I walked in I was greeted and taken care of right away they close at 5 PM I walked in at 4:45 PM I received great service no rush everything was perfect 👍.. The car was clean also full of gas they also suggested if I wanted a substitute I can go anywhere to trade my car in at a Hertz location. I received great service and I will be coming back there just like I always do. I love people/ companies who are fast acting.

I do not recommend renting with Hertz.I usually rent with Enterprise but due to circumstances out of my control I was arranged a rental with Hertz. It was my first time renting with them and definitely my last.When I received my first rental, it was a Chevy Malibu that reeked of cigarette smoke. It was literally unbearable to the point where I had to drive with the windows down and the AC on while it was 90+ degrees outside.I went the next day to try and swap the rental when they tell me they have no vehicles. I told the woman to just call my insurance company and cancel my rental through them. Next thing I know she tells me she has a small vehicle. But you just told me you had no vehicles?Anyway, the second rental — the small vehicle — ended up being this very unstable Nissan Versa that trembled on the highway and seemed to be unaligned. I did not feel safe driving the rental.One of the things the lady told me was that I could go to any Hertz location and swap out the vehicle. Seemed inconvenient for me. I ended up calling five other Hertz who all told me they had no vehicles. One guy went so far as to tell me to bring the unstable rental to a Sullivan Tire to get fixed. That seems like your job sir. Another person told me that the only vehicle they had left also smelled like cigar smoke.So I returned the next day and just had them cancel me out completely. Mind you, I’m pretty sure there’s a charge for smoking in a rental. What do they do with that charge if they’re not taking care of said issue with their rentals?Horrible experience. Unprofessional customer service. Dirty cars. Highly do not recommend!

I first called to let them know that I was running late I had to call twice due to them answering the phone and not saying anything. I finally was able to talk to someone who was extremely rude on the phone. I then went to pick up the car to only deal with Megan who was just as rude as they was on the phone. I will never rent from this location again.

This is a hard one. The staff is clearly over worked so it is hard to score them badly for the situations they are in. If you go in you can see them literally working three customers at a time on top of the phones on top cleaning and prepping cars. This does not help the customer experience. Regardless, the cars are the cars. Whenever I rent from here I usually get a vehicle with a side of cigar or weed scent which is some causes has caused me migraines while driving it was so strong. The last car came with a tire that constantly losing air everyday and an oil change soon light that would not go off no matter what I did. I probably wont go back here moving forward to avoid the headache, no pun intended.

Im not one for writing reviews but im writing this one in hopes that it helps this branch improve. I will make it short and to the point. The two women that work there have attitude issues. I dont know if they were just short staff that day last week the week of July 19th when i went or if those 2 staff are the only ones that work there but they were running around taking reservations and cleaning the cars which delayed a pre reserved transaction that should of took 15 minutes tops. I can deal with waiting because i understand things take time but what i cant deal with is there nasty, unsympathetic, unprofessional behavior. When asked if it will thia transaction the light skin staff stated it will take however long it will take its Monday morning. That was very rude and this was my first and last time renting from this location again.

When my car broke down and I needed a rental, I called Hertz as I was referred to them. They confirmed that there would be a car there and I even gave my credit card number. When I arrived, the two men working did not even look up from their cell phones. I had to say hello first. They laughed at me when I said I was there to pick up a rental because they were “booked out for weeks”. That may have been the case, but if so, I am not happy that I was scoffed at. As far as I knew, there would be a car ready at 4pm because that is what was confirmed to me after payment. Extremely upset about their customer service. It was the first and ONLY time I will go to Hertz for a rental.

Wasted my time. I had an appointment to pick up a rental with uber. I get there and there is no rental available. I called corporate. Their business plan has no courtesy call or text messages to the customer to not come. I drove over an hour!

I had a reservation for this location when I get there they tell me theres no cars available if you want to waste your time this is the place you would love Im so upset because I had plans today 6/10/21 and this is how your gonna treat your customers like this I basically wasted my time making my reservation to be told that they are gonna give the cars to people that they spoken to on the phone this place is very unprofessional the lady told me that the people gonna be upset with her ok dont you think Im really upset like I have things to do today .

