They replaced my watch batteries in a timely manner. They also cleaned my mothers wedding ring for me for free. Then educated me on rings wear on the posts that would be needed to be attended to n the near future so the diamond would not start coming loose. Very friendly and a good price for the replacement batteries. Love the family owned businesses they are very personable.

The Livingston family has a long history with Star Jewelry. It is the only place I feel comfortable repairing my rings and necklaces. (Weve used other places in the past and we were not satisfied with their craftsmanship.) We do not live near Star Jewelry but it is worth the trip. Best repair prices ever!!!!I went searching in the Broken Arrow area to repair my wedding rings. The prongs desperately needed help before my diamonds went bye bye. I got two quotes over a grand and wound up at Star Jewelers. Everything and more was under 500.00!!! Not only was I pleased with their work but the kindness and professionalism was amazing! During the Covid19 crisis, my wedding bands fell apart. After multiple friends recommended Star Jewelers, I brought my ring to the shop and was met at the door by Joe. He took a look at my rings and explained the necessary fixes to me, and told me hed let me know when they were ready. A few days later I received a call and my rings were fixed and as beautiful as the day I first put them on! Joe was prompt, courteous, and friendly...and I am a Star Jewelers customer from here on out!!

We brought in my engagement ring to be sized down 4.5 sizes they told us it would be ready the following Friday which was 7 days they called Monday saying it was ready they did a beautiful job! They were very excited with me over the engagement and made me feel like family. So fast easy and CHEAP I will be returning very soon to shop for his band!!!
