We used ServePro when we had a water leak in our house that spread through all the sub flooring of our hardwood floors. What a pain. SP came out the next day for the initial look and started the next day on ripping it all out. They were very quick to get the old flooring out and get everything dry and ready for the rebuild. It took longer than I thought it should have to go back and forth between SP and the insurance company. our house sat empty for about 2 1/2 months as we waited. I dont blame SP for this, its just the process, but very frustrating. Once we got the go from the INS, SP moved right in and got to work. Billy, who was the contractor we worked with, was fantastic. He got everything organized and moving quickly. The painting started, the tile guy rolled in, counters are put back in, more painting, trim is back in, door jams are good, final touch up, clean-up, then bam its done. It looks good too. The cleaning person could have done a better job, we had to clean a lot of dust from inside the cabinets as she didnt clean in there at all and should have, but thats not that big of a deal. Amanda and Kelsea in the office were both very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We are satisfied with the work that ServePro did and would recommend them to anyone for your restoration needs.

My Dad use this company and they did a good job cleaning up the water, but over billed at lot. Dad was very stressed, he said the guy with the mustache was rude. Stay away.

What a great job fellows! We experienced sewer back up and had to have most of our carpet and bathroom floors replaced. Also damaged sheet rock that was replaced and rooms repainted. They worked with us so we could stay in our house most of the time they were working. They cleaned up and put all our furniture back and even fixed the yard where ruts were made because of wet weather and lots of vehicles going in and out. including our own vehicle. Its true what they advertise. just like it never happened only its better than it was before! Thanks Ben and all your crew!

121st and memorial at 1225 PM at a stop light one of your drivers literally stopped on our tail because he wanted to turn and we were not. We would scoot forward just a little so he wasnt so close and he would do the same, happened 3 times. He was a tall white Male dark brown hair, wears glasses and is mid 40s or older. Disgusted by his behavior and the dirty look we were given as we turned around to see what the deal was.