OMG. These people were amazing. I have never had to rent a car before locally and this was a fantastic experience. Two young woman, Gabby and Jaisa I believe, assisted me in getting a car. The car was practically brand new, in perfect condition, immaculate and had only about 1000 miles on it. The girls were very polite, professional, friendly and efficient. It was a Saturday and I arrived in a downpour of rain. They assisted me with my personal belongings to my rental car and completed all the necessary documentation. I phoned today to advise that I was returning the car and was offered a ride to the dealer where my car was being repaired. (Approximately 30 miles away or 50 minutes round trip.) I will use them again if the need arises. Great experience!!! Thank you, Donna , E. Bridgewater

I had problems with their rental cars, one of my tires popped for no reason on my Kia Forte rental and there was no spare in the trunk. So I had to call Hertz and AAA go all the way to Boston, Logan Airport at 12:30 a m Thanksgiving Day to get a different vehicle. Then they gave me problems about getting different vehicle saying that the insurance company had not extended my contract which they had and I knew that they had. And then I get a letter from the insurance company on the 24th of November stating I have to return the car on the 19th how does that make sense? It just seems like Hertz has to do a lot of extra stuff to get their money. Like for example they charge me 300 extra dollars because they thought they smelled smoke. I didnt smoke in their vehicle I dont smoke. I got the car from the airport and it stunk when I first got in it but there was no one there to do a quality check so I just took the car because it was on Thanksgiving Day I had no options. I would not recommend her to anybody especially your family if you care about how much theyre really getting charged. Hertz dances around the real price and they threatened to call the police on you if you dont do what they say. All in all it was a very bizarre experience that I dont think I would want to go through again.

Well Hertz wasnt a five star or four star rental for me an my wife. Recently we booked a agreement with hertz rental. In buffalo NY to drive into Canada. Well over the phone my wife was quoted a price of 75dlrs a day. Well when we got to the hertz rental at buffalo airport. Not only was a car not available for us. We waited a few hours for a rental after making reservations 2 weeks before arriving. There was this really stinky attitude lady there. That told us its gonna be a while before youll get a car. My thing is why takes someone money and then say we havent anything for you. Well our hertz in our hometown never treated us like this. 206dlr a day. We were to tired to dispute this new price of a hundred and something dollars more than the original price. For that price we could of rented a car for week. not 3 days wanted to charge us more than ever. Well now I see why OJ ran through hertz in that old commercial probably charged him a crazy price. I Think he was running to Avis car rental. Never again will we ever rent from ur agency. Thats a fact. I noticed hertz took most of the bad reviews off this site.

After being a customer for this branch for YEARS, and spending a ton of money on long term rentals I returned today for a weekend getaway with my child. I called earlier in the week to get their deposit/credit/debit card policy from their employee. After they forgot to schedule my pickup and I arrived 45 minutes later than I would’ve liked, I’m told that the information I was provided was wrong and I cannot rent. This awful woman Margaret (In whatever title she holds) offered NO help (besides suggesting I spend more money), no solution, not even an apology for the misinformation I received from one of her employees that she probably trained. What happened to the customer is always right?? Nope, not when Margaret and her Hertz windbreaker jacket are calling the shots. I’m waiting on a callback from the district manager now because this treatment is unacceptable. I get it, rules are rules but this was 100% their fault.

They took my payment over the phone and when I got there the girl left me stranded with out a vehicle cause I dont have a credit card. My debit card was charged yet I couldnt get a car. That is totally a pain in the but when you have things like this happen. It was not nice to leave me in the heat and then I had to pay for a cab to go pay for another rental.

Dont ever rent from them if I didnt have to give one star to write a comment I wouldnt have rented from them in the beginning of march and today got a letter in the mail for a bill for a toll I never went through and they cant provide a picture of me going through it either. Only got a car from them because my car was getting repaired cause I got rear ended.

Only gone to them because I was getting car repaired by my dealership. Was told about collision damage insurance offered by the company but I had no idea what the cost is. all i remember was that i was told 21.99 which I thought it was the daily rate of the rental. Boy, did i pay big.. ended up being robbed of $900. During the dispute process, I was told they were billing my insurance $35 a day... i got a Carrolla for $22 a day through Thrifty during that month when I didnt have a car. Hertz charged $35 for a Chevy that is way smaller than a Carrolla... Do not rent or if you do, get all your facts.

Horrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I rented a Sonata while my car was in the body shop. Tire pressure was at 12, put air in and the next morning it was down again, at 25 so I am not driving anywhere! Roadside service said there are only three options, drive it to CLOSEST AIRPORT as all Hertz are closed on Sundays to switch vehicles, pay them $79.30 to put the spare on or go to AAA for free. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pay to replace a defective tire or drive to LOGAN with a potential flat????? Brockton Hertz is open tomorrow, lets see what their solution is! Meanwhile, all todays plans will not happen.
