Lane 10 broke. Worker wouldnt let us leave after 2 rounds of waiting as the machine fixed itself. Place looks like its from the 90s. Hasnt changed besides like 3 flat-screens they installed. Stinks too. Honestly pretty terrible. 😍

Very nice bowling alley definitely family friendly and the lanes and equipment seem to be well maintained I would definitely come back here to bowl again!

There was only one person working and despite that, everything was well run. We had a good time.

First time here and will definitely be back. Staff was extremely friendly. They even gave us a free lane for our toddler to bumper bowl so my husband and I could bowl separately.

Great place to bowl a few frames. Have been going here for over 30 years. Lanes are in good condition, the scoring system is easy to use and the rental shoes seem pretty new. Highly recommended, and very glad this place is still standing.

This place is neat and clean. The guy, whos name I cant remember, is always so polite and welcoming. I have closer bowling alleys next to my home but I drive to this place because its less crowed and I just love it.

Best bowling alley I’ve ever been two. I moved from Indiana for work to Wisconsin. The people are awesome, bartender guy on nights is always friendly and helpful. I’d normally go 3-4 nights a week as me and my fiancé love bowing and it’s something fun to do and unwind after work. We’ve moved recently since but I will definitely miss all the great people who work here and the friendly old school atmosphere this bowling alley has. You guys are the best , keep doing what your doing.

Its a good bowling ally. With balls that are not real heavy. Good food and good drinks. But there are cheaper options

Awesome bowling alley that is in a great location. It holds an old vintage feeling and has good prices on games and drinks. It does have a limited amount of open lanes but that is because leagues usually bowl there. If you’re looking to join I’d recommend stopping here for more information. Overall cool place to hangout with some friends or family. Also, their jukebox has the jams.

Nice and clean thanks to the no smoking law. And yes, I am a smoker but do not complain. My daughter was here with a school trip and they had a great time. I am new to the area so the parking lot kind of confused me. You can park in the back or on what I think is the side but there is also a drive through lane to go through to pick up the ppl in your party so they dont have to drag everything across and to the parking lot. Im sure there was a front entrance but we parked on the side and there was a door there where it seemed like everyone was using so maybe that was the front. But parking is minor. My daughter ordered everything she could to eat and drink with her spending money. So while I didnt eat, she seemed to like everything she ate. I didnt bowl and only was in a short while. But bowling alleys can be gross. This definitely was not

Towny type of bowling alley. The lanes seemed good and I was really glad the machine didnt tear up my ball. Was very old school but a nice little place.

My wife and I went on a date, in a relative blizzard, and literally had the place to ourselves. What an awesome and nostalgic experience. We had so much fun jamming out to the jukebox, wearing ridiculously colored bowling shoes, and competing with each other. I would happily come back here again.

Workers couldn’t even put a mask on out of respect for the two short minutes we were getting shoes. Even my 4 year old was confused why people wern’t wearing masks.

Went to prebowl with my team. Told to come right at 10am, which we did. Got there and was told couldnt bowl. There was only a party on half the lanes. The others were reserved. This was the 3rd time it happened; various days and times prior. When I stated Im over our league and this service suddenly we were able to bowl. Was there 1.5 hours. My son couldnt bowl because the lanes were reserved and wouldnt you know no one bowled on the lanes the entire time. A group of 3 young adults came in stating they wanted to open bowl and they were told sure and given a lane. Not sure what my incentive is as a league bowler to come back next year. Im sure any other place in the area would be happy to have my business. Never experienced such awful service.

Really never bowled there. I really like the lanes. I sub for a buddy of mine on Thursday nights there. On January 19 2017. I shot a 224 avg that night. I love the people there great place to bowl

Not very friendly. Website bowling hours inaccurate. Otherwise, small windows of time for walk-in bowling. Only good if one is actually in a league. I recommend going elsewhere for family fun.

I started bowling in a league here in September. The place is very clean, and the staff as well as other league bowlers are very friendly. The lanes seem to run without many problems, and their league oil pattern is very consistent. If you are considering bowling in a league here, I highly recommend it.

We had a good time here during the week for open bowl. The lanes are not made of wood, but instead made of laminate, like a cheap kitchen countertop. Im not sure if it changed the way the ball reacted or not, because I am not that avid of a bowler. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was helpful. Only thing I disliked was the prices were high.

Ive been going here for years and it remains my go to bowling alley. Lanes are properly oiled even for open bowling. Friendly staff and reasonable prices to boot.

