I have had major problems with my credit.. I met Courtney & Chris through my family... They were so patience with me.. I did exactly what they told me to do... I couldn’t ask for any better folks than them..I went to poor credit to good credit... it took awhile but with time and patience. We got it done...If u have trust issues like me then, stop worrying!!!They will do everything they can to help u !!!

Terrible onboarding. Did not know what to expect in the process. Accused me of being late on a payment for services when I was never told when payments were due. After finding out the correct amount and paying a few days early the 3rd month, she still held the first two late payments against us as a reason for canceling service. Accused me of lying about making payments because creditors had not updated their reports, even after I emailed proof of payments to her. She response to emails quickly, but was short and seemed like my questions were bothersome. Told me I couldn’t settle on an account, but I emailed her a letter where they offered me a settlement and she still did not provide me with the best advice for the situation. I believed they were capable of getting results, but it if you have a hairy past that you are trying to clean up (as most with poor credit do), don’t bother. Courtney was very judgmental and refused to help even after we made the necessary arrangements for each situation.

The best of the best. We wouldnt have got where we are without them.
