Wonderful customer care, and the best hair braiding salon. Very good prices, and the braids are very neat.

This place is horrible!!! They charged Me $120 for clip-ins and didn’t even clip it in, she just placed the extensions on My hair and took My money... on My way home driving, they were falling out... I watched a video once I got home to learn to do it Myself, wish I knew before I went there and lost My money and My little sister turned bald after going there a couple times!!! DON’T GO THERE!!! THEY’RE THE WORST IN BROCKTON!!!

Bad business you make an appointment a week before and get there opening time they have others at the same time I felt like I was forgotten about and I feel some type of discrimination because they were suppose to call me back when someone was available like they always do at times I was getting my hair done for the first time they would call you when the person is done I felt like they took their own kind and just skipped right over me that why you make appointments they can take your money I felt like my time was wasted because I could have went somewhere else not person of their word lie to get ahead messed up my whole day I would not recommend any of my friends

I don’t know why everyone says they’re expensive, they’re not, prices are fair. Yes, they have kids there sometimes, but I love kids and they’ve let me bring mine in the past. They don’t braid too tight, they even styled my edges for me. I recently got waist length curly faux locs there and it went great.

They charge you a lot money over there their charge me more than I usually paid to get my hair done other places plus their not they make wait a whole 2 hr still charge more and I bought my hair too still charge me a lot🤦🏾‍♀️😟

I went to get get 2 braids. Everyone in the shop was very welcoming and the lady that did my hair was quick and neat l. Love my braids and would go back.

This salon is always late never does your hair according to how you ask them to do it. They are argumentative and unprofessional. I almost MY HAIR done here but just how many times they have screwed my male friend is enough.DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE....WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, they overcharge you and they don’t wash or grease hair. My last experience was horrible, I wasted $107 for 8 fat braids that I had to take out a week later.

I come to this salon whenever I need my hair done. the prices are very reasonable and I am always satisfied with my hair. they do amazing work, highly recommend

The woman who braided my hair did a great job. She did them both fast and neat at the same time. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because they are too overpriced.

Horrible experience! The owner charged me $107 for 6 cornrows, a wash (I brought my own shampoo & conditioner) & two packs of hair. The braids are not what I asked for (I asked for 8-10 braids, I informed her as she was braiding the braids were too large, she ignored me). After she finished, she cut the ends of my braids (which I aksed her NOT to do. Who does that ever?) and now all of my braids are unraveling (I also informed her of this before I left & she quickly got an attitude). My braids look like Ive had them for two weeks, its only been four days. Super disappointed. $107 later, unraveled braids & I have to pay to get it redone this week. Damn shame Braiding isnt for everyone.

I was recommended by a friend who gets her dreads there. This is my 3rd visit and I absolutely love the work. I get micro braids and they do a great job!!!!!

Great people but my braids were wayyyy to tight and started falling out after the first week i paid 230 dollars. I ended up taking them out cause they looked so bad dropping out left and right i was very disappointed

Amazing Amazing Amazing! I got micros done and the work is flawless! I have been looking for a good place to get my hair braided for a long time and unfortunately had to go through coals before I found this diamond!! I am a permanent customer! It is family oriented. They only took a couple breaks to eat and take care of a few things, but I am not complaining. I bought my own hair but they have hair there to buy if need be. The work was done very quickly but quality definitely did not suffer! Overall great experience. As soon as walked in I was taken right away. It wasnt busy at all there was another women getting a sew in and that also came out very beautiful. They also do kids hair too. I left a very satisfied happy customer and definitely will be back. Also, that day their kids were there but honestly it didnt bother me one bit. I am a big person on family and I enjoyed their company. I am not saying their children are there all the time because they assured me that this was a rarity. But none the less, things happen and it definitely did not bother me none. I highly highly recommended this place!! Thanks guys!!!

Astous is hands down the BEST spot in Brockton for braiding! No matter what style you are looking for, you will be satisifed and can even purchase hair/accessories on site. I have been a customer of hers for nearly 2 decades and her work is always incredible! Not only that, but Astou herself radiates warmth and will make you feel like family. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!!

Best Braids Ive ever gotten i would highly recommend they do everything from dreadlocks to sew ins and they incorporate their culture in the business if i could i would give 10 stars

I paid more than at other places, but Astou did my hair herself and it looked great. She’s the only one allowed to touch my hair.

First of all, they braid wayyyyyy too tight and I literally thought my hair and edges were gonna fall out. Second, they gave me small micro braids NOT BOX BRAIDS that were waist length! I didn’t know they were micro braids until they got to the front of my head and I could see. My cousin went there too and had the same experience! Lastly, the snipped at the flyaways after they finished braiding!! How could they tell what was my hair verses the weave?!?!? I understand they wanted the finished product to look good but C’monnnnnn…I still want hair left on my head once I take these braids out (did I mention they were super tight)!!! DO NOT go there. Waste of money ($200), time (8-9hours) and energy! Btw, I took them out 3 days later because...did I mention it was tight?! My head was throbbing so bad (I tired using a hot wash cloth to loosen the braids...did nothing). Also, my edges stated popping off so....They had to go.

They did a great job on my daughters hair, she got singles braided down to her waist. The last 2 times Ive had it done she has braids falling out within 10 days of getting it done, but not Astou very impressed!!!

I go in get my hair done there evrey three months and they do a great job. I love them.

Called the day before to ask how much it was for a retwist. The lady on the phone said $60 and when came and got it done she said $90. I was shocked! She told me it was because of how much hair i had and that the owner was supposed to discuss that with me. It was really unprofessional and disappointing considering it was a mediocre job. NEVER AGAIN.

I love this place amazing if u looking to get ur braids done go to tht place .u wont regret it .its a little experience who ever say beauty dnt cost ? dnt b cheap to make ur self look good .