Bowling is bowling and this place is just fine for bowling. What really sets it apart is its amazing staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Every single staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and seemed happy to help.In fact, the staff is so amazing that one time, when I called to see if they had lanes available they told me no...and then told me who in the area still did have open bowl! That really impressed me. We ended up bowling at the other establishment that day, but I can assure you Bluemound Bowl will be my familys first choice from now on.

Bluemound Bowl is a great bowling alley with friendly staff. This type of bowling alley allows you to pay for your shoes and bowled games after you are finished with your bowling session. They also have leagues that you can join. The building has some older features (like old ash trays in the tables) but they arent really bothersome, it just gives an old fashion charm to the alley.

Went here to bowl, pricing is good but let me tell you the facilities are complete trash. Not worth the money to bowl in such an outdated place. Equipment malfunctions and scores arent kept always. Ball returns barely have enough power to bring the ball back to you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO TO AN UPDATED PLACE WITH A BETTER ATMOSPHERE!!!

Where do I even start. There so short staff when all of the lanes were packed they have one person working. When bowling, are lane freaked out when on the 11 frame and started a new game. Which, I was on the best game of my life. But when confronting management about what happend. He just smiled at us and said nothing. If you want to travel back to a 1960s this is the place for you. They are so outdated and dirty you really dont want to touch anything. If I could I would give a 0 star. NOBODY EVER COME HERE.

We had fun with our annual family bowling outing. The lane equipment had trouble returning our balls.

Loved this place. Well priced and a decent atmosphere. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it until we brought his 13 year old sister and the owner himself was dropping f-bombs left and right. I approached him and politely asked to stop but he denied it. He later loudly complained that we didnt want them to swear. He did stop after I asked but was very rude and inappropriate about it. Not sure that Ill be returning after that.Update: Hank, the owner, contacted me via Facebook, apologizing for what happened. He was very accommodating and offered us free games, pizza, and soda to apologize for what happened. I think we will be returning at least for that and then some. Again, we really like this place.

Older man with glasses in the punisher t-shirt is extremely rude. place is very run down and drinks are overpriced. do not recommend. sunset bowl is better.

Great bowling, family friendly, and wonderful service. The beer is cold and the food is deliciously fried. Wether you want to take the family out for a fun night of bowling, or step out with the fellas to drink some brews, play some pool, and watch the game... This place accommodates both... And its reasonably priced (for Brookfield). I would recommend this place to anyone.

Called to check about open bowling - their website says from 10am -2am on sundays. Person on phone said only until 5 then again after 8:30. Told him that was different from the website and got a response of “yup”

Bartender was nowhere to be found. After waiting about 15 minutes I asked the front desk and they grabbed him from in back. He immediately walked past to help a woman and her her friends who were there after me. Twice my songs were cut early on the jukebox due to the bartender not liking them with no form of reimbursement.

Lane was miscounting which they knew about. When notified, they told us that it was an issue with the camera and it was just like that but it would only miscount for gutter balls. It miscounted for every bowl and when notified again they suddenly said it was fixed. We then noticed that the lane next to us started to miscount. Not sure how bowling lanes work but seems they just switched the issue to the adjacent lane. They didn’t tell the two sets of new bowlers there was an issue with the lane. So instead of warning bowlers of the issue or closing down a lane they know doesn’t function - they just put you on a broken lane and expect you to pay full price. Sleazy

The bathrooms could use some improvement, the staffs nice, you can bowl.

Great place that has open bowl almost always unlike other bowling alleys where they have open bowl for like 2 hours late at night. owner is nice guy that will give you breaks on bowling if you come in often.

The lane half our group was on was broke, and apparently it had been broke for a while. However they choose to not fix it, or close it down. Very annoyed and will never be back. If you want to ever have a terrible time come here.

This bowling alley is run down. The service is slow. They were not playing any music... So there was a lot of awkward silence. I went on a Monday before dinner so that may have something to do with the awkwardness.

This place is a complete rip off. They way overcharge for their bowling time. $60 for 3- 10 frame games. They tell you $4 a person but what they dont tell you is your charged that for every game you play. So if you have 4 people that is 48 dollars BEFORE shoe rentals. Save your money and drive 20 mons north to sussex bowl where you can pay $5 dollars a person for 2 hr unlimited frames within that 2 hours. Too much money to bowl here with nothing else included. Staff was also very rude.
