The only reason for stars is because they do get you in and out quickly . The cons - there is no effort to clean or wipe down check in things between patients. They literally put you in a room and by the time you walk out the next person behind is in your same room that no one cleaned . Staff has no desire or care to answer any question or request they simply are there to get you in and out . Poor customer service and cleanliness overall .

Nowhere else to put the time but they are closed from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. If that phone would work, you would actually be able to find that out.

Made appointment online from their app the night before . From the time I walked until I drove away took maybe 10 minutes. Front desk person was nice.

I observed a dirty waiting room. No one wiped down chairs or the check in touch screen. I was moved to a different room and nothing was cleaned in either room. They sat a new patient in the room I had just left without cleaning it. No one washed hands.

I didn’t like how I called ahead to confirm information and when I arrived I had to come back later on making me late for work for something that took 10mins to complete. Other than that the staff there works fast and efficient

Needs work with people skills and cleaning lessons... Not professional but they do testing.... Literally thats all.....

The lady at the front desk who administered my drug test was rude & commanding. No customer service skills what so ever. She seemed as if she had an attitude for no reason. It’s no wonder this place only has 2 stars. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.

Theresa, the lady at the front desk, was so polite, courteous, and professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Easy process. Would highly recommend this place. Convenient, fast, and professional.

I’ve been using this location for years to get my yearly bloodwork drawn. They have always been kind and courteous.

I would strongly suggest doing everything on their website to set up an appointment. Ive had zero issues doing this. I dont suggest calling because they dont answer their phones. Walk ins are probably not recommended, since appointment people will have priority. Ive been here twice, no issues.

I have been referred to LabCorp by Doctors and by the company I work for to get blood taken a dozen or so times and it has always been a prompt and pleasant experience. I prefer them to any others I have been to in the Tulsa area.

Ive come to this location twice now. Once for bloodwork from my doctor and the other was for a urine and blood specimen for a job. Both times I did not have to wait and they were very pleasant. They have good instructions and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this place.

Voicemail was annoying, however I did speak to a live person after listening to the options at the end of the voicemail message. option 3 for a live person. They answered my question quickly.

There is never more than one person at this location. They cant help with holding a child who might resist a blood draw or even have someone who greets you.

Horrible and slow service. Just awful. Front desk woman needs a new job. She was in no hurry to help anyone and doesnt know how to do her job. Cannot stress enough: Avoid this location if you can.

Most annoying voicemail system ever!! Good luck getting any information out of them by actually talking to a live person. All I needed was an NPI number.

Completely unprofessional to not send the collection hours in an email. Front desk lady needs to find a new job.

Before they started the drug screenings they told this family whose kids needed to go to the bathroom they had to wait for every to do their drug screening 1st. I was the 1st person checked in and was the last person to called.

What a run around! Good luck getting a live person!
