Michael has gone far and beyond. A hosting company failed my SSD raid and could not fix it but Michael able to resolve it in short amount of time. He is very talented and very knowledgeable. I am thinking moving all servers from current providers to his company. Do not hesitate to email or call Michael if you have any servers issues Linux or Windows.

Ive worked with AOD for well over a year now for dedicated server hosting and management, and Ive been very happy with their skill level and responsiveness. I did a lot of research on sysadmin companies before going with them - I originally wanted to go with Rackspace but then read their more recent reviews and decided not to go with them because of the decline in service level since years ago. I tried out another company as well with a testing server and after having a couple significant issues, I felt like the people working on it didnt know what they were doing (I think at one point I saw an ad on their site trying to hire sysadmins for $20/hr – no wonder). With AOD the people that work on our servers know what they’re doing and we’re not stuck dealing with uninformed/dangerous low tier techs. I have background in Linux management as well as web programming, so I tend to have high expectations, but AOD has lived up to them, and it’s nice to have a company that I feel I can trust to hand control of things over to. Their rates are fair considering the quality of service, and they don’t nickel and dime or gouge on upgrades that are actually inexpensive for them.
