Ben did an incredible job! They Guarantee their work in the stand by it. My son had spilled red soda die on our new carpet they were able to remove the red spot it look good. But since it was brand new carpet we decided to patch it since we had leftover carpet from when it was installed. His patch job was flawless it looks like nothing even happened.
