss assistants have been excellent as well. While Im sure you cant go wrong with any of the assistants here, Tristan and Karen were the assistants during my two procedures. They helped make it as calm, painless, and comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated the phone calls afterward to check on how I was doing. You can tell patient care is the top priority here.And finally, the front office staff has been friendly and helpful as well. From Day 1 when they put together the plan for my procedures to each subsequent visit, theyve been exceedingly helpful. I had to change the plan on one of my procedures and the staff made the change happen within hours. Theyve certainly made the entire experience that much easier.Overall, Im relieved that I worried about having gum grafting done for nothing. Everyone here does first class work, from the front office to the assistants to the doctors. Im grateful that theyve made the entire experience painless and comfortable, and will be recommending them to anybody who needs periodontic work done in the future.

I am going to be honest here. Ive had some bad medical and dental experiences. I always seem to get the worst luck and somehow poor healing outcomes. I had many cavities and bone loss and wanted a second opinion from the oral surgeon my general dentist had recommended and a friend recommended this office. I am so glad I went to Meridian...From the moment I called Megan at the office, I new I had contacted the right office. Dr. Teel and her incredible team performed a Cat scan scan which accurately and in detail diagnosed my issues, this technology diagnosed a sinus infection Id been battling for years, but had no idea about! ( Id complained to my doctor and dentist about this for years.)She also sent me to a medical physician who diagnosed me with sleep apnea, and I can finally move on toward health. She was able to look at the big picture of my problems and offer real solutions by addressing my underlying issue first. If you want a cheap fix or a temporary patch, dont come to this office. If you want a true professional opinion by respected specialists, come here. They work with your general dentist as a team, thats the best part. You can tell how much they care about doing the right thing, not the quick fix.I cannot wait to finish my treatment and receive my final healthy smile with implants.
