I used to go to cheap places like Tulsa Hair Co & Great Clips. I rarely had the same person twice, & my experience was always inconsistent. I shopped around & found Knockouts. Yes its a bit pricier (but still reasonable in my opinion) plus you have to make an appointment most of the time. But its so worth it. You get a shampoo with your cut plus a couple other bonuses. Plus you know that you will get a quality cut & an enjoyable experience. Totally worth it in my book.

I get my haircut about every 2 weeks and as always lavonne does an awesome job! I love that she gets plenty of time to cut my hair and I don’t feel rushed. I’m glad that they don’t work on sundays so they can have some time off for their families.

What an amazing experience I had with my son here. A lady name Mandi took care of my son. She was very good with him and listened to how he would like his hair. He is six years old. She took her time didnt try to rush him when he was trying to explain how he would like it style.

Management gets rid of the best stylists they have. Absolutely ridiculous revolving door. Wish they cared about their employees.

Great service. Very attentive and thorough cuts. Worth the extra few bucks over budget barbers. Neck massage, hot towel face treatment and shampoo with scalp massage is always nice. Would definitely recommend.

Desarae was rude, didn’t listen to the direction, asked no questions and absolutely butchered my son’s normal fade haircut. Clearly not trained in fades. I would not recommend Desarae. The owner was fantastic and made this from a 1 star experience to neutral for me.

Quality of the stylists is a bit inconsistent, but they are clean, on time, and have reasonable prices. After a couple visits I found one of the GOOD stylists and I am very happy, will keep coming and recomend.

If you love great fades amazing beard care and being treated like a king for the duration of a hair cut then this is the place to go. I have enjoyed every. Single. Cut. I go normally every 2.5 weeks I see the same girl Ive had the eye brow wax the manicure the massage the beard trim/shave and I get a razor fade. The steam towel and hair wash are included which is outstanding seeing how if you go somewhere sporty the does some clips they charge you out the butt for such treatment. This is for sure the go to place for a regular haircut a night out haircut or a wedding day hair cut!! Highly recommend going and getting your hair cut there today!!

Despite the changing of staff, i find that the quality of the experience always remains consistent. I know each time to expect the same level of excellence, and therefor, never need to request a specific stylist. Sure there have been some that I got to know better, as they became my frequent stylist, but I am happy that many of the awesome people I meet move on to bigger things.I can be sure of 3 things when I go there:1) I am going to get the same cut i always ask for, regardless of which of the hardworking stylists helps me2) My stylist is going to have a nice conversation with me (usually exchanging stories about our kids)3) I am going to have a relaxing, full service experience.People like to throw stones, but I have yet to find a better place in Oklahoma, much less a place that offers as much customer service. Most places that offer a shave, or razor shave the neckline, are no where near as relaxing. IF you can even find a place that does offer the shave. The closest comparison is Sports Clips, which offers no shave, and they treat their customers like they are a pit crew changing tires.

Made an appointment, was seated as soon as I walked in. Jennifer was excellent, listened to what I wanted and delivered on beard and hair perfectly. Was a little leery since fades are the thing and my hair is longer, but definitely will go back when needed.

I take my son here and they do a great job! They are always very nice but it is sometimes hard to get in.

My husband went in to get a haircut and get a shave young lady by the name Brittany did a wonderful job cleaned up his sideburns shaved him and even did a hair treatment I would recommend Knockouts hair for all the guy in your life.

Dont ever go here. My family went here consistently for practically two years. They now have new employees who are absolutely terrible and rude. When cutting our sons hair, the employee was extremely rude to him, which upset him, mind you he is 3 years old. She wasnt nice or comforting with the clippers, so he jerked when she went for the back of his head and cut out a huge chunk of hair which scared him. After this she turned and said, I cant do this, and I have a 4:00pm appointment anyways. It was only 3:30pm, with more than enough time to cut his hair. We had a family function that night, and could not find anywhere else to get his hair cut. Ill make sure my friends, family, and clients never come to Knockouts, and Im still seeking to ensure proper corrective action is taken for the stylist Stephanie, as I refuse to have my family treated like this. I still have yet to receive a call-back from the manager, and this was three days ago.

Angel was awesome next time I will schedule instead of being a walk-in. They are busy.

My husband had an appointment and as he was walking in for his the girl that was suppose to cut his hair took another person and told him sorry his appointment just got pushed back 20 minutes. What the heck kind of service is that???!!!! Why do you even make an appointment since it doesnt matter to them anyway!! Will never return here!!! Just a crappy expensive haircut!!!

Yall must have been at the Tulsa or Broken Arrow location way before I was because these good reviews that I see cant be possible with the staff that I experienced. Mine was a three-step ordeal first I went in for a military cut cuz Im a veteran like most of the people who voted the same as I did on this place. It was taken upon the stylist to give me what she wanted instead of what I asked for and I called upset about this and they said that I could be taken care of it to Broken Arrow location the next day at noon and so I went in there and the manager sat me down and we talked and I asked her for the same thing and then I realize that she didnt understand the difference between a marine cut and a high and tight and I was about to look like a Jarhead being a army veteran I simply dont find that to be my preference not that I have anything against the Devil Dawgs. I explain this to her and she simply yanked the cloth off of me and told me goodbye. And this was the manager didnt clean me off or anything as soon as I disagreed with her ability to cut a haircut the right way she kicked me out of the establishment. I made Italy got to my truck and realize that I couldnt go around looking like I was so I called the Tulsa location to see if their manager might be able to help me out since I had talked to her earlier that day about my experience the night before and she told me that she would be able to cut me later that day so I arrived there and asked her to just take no guard and shave my head and she ended up doing much more and took some sort of wall face trimmer that gets almost down to Bare scalp and shave my head like I was an Aryan Brotherhood member which obviously Im not. But needless to say I was embarrassed to go outside of my house for at least a week without a hat on I have quite a few scars on my head and I try to hide them with a haircut but unfortunately because people dont know how to listen and give you what you want because they think just because they have a rack that they can act however they want and do a half ass job I would advise going somewhere else. The company doesnt care because Ive contacted them numerous times to no avail youre better off just going elsewhere
