Came here for an Audi A7 oil change and transmission flush. They checked my tires and told me I needed a new tire and got it handled that day. Staff has clear and thorough communication about what needs worked on and pricing. Great service. It felt it was respectful and trustworthy! They have indoor or outdoor sitting for long waits or you can walk over to Los Vaquero across the street. Broken Arrow location is very easy to locate and get to. Will come here again.

We have been coming here since 2017. They have always had fantastic customer service and communicate very well. They are knowledgeable and very helpful in diagnosing issues. Their prices are comparable and sometimes definitely the best around, but their customer service is always top notch. They also have a pretty nice lobby and free WiFi, which helps while you are waiting. Oh and speaking of waiting, they have always been timely with our vehicles. Seems like they have always gone above and beyond with us so we will keep coming back!

The Garage is awesome! This place is always spotless clean, they offer the lowest prices in town for oil changes, and they’re very fast. I see the owner in here from time to time (the guy on the TV), and he’s always friendly and courteous. Also, they have a very clean, nice seating area to wait at, and they have ice cold sodas in a fridge, as well as oatmeal cream pies and cookies! This place has all the features of a “high end” maintenance shop, without the price. I used to be the kind of guy who would just get an oil change anywhere, but now I go out of my way to make sure I get it done at The Garage.

Have always went to the Garage for oil changes and used to be quick, now it takes forever. Will not be going back.They also used to discuss issues or problems or call and say hey you need a new air filter would you like us to do that? But not anymore.When I complained tonight about keeping my car all day I was told we only have 1 guy cause we focus on bigger ticket items

This was a really easy process from start to finish. I dropped off my car/keys overnight and called them to let them know what was happening. They have an online feature that lets you see the 33-point diagnostic and evaluate what you want fixed and how much it will cost up front. They top off your fluids and check everything to make sure your car is okay. You may choose or decline what work you want done on your car--but the full price tag is up front and includes parts + labor, and then they just have to add tax when you check out.Really love their service. Inside is clean (unlike a lot of auto repairs, this one is modern/air conditioned/well-decorated) and staff are super friendly and quick. They even pulled my car around for me to the door so I didnt have to walk to the back parking lot. Definitely recommend and am a loyal customer! Thanks so much! :)

These guys got me in quick and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a few issues I needed addressed and they executed perfectly. My truck is lowered and few things they needed to address would require custom applications and they got everything accomplished and done the right way! Extremely pleased with their service!

Their services is great but they take a long time. I dropped my car off a day and they said they were available but it took 2 days to finally get to the repair.

Did a good job replacing the AC on my Nissan. Work was done fairly quickly and I believe the cost was in line with the industry. Would use again.

I’ve been taking my vehicle here for years. They provide friendly, professional, and thorough service. The best place to get an oil change or repairs in Broken Arrow.

The Garage inspected a used vehicle from a local dealership I was interested in purchasing. They performed a thorough inspection which gave me an objective overview of the car that included a semi-detailed report with comments and photos. I felt the $50 diagnostic/inspection charge was well worth the investment considering I was not able to view the car in person.

The service was so awesome here. Everyone was really nice. I highly recommend!

Great service. My Ram 2500 had to have to entire dash removed for repairs. No one could find where the AC was leaking, they found it, repaired it, and made it better than it was from the factory so this shouldnt happen again. They also fixed the heater core and a BG treatment for the oil. Definitely will return. Travis is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The owner, Roy, was a pleasure to deal with as well. Go see them!

Great service and they were able to fit me in 3 hours before closing when my windows wouldnt roll down. They found faulty wiring and were able to replace it the same day. Highly recommend.

Terrible place to take your vehicle. Took my car in for a diagnosis to see what was going on. Three days later they call me and tell me the whole motor needs to be replaced. Took it to Hyundai the next day and tell me it just needs motor mounts. I do not recommend going here for anything. Awful auto shop.

My husband and I have been going to The Garage for the past few years. They have ALWAYS been very professional, kind, and will not take advantage if you’re a woman coming in by yourself. In fact, last time I took my husband’s car in to be serviced, only women came in....that speaks volumes. Also, the music they play while you wait is awesome....all oldies, but most definitely goodies!!!!

He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues in terms that I could understand. He provided me with 2 separate quotes, both coming in at 1/3 the price the dealership was quoting. They had the parts in stock so I dropped my car off the following morning with Travis and they had it finished by mid-afternoon. Will definitely use them again for any repair needs.

I took my vehicle in first thing Monday morning with engine issues. The guys there were quick to get it in to diagnose the issue. My fans for cooling the engine had completely quit working. They did diagnose and quote me a price and time very quickly and effeciantly. The cost on the parts were almost double for what I could find on rockauto but it was definitely the convenience of getting it done right there and then. I also did receive a year warranty or up to 12000 miles on parts and labor. Their hourly rate was as expected normal for the area at 99 dollars per hour. That too is a little out of my price range but again I had to get it done. The whole cost was quoted at 650 and when I picked up my vehicle it was a little less than what was quoted which I was happy about. The guys in there were very nice and professional. I do believe they were helpful and honest but the markup on the parts was a little high. I would definitely recommend them with a word of advice to do research on the parts to see the markup. I am still a satisfied customer!!!

This place has excellent customer care. They are not about nickel and dime-ing you so to speak. I personally have had interactions with August, Chris and Carter and and couldn’t be more pleased. My car is somewhat complex and it’s nice knowing I can take it here and trust they will take care of it and treat me fairly.
