Ive been coming here for two years now. She does an absolutely solid job with her alterations. Ive been to a number of different tailor shops in Milwaukee, and my experience here has been the best. You get the feeling that its a matter of personal pride for her to do a good alteration job for her clients, which is not something I can say for other places that I have been to.

A little expensive but good dry cleamer

Weve been patronizing and coming to Sue for years now. I got very tired of competition - Martinizing in Elm Grove and their impersonal services. Anyway, Sue has done nothing but accommodate our every need for alterations and dry cleaning. Always on-time! She is also a very nice person and cares about people. I cant imagine any negative things said about her and her work here?! Come here, and you wont be disappointed. And, diss the other Brookfield/Elm Grove competition.

STAY AWAY from this CLEANERS if you want your JEANS dry cleaned and not laundered. Sue does not listen to her customers. I specifically told her not to wash my sons jeans (I couldve done that at home) and to dry clean them. I said no creases but please DRY CLEAN them and NOT WASH them even though the label says wash. She washed them anyway and RUINED the jeans!!! What happened to LISTEN to the CUSTOMER???I saw that shed washed them before I left and notified her immediately. She said shed re-do them but I knew she couldnt do anything about it. I let her try and when I returned she argued with me back and forth. I even went out and bought a brand new pair of Levi 501 Rigid (which is what the jeans were) and showed her how they were supposed to look. She refused to reimburse me for the jeans and my dry cleaning bill. I was livid!! I paid her $27.00 to DRY CLEAN 4 pairs of jeans that cost me $50 a piece on sale. Normally I pay $16 at UNIPRICE cleaners in Brookfield and they DRY CLEAN the jeans perfectly! I only stopped at Sues because I was in the area. I never knew trying to save gas and time would end up costing me so much! Luckily I still had my receipts and was able to take the jeans back to Macys and Boston Store where theyd been purchased and they allowed me to return them. I paid Sue $27.00 to WASH jeans that I couldve done at home. NEVER will I go here again and Ive told EVERYONE I know to stay away!!!

Sues Quality Cleaners always provides top notch service. She does a wonderful job tailoring clothes.
