At the company I am at the CFO signed a 3 year contract with this company.We are ALWAYS fighting over ink. They say they sent it they say it shouldnt be empty..They wont give us a set or two of spare ink for emergencies. We end up having to pull ink out of other printers and put it in the payroll printer on payroll days from time to time due to this.. We cant not pay our employees because we had to wait 3 days for ink to get here when its said 10% or less for a week already..The tech are pretty good though and I feel sorry for them working for this company since it got bought out by a bigger company it has went down the drain.
