Phil, Ryan, and the rest of the team have done work on my vehicles for well over a year. I was originally referred to them from a friend of mine and am glad I took the recommendation. Everyone there is honest and professional, turnaround time is quick, prices are fair, and the work is excellent. I choose them over the dealership to service my exotic car and give them cars from work to service on a regular basis. Ive never had any complaints and all of my customers are satisfied with their work too. Its hard to find a reputable shop these days but this place checks all the boxes and then some.

Great mechanic shops are hard to find, let alone European ones. I took my Audi to Sams European Shop to check what was causing vibration in the engine. It only took them a couple minutes to diagnose and tell me exactly what was wrong. Made an appointment to come back and drop off the car. Motor mounts were changed and my car was returned to normal, no more vibration! Phil who works the front was professional and personable when I was in the shop. He even showed me how bad the motor mounts were when they were out of the car. Very reliable service and way more affordable than the dealer. Will definitely come back!

For 10 years I’ve taken my car to Sammy and been satisfied by the quality of service. So when I decided to move out of state it just made sense to have him service my car one last time.The problem was a differential that needed replacing and in short order, the work was done, or so I thought. The car was then loaded on a transport and shipped. After arriving on the other end I drove the car for two weeks before the part began to leak badly. A mechanic took one look and said it hadn’t be installed correctly. I was then forced to pay to have the work redone, but wasn’t overly concerned because at the time I thought all I’d need to do was call Sammy and he’d work to make the situation right.Over the next month, I called and each time spoke to someone named Phil. Sammy was never there nor did he call me back. On the final call, Phil mentioned that he had spoken to Sammy, but had the authority to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, his solution was to do nothing. No apology, no offer to reimburse me for work that I was forced to pay for twice. To add insult to injury when he initially answered the phone on that fourth call I stated who I was and he acted like he didn’t know me, then quickly joked that he has memory issues to explain why he didnt recall our previous conversations or bother to call me back after any of the other three calls made.In light of my history with this company, I find it odd that when I called Sammy was never there. And maybe he doesn’t know that the new person at the helm is putting years of goodwill at risk. Quite frankly if I hadn’t moved I’d now be looking for a new place to take my car.

Came to this shop for the first time a year ago based on a referral from a friend because my normal mechanic and the Mercedes dealership were both booked up and i couldnt get an immediate appointment. 1st repair went fine so i decided to return again due to a small coolant leak and another unrelated repair. Car is warrantied so repairs were covered 100% and Sams deemed the thermostat was the issue of the coolant leak. Received the car back and 2 months later the leak was back again. Took the car back for them to fix because the work they performed stated it was warrantied for 12 Mos or 12k miles. An hour later im told the issue is the hose and not the thermostat. The shop pretty much misdiagnosed the leak and then told me because its now just a hose my warranty wont cover that item alone. Then due to their mistake proceeded to charge me $200 to replace a hose. The guy tells me the hose is only $40 and when i ask why is it costing me $140 in labor to replace a hose he tells me because the hose is underneath and in a hard to reach spot. When i got to the shop i was told he never even contacted the warranty company to find out what my warranty covered, and that he assumed. Whats even more insulting is after i returned home and opened my hood I soon found out that the upper radiator hose that he replaced was directly at the top of my engine and was not in a hard to reach spot as stated. So not only did they misdiagnose the original problem and cost me extra out of pocket money, they completely lied about what the job detailed to charge extra on top of their mistake.

Amazing! I had something in my tire late after work-Sams welcomed me with a smile, the cleanest waiting area Ive ever seen, and quick service. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes! They even thought to park my car so I could easily drive out of the lot. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

Sam was amazing! I arrived in Hinsdale from California, needing to drive onto West Virginia and my brake warning light came on. I called Sam and he said to bring it in early the ne t morning. He gave me a free loaner and seven hours later the brakes were fixed, oil changed, and car washed!!! This is the only place I would go in the area! Thanks Sam!,!

After being referred to Sam, I wanted to see how the experience played out when I took my Audi in for a 70k service. Got a fair price, car was clean and most importantly, it went smoothly.Will come again sure!!!!

Outstanding. I called about my 1989 300 SEL A/C issue. Andy took 20 minutes over the phone to discuss, in detail, solutions to my problem. He answered every question I had, and was completely professional. I took the car up on Thursday at 10 am, received a call with the repair cost by 1pm, and the car was finished by 6pm. The repair cost was a lot lower that I was expecting, so I had them do a transmission flush as well. Sam and Andy both took the time to meet me personally - I could not be happier about this shop. I will be going back! Thanks!
