Very fast service and friendly took me right in love the place

I actually had very little time to get a haircut. I called at 3:40 PM Thursday afternoon, and the stylist asked me if I could make it by 4:00 PM, and I said yes. I arrived at 3:55PM and had to wait about 15 minutes. Not bad, and I got in my haircut when I had the time. It only takes me about 12 minutes to get my haircut, and it cost me about $20 bucks. I would be recommend service at this SuperCuts, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and sociable.

I took my mother and son to get their haircut and the staff was very friendly and courteous and the following week I returned to get my haircut and they were very accommodating and in both occasions followed Covid-19 procedures

I gave specific directions on how to cut my hair. Including, do not cut the top. Then the lady proceeded to cut my hair very short on the sides back and top. I told her I didnt want it shirt I just wanted it a little bit neater. Do not go here. Spend your money somewhere that will actually give you a haircut you like.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I had a very pleasant experience with Celisa, Edith, and Angel! They all provided excellent service with a smile. They also made getting a haircut safe and enjoyable while following COVID-19 guidelines. Oh, and their bathroom is spotless, too.

My family has been coming here for years to see Angel and sadly havent been able to get in due to the pandemic. We finally got our haircuts today, and all of my nerves were immediately squashed. Everyone was incredibly friendly. My hairstylist understood exactly what i wanted and involved me in the process. One of the best haircuts I have ever had. Overall a very good experience. This is where I will be getting all of my haircuts in the future.

Awful. I went here once before and had a bad experience but chalked it up to getting unlucky with an inexperienced hire and came again a year later. The young lady who cut my hair was very rude and short with me from the beginning. I asked for the same thing I always ask: to taper the sides and back down to a #2 guard and trim the top down a couple inches and parted to the side. She shaved the sides flat with no taper, then barely touched the top so that it looked like a bowl cut. She didnt pay attention to the natural parts in my hair at all so I was left with weird fringe on the sides. She acted like we were done so I had to ask her to trim more and she gave me attitude.Eventually we got to something that looked fine from the front, and then she said it was finished again. She did not give me a mirror to show me the sides or back. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to get out of that situation so I just took it as it was. When I got home the sides were a mess with the fringe still there so I had to go back in and clean it up myself.I cant speak for the older stylists there, but if theyre anything like the younger employee save your money and find a real barber.

Fast service friendly atmosphere

I went to another supercuts where I was left with 3 bald spots and what I could only describe as a mustache on the side of my head. Edith was amazing she worked on me and calmed me down. She turned a really sad haircut into an amazing 1/2 pixie cut!! I love it! Thanks to all the ladies that were so super supportive and Edith youre amazing!!!!!

Worst experience in last 3 years. No sense of hair cuts at all, I’m not saying it’s a bad place, I’ve got my hair done here so many times. But don’t wanna specify the name. Will never go back again for sure. I’m really specific and concern about my hair that’s why don’t let anyone non experience touch it. But this time I felt I did wrong to my hair. Because of this one person. Really unhappy and felt like wasted $18 for no reason. Thanks to this inexperienced lady. I’ve always been there with other ladies making my hair and me happy. But this was the worst experience of my life.

The Ladies here are down to earth and do a great job every time I go. Everyone in my family goes there. Prices are a little high but the service makes the balance.

Butchered my hair that I donate for cancer. Asked for a trim and some layers, I have bad eyesight and had to remove my glasses. Stylist chopped about a foot of my hair off when I was able to put my glasses back on. Hair that could have been donated and was swept away on the floor.

Allowed me to come in with five minutes left. The only thing I was unhappy about was I get a crew cut it shouldnt be $20. Especially when you dont get all the hair.

My mom, brother and I got a haircut here for the first time and Julia and Celisa were so nice and my brother is picky were he gets his haircut although he was making it a little hard on them they did great and he loved it. We will definitely be coming back. My mom doesnt really like getting a haircut but she saw how they did my hair so good then when they did her hair she really did love it and they did just what she wanted. The place is so clean the workers are so nice and I will recommend supercuts to anyone who wants a good haircut and it wasnt that expensive.

This store is conveniently located with lots of parking located in the Westgate Mall Plaza in next to a Dunkin Donuts and Yamato Restaurant. It is not a place I would go to get my hair styled but it is a place to go to get your dead ends trimmed off. You get what you pay for relatively cheap they have dry cut and a blow dry options for a few bucks more.

Only place I go for cuts. Talented. Nice. Senior pricing which I appreciate.

Very unexperienced workers. Got a haircut, walked out & noticed it was super crooked. Walked right back in, lady tried to fix it and said, Thats as good as its gonna get. She had to ask another lady to try to fix it, since she couldnt. Who tells their customers that? Very disappointed.

I had my hair cut there twice and they do an excellent job.

I go to get my hair cut, and I ask the woman for a number 4 cut with a shorter cut around the sides of my head. She gave me a full on buzz cut that practically touched my scalp. Making matters worse, she missed a spot and I could still see some uncut hair sticking up. The shaving in the back stung and I could see red marks on the back of my neck. She did not deserve any tip whatsoever. I have never seen a barber shop/salon with a more incompetent staff.

Okay friend for adults. But the cost for a child split ends to be cut less than a half an inch probably 8 minutes total 1695 not worth it. In the headdress that showed no emotion for 4 year old not satisfied

I am never going back to Supercuts. This is like the McDonalds of haircut places because they don’t do what you want them to. I told the lady to keep my hair the same length and thin it out so my hair wasn’t so thick. When I went in my hair was about 8 inches on top, now it’s about 3. I was very upset with the outcome and will be wearing a hat for the next six months it will take to grow my hair back.

I usually go here for my haircuts. Ladies are very friendly, and its harfly ever busy when i go in. Im always a quick, easy cut as i just get my hair shaved as short as can be, and be set for 2 months lol i forget tge prices, but i know its not overly expensive...but easy for me to say when i only get my haircut a handfull if times a year lol

So Ive been there a few times and the place honestly upsets me, First time I went there I asked the lady if she knew how to do a line up since my barber was full and they didnt have too much going on ( Can see why) But she said she knew how, and she completely ruined my line up. Was very disappointing. Second time I went there to get my hair dyed, lady put a lot of bleach on my hair, told me to let her know when it started burning my scalp, She was trying to help another customer while this is happening and I told her it hurt but she kept ignoring me. Third time, I came in again to get my hair re-dyed big mistake I honestly should have learned my lesson they told me it will cost me only 15 dollars and afterwards the lady gets off the phone with her manager after already dying my hair tells me Oh I think I made a mistake it is actually going to be 40 dollars instead That is a big price difference.. I paid it of course but I had to walk away telling my self to never go again and I had to leave this review, I never write reviews like this but they have forced my hand. Shake my head...

Ive been to supercuts atleast 6 times before, 4 times at canton, and 2 times at brockton. I never had a problem in any of those locations, up to today. Ive went today to brockton location to get a haircut. Very simple, number 2 on the sides, and scissor cut in the top. But i dont how, but the young lady who attended me managed to do a TERRIBLE job at it. I did not see at the salon, but when i got home i saw that the top was awfully done, one side was in a different length than the other, like are you kidding me??? She shouldve definitely know how to get both sides to be at the same length. Not only that, but my line up was bad as well. How can supercuts hire somebody, who has ZERO skills at cutting hair. Supercuts in brockton have definitely lost me as a customer.

Terrible wait . I called to make an appointment for my son they said you have to come in no calls . Sitting waiting with only 2 hairdressers a man walls in and says I called earlier. She says okay your next. Very unprofessional.
