Very thankful that Arrow Taxi was able to pick us up. Had two other taxi services already supposed to be there, that never showed. We called Arrow, and were picked up within 20 minutes. Great customer service, would definitely recommend and/or use again.

I gave the woman my address i needed to be taken to and she was extremely rude, asked my age as if she thought i was a child and asked where i was going and i told her that was none of her business, she canceled my taxi. Will NOT be using this taxi service EVER again.

I have called and tried to order a cab im sitting in subway wanting to get home. Im also not from here and because i didnt know exactly where i was right at the moment dispatch asked me. The operator said i sounded like im on something told me to call somebody else.

Very rude and got there 10 mins late I do not recommend.
