George and the lady are both absolutely amazing!! We rent from them once every few months over the last year and have been treated with exceptional service. We will always rent from them and refer everyone We know to them their customer service is the best

I picked an SUV with a third row seat for my reservation. I get there to pick it up, she tells me my Mitsubishi Mirage is ready, then I asked if that had the third row seat. She remembered then that my reservation was for a bigger one and tells me they dont have one so she would have to give me a minivan. I didnt want a minivan, if I had, I would have reserved that as it was an option. Then she has an attitude when I voiced my displeasure since I reserved this over three and a half weeks ago. She walks me to a Honda Odyssey that is dirty and the seats had stains everywhere and was not clean. Given Covid, this was not reassuring that this van had clearly not been cleaned. Not happy, will never go through Expedia or rent from Avis/Budget again. The location also smells like urine, it is very strong.

I’m so upset that we reserved a minivan a week in advance before our family trip, they even called me that morning to confirm my pick up in the afternoon. But when it’s time for me to pick up, they did not have any minivan available and offered me a suv ( not even a full size suv, just a regular suv). Normally it would be fine if just 3 people. But this trip was a whole 6 people party with camping gears (we didn’t want to have two cars cuz it’s a very long drive). So a regular suv does not hold enough our stuff. They almost ruined our vacation. We lucky to have our own minivan that we could use. But I was so upset that they did not hold up their end bargain, and didn’t even tell us in advance if they had none. They did not care. What’s the point of reservation in advance?! 😡😡😡 I’m still mad thinking about it.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was friendly, quick to get us (my wife and me) into a vehicle, and a resource for the many questions we had. Having unlimited miles was the primary reason we contacted Budget. The experience is the reason we will return. Great job!

Ripped my 84 year old, wheelchair-bound father off... didnt tell him that adding his daughter as his driver was going to be a huge additional charge at the time of rental. Only found out when we turned in the rental. BEWARE: GO OVER YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY B 4 YOU DRIVE AWAY!

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and seemed to like their job and not be completely annoyed with the customers. I have been using another company in BA for years because of the convenient proximity to my house but couldnt stand the service I would receive. I didnt leave for so long though because of the convenience. I recently discovered this location was just as convenient and will definitely be utilizing it from now on. I dont rent weekly but probably 15-20x/year.

Rented a car for a week and they were very nice and professional. They even let me leave my regular car in the lot while I had my rental. Prices were also reasonable. Recommended.

I wanted to pick up a small suv (escape or similar) at 8am because I was on a tight schedule, they didnt open the door until 8:08 which caused a delay, we couldnt stop for a break to make it on time. Also they said the largest car they had was a small elantra/cruze size they said since I reserved after hours online my reserved car was whatever was left. The car preformed fine and the return process and checkout process was easy.

Incompetent staff. 45 minutes late to have car ready the morning it was to be picked up because staff was running around like their heads were cut off. Dropped off car the night BEFORE it was due to be returned and they charged me an extra day because they didn’t check it in until 2 days later. Rent from at your own risk!

Super quick and easy service!

The car I rented had a bad odor and wasnt clean. I was charged more than I was quoted. It was not worth the price!
