Having FedEx in Any part of a FedEx, leads me to believe I can send a prepaid postage package 📦? But NOT at FedEx Distribution, FedEx General, Distribution OMGod confusing!

They will have all of your packages but only deliver a few. I had a set of three boxes that were delivered to the fedex facility at the same time and they only delivered 2 of the 3 boxes to me and had the 3rd box kept at the facility till over the holiday weekend. My stuff was useless without that 3rd box that had all the need parts.

EEDEX They are very good, the package has been kept in their company until I went to get the goods to sign, USPS lost my package and it was bad, but They didn’t admit it! Not responsible!

Delivery guy walked up to my apartment. When I tried to tell him its my package he laughed and got back in his truck at 12:31 today. I will never do business out of broken arrow cause its truly broken

In the past week I have had 3 packages that have not been delivered to my home. Though the 3rd was. So why does some drivers take it upon themselves to deliver to office? With a complete address on package it is to delivered to the home per company policy.

I have a package that has been at this location for 9 days. I had to call the national Fed Ex customer service line to get them to contact this office for me. They informed me this packaged has been sitting on a truck waiting to be unloaded this entire time. 9 days? I get that there are thousands of packages but what’s the point of setting a delivery date when it’s off by more than a week? Fed Ex has always has been consistent with the worst delivery times. 100% of the time my packages I have had delivered by them are incredibly late. I will do my absolute best to never use them again. It also seems as though this specific location has many complaints of the same thing.

Getting the runaround on delivery date. Been in broken arrow for two days now. Says it was on the truck at 441 am Friday, still havent got it. Now says pending. How can it take two days to be delivered maybe 20 miles?

Yo the office people you call for help are super nice and helpful, the drivers on the other hand I wouldn’t trust with a box of dog food.

I actually work out of this terminal and really love the atmosphere and all the employees!

For the last 3 months they have been delivering our packages at our neighbors empty property by tossing our packages over their gate. We have had to have replacement packages sent because by the time we found them it had rained all day and the dog food was wet. Than yesterday they left our shoe order there. We have called Fedex every time and filled a complaint and nobody has called us back to address the delivery issues. Everytime I call they say they have messaged the manager of the facility about the issue to speak with the driver.

Susie is AMAZING!!! I had 3 packages that were MIA for 3-4 days and I couldnt have tracked them down or gotten to the bottom of the issue without her help. Its too bad that every place of employment doesnt have more people like her that are more than willing to help! THANKS AGAIN!!! ☺️☺️

Drivers always running behind

Picking up a package from Fedex may be one of the more singularly bizarre experiences of my life. Why am I talking to security guards at a concrete outpost instead of a comfortable uniformed employee in a store? Why doesnt anybody seem to know what is going on? And why cant you people just deliver my packages *to my door* like USPS and UPS consistently manage to, time and time again?

Had to go pick up my own package so I wouldnt have to wait an additional 3 days just to get my TV stand. Nice facility though and the people brought it right out to my truck.

I wouldnt even give this facility 1 star. I have had packages delivered to my neighbors barn property for 3 months, and they live in another state. Still awaiting a response from the facility manager as to why this hasnt been handled properly.

Because fedex failed to deliver a package on time we had to pick up our package at the service center as we were heading out of town. It took 40 minutes for them to find our package which should have been on the truck the day before. The bright spot was that the woman who brought the package up to us was friendly and funny and apologetic.

Poor service, I came in to print one sheet of paper spending only .86 cent. Then I suddenly remembered something else.The Rep was impatient and more concerned with vacuuming the floor rather than assisting me. He had to be redirected by manager who was very busy labeling deliveries??? I needed a little time to locate my item on my thumb drive. The young man could not be any more obvious that he was not interested in helping me. He even became argumenative when I asked him to increase the zoom on the screen of his computer.I Left the store feeling very confused and rejected.Thanks FedEx.Royal prints a few blocks away was a lot more friendlier.

These guys went above and beyond to get me my package today. Wal-Mart made a mistake and shipped to the wrong place. FedEx came to the rescue and moved mountians to allow me to pick up at the distribution center after hours on a Saturday! They were very friendly when I picked it up and didnt act like I was inconveniencing them at all. Thank you FedEx for being awesome!

This delivery was abnormal for FedEx, they lied to me about the driver coming to my home twice. What this customer service does not realize, is that when people change their routine, it can cost them money. An unscheduled day off from work is expensive.

Incompetent guys at the front who claim to retrieve your package for you. They wasted 45 minutes of my time this evening after handing over my door sticker FedEx driver left this morning. One guy said they had my package and would go get it. 45 minutes later another employee comes to tell me the driver wont be in until later tonight and Ill have to come back tomorrow after 9am. Nobody there knows which way is up. Make FedEx your Ex shipping company and go with UPS
