I drive from Milwaukee just to get a haircut from Sam. She gives you the haircut you want and makes sure you are happy with the result. Very professional and a delight to chat with.

Booked online and when I arrived was told they didn’t have me in the system and I’d have to wait another 4 hours. No solution offered apart from leaving a Google review or go somewhere else. Asked for a regional manager to notify of the issue - since the person working says this happens a lot - and she would not give me any opportunity to correct the situation other than to leave a bad review. So... here’s your bad review... for everyone to see the company’s incompetence.

I have unmanageable hair,it’s really thick and frizzy and ever since I’m in the USA I’ve been to many hairstylist but was not entirely satisfied and I realized that not many have the experience of working with my type of hair.I was going on vacation and really needed my hair to be cut due to damage and etc.Alyssa did an amazing job with my hair .She was so helpful and did exactly what I asked.I was extremely happy and definitely will be going there again .Thank you Supercuts!I definitely recommend after my positive experience with Alyssa.

I got there at 10 am sharp and stood next to the sign that said, walk-ins welcome. There was NO ONE there but me. The sign said they open at 10am on Sunday. Finally, at 10:15, a woman came to the door and said,David?, to which I said, no, Mike. She asked if I had an appointment, which i did not (walk ins welcome). She said, I have an 11:00 opening, after the REAL David walked up. I dont get why, if I was the ONLY guy there, that I would have to wait 45 minutes to get my haircut. David, the guy that had an appt, didnt even own 45 minutes worth of hair to cut! If they would have opened on time, she could have cut my hair in 10 minutes. I cannot support a business that exhibits such incompetence.

I usually like the service and have been happy with my haircuts. But today the only request I made was that my hair would tuck behind my ears. I left with my hair still damp. After I got home and dried my hair more, a big chunk of my “bangs “ fell in my face and won’t tuck behind my ears!! And as I combed out my hair there were a lot of strands that were long an I needed to cut them. If you go here, ask for Jesse... she’s the best!

Ive been to a lot of Supercuts and this location is by far one of the best Ive been to. Staff are prompt, on-time, and give you what you ask for. Ive had excellent experiences, numerous times, with Sam and Tammy - theyre pleasant, welcoming, they take the extra time and care to make sure they get it right, but they also get you in and out in a reasonable and efficient time frame. Compared to the other nearby Supercuts locations, I highly suggest choosing this one, if you have the opportunity to.

Just had a haircut by Joseph last week at the Brookfield Salon. AMAZING haircut! I have very fine, very straight hair, so need all the shaping I can get. Joseph did a beautiful cut - i will definitely be going back there!

Today Tammy cut my 8 month olds hair. Obviously cutting a baby’s hair isn’t easy, but she was so kind and patient. She did a fantastic job at keeping his hair as long as possible but making it look 10 times better. I will always take my son to her. Highly recommend her if you need your child’s hair cut!!! Supercuts staff have always met my expectations. Every few months, they give me the manager look that replaces shaggy guy. I am disappointed by one thing, however. My bald spot is still there.

I have been going to Super Cuts since I was 5 years old. For almost 34 years I trust only one place to cut my hair. For the last 15 plus years Sam and Jess are the only ones who cut my hair and theyre awesome. I met them both at the Super Cuts in Bay View which is no longer there and now that they are both in Brookfield, I still followed them. I walk in looking like a mop head and walk out feeling awesome. Id follow them anywhere they went. And I never feel those little hairs on my back because Sam always does the hot towel treatment after my cut leaving me feeling clean and ready to go. Telling you, you want an awesome hair cut, go see Sam & Jess. Two of the very best ever.

I had a very good experience at the Super Cuts in Brookfield. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, all of the girls were so nice. It is very clean and kept up well. I was very pleased with my. hair cut. The girl ( Tammy) cut it exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be going back.

This place, but more specifically the stylist, Sam, was fantastic! I have never, in my 21yr of life, had a good haircut. Every stylist who has ever had the curse of working on my hair has failed. They didnt listen or understand what I wanted & didnt care either. This pushed me to never getting my hair cut because of the poor experiences I have had in the past. But Sam, at this SuperCuts, gave me my first haircut I was excited about. She did little bits at a time, understood what I wanted and was very patient with me. She was so nice, funny and overall an amazing hair dresser! I will be requesting her for as long as I can! She is, so far, the only stylist I trust with my hair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable hair care experience!

Very underwhelming. Took my 4 year old for a haircut. The stylist gave her a blunt cut with no shaping or contour whatsoever, was not overly pleasant, and had no air of professionalism (slippers? Really?) With tip the cut cost almost $20. So not worth it.

DO NOT take your child here to get a hair cut! Especially if it is Natasha- (the certificate at her chair had this name) The hair cut was NOT at all what I asked for and was soooo bad I had her stop before she thought she was done. Had to go to a second salon for a re-cut to make it presentable. I am only giving this one star because you cannot post without selecting one star or more.

When I called to ask some details about what I was looking to have done the woman on the other end of the line was incredibly short and condescending. I work in customer service as well, and youre doing it wrong! I dont care if you dont think my question is worthy if your time, its your job to answer it. Just like you probably do, I answer the same questions 15 times per day, and each time I answer them fully with a smile on my face. I could hear your smugness through the phone, and thats a problem. I believe your name was Tammy, you need some training.

New in the area and had an amazing experience at this Supercut. Sam did my haircut and all over color and I am so happy I made the decision to come in and try it out for myself instead of relying on some reviews here. She not only advised on what will suit me but also explained why. I will definately come back again for quality hair service.

I called to see if there was a wait before we went in for my sons haircut and was told there wasnt. Instead of taking care of my 2 year old son, the girl decided to walk away constantly and he got further agitated. Then when she finally deemed herself ready to help us, my son was so worked up we couldnt even get his hair cut and offered no apology. Maybe the focus should be on the customers in your store instead of people calling. Obviously nobody wants to handle a child that is difficult but clients come in all shapes and sizes and compassion needs to come in to play somewhere. I wouldnt recommend coming here with your kids because they cant handle it. Would have not given one star if I was able.
