My experience wasn’t to bad, I went on my bday I had a appointment at 10 to get my eyelashes done I also needed other things done like my nails and eyebrows!!! Well I love my nails and eyebrows but I do not like my lashes!! The reason is because too much glue was used and they don’t look natural also wasn’t done the correct way more drag Queenish vibes for me but the people was nice but my eyes are swallowing and they hurt the Tech that I had was Anna but her nail game is nice 😊

Thank you Henry for fixing my niece nails with swift and precise service.The first person did not give her exactly what she asked for but came back the next and explained to Henry and he came to the rescue with no hesitation. :)4/5 bc the first person did not do a great job.

Wait was about an hour but what can you expect on a Friday? Overall great service. My nails and brows are gorgeous! The shape of my nails is stunning and I typically do my own brows since they get ruined when I give it a chance elsewhere. I’ve been looking for a decent nail place only to be disappointed every time. I am very satisfied today though! Would definitely recommend. I will be returning for my future appointments!!!

Love this place! Quick wait time, really nice and patient staff, very clean workspaces. The salon is following every guideline during the pandemic especially with the dividers at every work station and sanitizing everything. I chose a photo reference for my nails and my nail tech was right on it! Definitely coming back!

Nick and Em always do a fantastic job. My girls and I leave the salon looking fabulous.

Happy to give a 5 star rating for eyelashes with Michelle she is highly skilled, does a perfect job and a nice lady overall. Oh and the price is the best around $35.00. Go and show her some love you wont be disappointed!

Went in for a pedicure today with my niece. It was a super basic service, nothing extraordinary. My niece was cut on both big toes, still in pain. My tech was a little rough but didn’t hurt me. What REALLY shocked me for the kind of service I got today was what I was charged. They said $48 PER PERSON $96 total. I was APPALLED! Decided fine I’ll pay this but never returning. Way too overpriced for the quality of work they offer and the lady kept insisting I do another service. You’re sweet ma’am but all set. I could do a lot more with $48 elsewhere.

I had set an appointment at 1pm. We had called and made sure to tell them we had 3 people. We get there early and we sign in. They have a full house. We sit and wait for our turn. It’s 25 past 1 before one of us gets called to go up. So that’s 30 minutes we’ve been waiting already. Another 10 minutes go by before another one of us is called up. As they’re getting more people coming in, there’s someone right next to me waiting over 30 minutes just for eyebrows. Yet, when someone just walked through the door complaining there’s a lot of people and she doesn’t want to wait they take her right away to do her feet and eyebrows. It’s now past 2 o’clock and I still wasn’t called to get my nails done. My little cousins come out after their nails are done and their designs aren’t even straight and done neatly. I get they want to have all the business they can to get money, but they completely over booked themselves. Why have appointments if I’m still going to be waiting over an hour to get my nails done. I ended up just leaving. Also, since they’re going to have you waiting for over an hour for whichever service you want they could at least provide some chairs. You’re forced to sit on the small window sill. Never again.

Salon was not clean. Place open at 10:00, they started sweeping at 10:00. Was a terrible smell, workers started lighting up candles. Got a pedicure, and did not massage my legs, I have never gotten a pedicure and didnt get a massage. Pedicure was fine, didnt ask or clip toenails. I would not recommend this place at all👍

Ive only been there twice and I’m never returning.The first time I went my toes and feet were really sore, today I just got out of there and my toes are literally bleeding. Absolutely terrible.

Great services! Both time I got my eyebrows done there I loved them. I got my nails done there also and loved them. Dont go with a dying phone though because the lady doing my nails this time didnt let me charge my phone.

I book an appointment for myself and my boyfriend when we got there, they didn’t have anybody to take us. I waited for more than 20 minutes until someone came to my service. I got home and one of my nail polish came off already. And my boyfriend’s feet looks like a 7 year old did it. It was so bad I had to do it again for him. The customer service was horrible. Overall it was a waste of money

Nails are good.. Some of the employees do nice nails..LASHES horrible don’t go there never to get your lashes done, i did mine today and i had to take them off(the same day) so much pain while she was applying them and itchiness , i regret it so much

Ive heard great things about this place from years past. I tried them out a few months ago and I was satisfied. Tried it out a few days ago and lets just say my nails already ruined. Not 100% happy, not getting my moneys worth.

I love this place but and i ALWAYS do my nails with Hong shes amazing I used to do my nails with Mai but after i started doing it with Hong i absolutely loved it, she is kind, caring and every time i need advises on color or anything else regarding my nails she always helps me .....she awesome

LITERALLY THE WORST NAIL SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TOO!! I kid you not they’re so disrespectful and rude. I went there with my friends for some dip powder nails. First of all they’re more expensive than other places so you would think that they do a better job than other places. The staff is so ignorant, the place was not full at all and I had an appoint at 1:00. Half of the staff was not doing nothing so I literally had to sit until 2:00 until I was attended. As the lady was trying to take off the dip powder I had before she starts hurting me and I asked her to remove my nails with acetone and she says no and starts going on and on about how she doesn’t have time. And then She breaks my actual nail and cuts al of my other nails. The reason I’m pointing this out is because I had long nails and they were natural. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN.

I went there for a overlay manicure which on the sign says is $25 but I was charged $40, and it was done so bad. My nails arent filled straight, looks like I did it myself in the dark. This reminds me why I NEVER stepped foot in there since they replaced the employees. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I rather start doing my nails at home than to go back there 🙄.

I want to give a no star but the system only allows me to give a 1 the least. Worst customer service ever. The owner of the place is the worst ever. I moved the the area and was looking for place to go to place I would go to every 2-3 weeks. I had gone here once for a gel mani and pedi my nails were all cracked the very next day. i tried to go give this place 1 more chance but to get lashes i was told to wait 10min but when i asked to please get better service since last time around it was very bad job and hey had to redo my nails the owner said to go to another place or make a appointment when before it was only a 10min wait. Michelle is the worst ever. I rather drive 45 min and stay in the place i normally go to in Boston.

I do not like this place... U tell them u want it one way and they try to do it their way....last I checked I paid for them I want them done how I like them not how u say they should be done... Like I need them a certain length for work and she refused to make them that length... Its just ridiculous. I work hard for my money and when I spend it on myself I expect to get what I want and pay for.. I will not be going back to this nail salon again.

My was there only reason I went there for eyebrows, she no longer works there I no longer have a reason to go there. Long wait, always harsh chemical smell, they just dust off their pedicure tools and machine no heavy cleaning and/or sanitizing. I believe many health codes night be getting violated.

They did a crappy job on my nails! I had to go back the next day because my gel was peeling off! After getting 3 nails fixed, within 2 days the peeled again! Needless to say I had a gel manicure for less than a week! Will not return!
