Worst experience ever. Poor quality. Never again. I havent had any pedicures done on my feet for 6 months d/t foot surgery. I clearly explained this to them. They asked if I wanted to do the $30, 40 or $45 pedicures. When I said I wanted the $30 pedicure, out of no where, a young girl appeared. She appeared to be between 19-22 years old. Very young comparing to the much older, experienced women. I wanted to give her a chance. She tried. And, what I received was a pedicure worth $5. No kidding. I planned to do a manicure as well. I politely said thank you, paid them and left. Never again. Worst 25 minutes, $30 spent. Will continue go to New York for my nails. If I can rate a star less than 1, I would. Thank you Boston.

I have been going to this nail salon for a while because its located near my house. I cant say that I have been always satisfied or happy with the service. Its a gamble cause it depends on who you find at the time. However Its a nice place with DD, Panera bread, etc closed by and its always well kept.

Great service, I walked in and they were ready to attend me. The nail tech helped me pick out a color and she even tried it on my nail to see if I liked it!! So sweet! Will come back again

Nail tech was very rude. Made me feel like an inconvenience. Rushed me during my visit. Staff was very loud and yelling across the salon. Prices were extremely high for terrible service.

I never tried this salon until today. I waited for more than 25 min just to seen when it wasn’t busy. They asked me what I wanted for my nails and then said nothing after that. No one called me over to their station or gave me a wait time which is standard at other nail salons. Another customer comes in and is seen and taken before me so I left. Definitely not a good first impression and won’t attempt to try it again.

The BEST pedicure service I have ever received. I strongly suggest the paraffin pedicure.

It all depends on who you get at this place. Annie is amazing. One time I went there and the woman cut the nail bed of my foot but didnt tell me so I didnt realize until I got home and there was a pool of blood in my nail bed. Another time I went I got my eyebrows done which were done well but while she was doing my eyebrows she dripped hot wax in my tear duct.

Out of the hundreds of nail salons in Brockton this one is by far the best. Its the cleanest and the staff is amazing. I love how they remember you and take great care of you. They also have an amazing assortment of nail polish colors. Theyre prices are fair and you definitely get your moneys worth

It is very beautiful and classy on the inside ! However, the quality of their work is very poor . I had the manager doing my nails and they turned out very clumpy and the color was very watered down. I also have several bruises and cuts on my hands and feet. The scenery was honestly the best part of my visit ... I strongly do not recommend this place to anybody !

Im so surprised there is negative reviews, I love this place!! I came here last year for a manicure and it was fantastic. I got my acrylics filled yesterday and the manager (I believe) fixed up my nails as my previous salon hadnt done a great job. One of the nails came out too short and they are accommodating by fixing it for free. The color selection is also out of this world, they have so many options its almost impossible to choose. Will definitely be back!

Great experience! My nail color usually chips within a day or so but it has lasted a few days. I will definitely be back.

Staff is wonderful, Lynn is amazing. Best pedicures, they take their time (no rushing) massage is incredible. Spa pedi is the best way to relax

Love this place. Its so clean and welcoming. No matter who you get, if you just walk in, you leave happy. You never feel rushed. They take their time and make sure youre happy before you leave.

Very friendly, professional, and they helped to keep it under a reasonable time for completing my nails.. I wish I wasnt moving outta the area cuz I would be a customer for life!!!

Go across the street! I mistakenly made a mani/pedi appt here instead of Fashion Nails across the street. When I realized my error, I decided How bad can it be? Welp, I remember very quickly why I had vever returned to this nail place. My nail tech babbled (in a language un beknowst to me ) to her co-worker the whole time and massage..forget it. Just lame. Dont bother. I paid for my lame pedicure and left. Terrible. Dont do it

This place told me they could do ombré dip nails, and told me they have done them before. That was clearly a lie it was the lady’s first time and they came out horribly

Always a nice relaxing experience.

Went in before they closed, mind you the doors weren’t lock so obviously you are taking customers oh and the door stated that they closed at 7pm I was there a whole hour and 15 minutes before ... the lady looks at was like oh we close at 6pm ... I told her well the sign on your door said 7pm then another lady says oh go pick a color ... I said no thank you I don’t need your services and walked out the door ... what made it worse a woman (white) walk in right before me was asked what she wanted ... I didn’t hear no one tell her that they were closing at 6pm ...

They were so rushed and so careless she cut me 4 times. When I got up to leave, they gave me another woman who poured alcohol on the cuts. I was in so much pain, I asked for a discount - thinking they would not charge me, but they charged me the full $60. Careless and rushed, a terrible combination. I wont go back, and suggest you find someplace else.
