Tired calling this company to help with water damage in my basement. A women called me back and VERY rudely said We cant help you, were booked, call someone else. Highly recommend another place. Dont use this company!!

Great work on my shower

I have been calling these clowns for three weeks. Same rude woman answering phone that only wants to transfer you to voicemail boxes. But don’t waste your time it will take days to hear back. After a week of calling everyday we finally made contact about getting the roof looked at. Only to have it cancelled due to weather despite two other larger company’s coming out and looking the same exact day. After postponing we set up an estimate for a Monday when they tell my wife I’ll have quote no later than Tuesday. As of Friday morning still nothing. I call again as I have done over 20 times during this process to get voicemail as usual finally after some motivational practices I get some one on phone to tell me maybe I’ll have quote tonight. I left voicemail Wednesday asking for quote as well as calling Thursday to be assured someone will return my call which of course never happened. Would you trust this company? They should be ashamed of them selves

I have never used their renovation or emergency disaster service, but this in my landlord, hes a good guy, usually prompt if you have a problem with one of his properties.
