I was referred to this company for a bathtub reglaze. Jared was on time, friendly and interesting conversationalist. I would highly recommend his service.

I live in NW Arkansas and unfortunately, this company doesnt service my area until the slow season. I spoke with Jessica (?) for some 30 minutes about our situation with 2 local refinishers. She is very knowledgeable about the business and gave me some valuable insight. I can only hope they put a crew together for our are because everyone deserves a beautiful refinishing job.

We bought a home built in the 60s. I assumed there was no option but to tear out our very old, very olive green, very gross tub and tile. Jared and Doug amazed me. They said Bathroom Magic would make it all look sparkling white and brand new. I had my doubts. It’s been just over a year since they did their magic and it all still looks 100% brand new. Blown. Away. These guys are incredible.

Such amazing work on my fiberglass unit! From ugly blue (home was built in 70) to bright white in only a half a day, and they were so friendly and kind! They cleaned up after themselves my daughter used the tub the very next morning. Thanks guys!

Ive used Bathroom Magic twice now for home remodels. The end product was amazing and saved me a ton of money from having to replace the tubs. Everything was communicated very clearly right from the start. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I am a busy person and the professionalism was appreciated greatly. Highly recommend this business!.

Doug is amazing! Magic is right... I saved my grandmothers pink fixtures from her TX house and on the trip back to OK a few straps broke and the toilet cracked pretty severely, sink had a large chip from removal, and we had him update color on underbelly of clawfoot tub. I was blown away by his talent. All three pieces look perfect - he saved invaluable family heirlooms that we were able to use in our new home. Thank you Doug!

We love the character of an older home, but pink, green, blue and purple bathroom tiles and tubs are not easy to decorate around. This is by far the easiest and most cost effective way to give your bathroom a modern look. From the moment they answer the phone through the actual work, the professionalism is well above the bar one would find with typical home construction industry. Couldn’t recommend more.

I recently inherited my mothers home in midtown. Mom never really had the money to update it, but she loved her blue and pink tubs. I however, did not. I searched around for my options and discovered that removing a bathtub and replacing with a new one was not only time consuming and messy, but it would also cost several thousand dollars between the labor and demolition. This definitely wasnt in my budget. One of my friends suggested resurfacing. The first place I called (that actually answered) was Bathroom Magic. They were incredibly helpful. They explained to me everything their process entailed as well as what was required to keep it looking new. But the best parts? They would be in and out of my home in less than a day, I could use the bathrooms that night, and it was all at a fraction of the price to replace! On the day of my appointment both Doug and Jared (father and son) arrived promptly at 7:30am just like they said they would. They immediately got to work while I headed off to my job. When I came back on my lunch break, they were finishing up and everything looked amazing. I couldnt believe it was the same tub. Thank you bathroom magic for your amazing work.

When I called about the procedure, I talked to Jareds wife, and she was very helpful. I really thought the job would be done by a sub-contractor or something, but it was Jared himself, and he did a splendid job. It didnt cost one penny more than I was told it would. I will be doing the other bathtub and possibly the tile in both bathrooms, and Ill call Bathroom Magic for that when Im ready. I highly recommend them and their work.

Remarkable is the only word I can think of. I was CERTAIN my tub and tile would have to be replaced, but I had the old concrete wall behind the tile, and estimates were consistently over four thousand dollars. I liked the bathroom! But the tile and tub were blue, and I wasnt sure what to do. Jared quoted me over the phone and came out and turned everything a beautiful white, for under eight hundred dollars total! I used the bathroom the very next day and didnt have to worry about a weeks worth of tear out and a week of re-tiling, plus the cost of everything. Two weeks and over four grand? Or one day and eight hundred? I made my decision and am happy I did!

I called to ask about having my tub reglazed, and they answered all my questions and booked the work. He came out promptly at 7:30, (they even told me on the phone that they’re never late!), and did an amazing job! I use my tub every day because I only have one, and it’s smooth and shiny like brand new! Highly recommend this wonderful family. Great work. Thank you!

Clearest website, ever. Got the info we needed, called and he was out two days later redoing our tub. Now, it looks perfect! Jared was a straight shooter and fairly priced. Couldnt ask for more.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! 💜I LOVE my tub. I havent been able to say that in years. Doug was so kind and cordial and answered all my questions in how to care for it.We have done a lot of things to our home lately, including ALL new plumbing and even new furniture,,, BUT THIS is the nicest thing we have done!!!!! They made my old tired bathtub look like new for a fraction of the cost of replacing. They were extremely easy to work with and even accommodated some last second request I made. Great job!

I would highly recommend Bathroom Magic! Jared worked wonders repairing our bathtub and shower today on May 17th, 2017. We thought we would have to replace both, but Jared did such an incredible job fixing them we wont have too. The shower and bath now look fantastic, it really is like magic! Customer service when calling was excellent and we received a quote on the same day. Magic is right!!!! I had 3 different tub/shower experts out to look at our tub/shower. The bids ranged from almost $2K all way to $8K!!Bathroom magic Showed up, and made it look new again for UNDER $500!!!These guys are the real deal!!

I bet Bathroom Magic was great when the original owner did all of the work. Too bad it has fallen into the hands of someone who appears to have less experience with the craft and doesnt care enough about the customer to take the time to properly explain the expensive product he is selling. Fortunately, they put all of that information on the back of your receipt (where you would obviously look for it) so they can void your warranty later when you start to have major problems. Its not like they have time to go over everything with you. Shop elsewhere. They couldnt care less.Update: 3/9/16Thank you for your response Bathroom Magic. While I find your version of events lacking in detail and inaccurate, you have displayed your level of commitment to customer service/satisfaction perfectly...I hope you heed the opportunity to improve your customer service skills and thoroughness with future clients.

Original owner is very honest about project at hand. He truly wants a reglazing to be the right choice for you.Jessica was a delight to visit with regarding a resurfacing project I was inquiring about. She was encouraging in the choice to reglaze my kitchen sink. However, I met with the original owner at his house. And the original owner said he does not recommend resurfacing a “kitchen sink” due to the wear and tear of a kitchen sink. Plus they won’t guarantee the end product on a kitchen sink.I give 4 stars due to receiving conflicting information.Note: I did not go forward with process.PS #beware Jarod has harassed me multiple times for posting this review by phone voice msg, txt, fb msg and now he has gone to the extreme of slandering me on my google business pg. for leaving this honest review.
