Ellen is phenomenal!!!!! Caring , efficient, and flexible. I don’t know where I would be without her!! My husband has cancer and I have two young boys and work full time. She has helped me so much. It’s giving me part of my life back!!!

I have been using Sunrise Cleaning Systems for almost 14 years and couldnt be happier with the service. I am a busy mom of 3 very active and messy boys and dont have a lot of time to clean myself. Ellen comes every other week and does a fantastic job. Shes dependable and trustworthy and very friendly and accommodating. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. I dont know what I would do without her!

I have known Ellen for years. She does great work and is understanding of the constant clutter that comes with having little kids. At first I was hesitant to have a house cleaner in my house when I was not home, but I soon realized I could trust Ellen 1000%. She has since become more of a friend than a service provider. I had my house cleaned for the first time by Ellen at Sunrise Cleaning Systems. She was on time and friendly. We had the dogs around the whole time which I thought could be a concern, but she was super good with them and they loved her. We look forward to have her helping with a deep clean soon.

Sunrise has been cleaning our house since June 2009 (8.5 years as of now) and has been extremely reliable and trust worthy. Ellen is excellent about communicating with us (usually by text) and very accommodating of our special requests, especially as they relate to changing our cleaning schedule due to travel, vacations, working from home, etc.We also trust Sunrise implicitly. I have never had any concern whatsoever that Sunrise would so much as steal a penny. On a few occasions Ellen and her family have gone away for several weeks to visit family and she has arranged a substitute in her place. Although she offered to bring the substitute to meet with us in advance, we have had no reason to do so and know that if Ellen trusts the person then we do too.

Ive been using this service for about a 3 years and I wanted to chime in and say they really are great. Here is why it works for me:1. Scheduling is done over email and they respond VERY quickly. I hate calling places, so this works for me.2. Cleaning staff is never late. With other services, Ive waited for over an hour for a cleaning person and that is not OK.3. Cleaning is very thorough and the email confirmation specifies exactly what will and will not be cleaned. I like the transparency. Thanks Ellen.
