My 86 year old mother had her taxes done here and paid $80. After not receiving her 2nd stimulus check she discovered that he (mark) made an error on her return. He told her he would have to do an amendment to her return.When she went to pick up her amended return she was charged an additional $40. When she questioned why, the office secretary said she had to pay or couldn’t get her return. My mom asked to speak to Mark but she refused to get him fir her. She insisted that my poop mother pay $120 to have her taxes filed, even though the mistake was made by the preparer. The secretary told her that they didn’t need my mother to come back to them.Very poor customer service

Very good service and very professional.We get kind of a friendly family atmosphere at this place when we have our taxes done. Due to covid, we had to drop off our taxes and pick up when they were ready. Entrance is at front door. Walk in ok.

Mike was the best, we had our taxes done last year for the first time with Lincoln taxes and mike was very welcoming,friendly, and professional will definitely go back this year.

Weve used Lincoln Tax Service for the last two years. 2016 went fine, so we recommended them to our family for 2017. Not only did 4/5 of us have issues recieving our refunds, but my fiances information was filed with an incorrect routing number. The number that we gave our preparer was correct, but he typed it in incorrectly. This has resulted in us waiting over 6 months for his federal tax return and the IRS has given us the run around.Weve tried calling lincoln tax service multiple times for assistance, because theyre able to get further with the IRS, but they have not answered or responded to voice messages.We are filing a formal complaint against lincoln tax service. We do not recommend.
