This barbershops business model and vision is quite unorthodox. This owner is thinking outside the box to innovate and to stay with the times. Big risk taker but I can see he has what it takes to succeed in that industry.I wish him nothing but success. Oh ! And I forgot to mention that he also gives the best haircuts and shaves. Always ask for the hot towel service after your shave.

Pushed lineup back and try to cover it with the black hair spray. Told him did not want the spray used it anyways on 1 side so had no choice but to use it for other and still was uneven. Left lineup pushed back on right side. Haircut it self was on point. But destroyed my lineup.

I called at 12pm too get an appointment at 3pm only for him not to be scheduled or anyone there. He was waiting 25 minutes when I called and said,” why are you still seating “. This is the second time this has happened in a month span. I still paid and tipped well but now my son was late to work because of them so never again. If you’re looking to walk in without appointment.. DO NOT I REPEAT...DO NOT GO HERE! Staff will make you wait HOURS before even telling you that all the barbers are booked for the day. Extreme waste of time and effort. Terrible service.

If youre out of town and you are used to getting simple haircuts done for less than $20, this is not the place for you. I got my hair done, low sides and a little higher on the top, and was shocked to find out it was $25. The very same haircut I have always paid $14 for in another state. (I got a style like whats in the model photo. Except for the line and the sides werent cut as low.) I definitely wont return because $25 is way too much for such a simple haircut. Plus, my previous barber did a much better job.Make an appointment, as they are very busy, if not, youre going to be waiting a long time, especially if its a weekend. The place is nicely kept, the barbers all look clean and presentable, and friendly. Good customer service and a nice professional setting.

If you want the best haircut in all of Massachusetts go see Alex the best barber around hands down & very consistent & takes his craft serious, he has walk-ins & scheduled appointments just call in ahead of time to reserve your seat cause he is in high demand. I commute 45 minutes just to go get my beard done by him. You can thank me later.

Very clean and modern set up. Talent level of staff isnt quite to par.I got a basic 1 level hair cut and lineup; same as i have been getting for over a decade but the cut wasnt sharp.It wasnt terrible but it looked like it was already 3 days old.It doesnt help that they are also pricier than the average non-fancy barbershop.Perhaps i just got a bad barber as i was a walk in but, seeing how they charge a premium, you would expect top class barbers.If i had an option to set a price based on the service i received, i would recommend 20-30% less than your hole in the wall barbershop.

Only issue I have with them is that it seems my time is not valuable, I have booked two appointments with them and each time they end up doing my hair late. The first time was because the person that was supposed to do my hair came late, and the second time the person that was supposed to do my hair did a walk-ins hair the same time as my scheduled appointment.

I arrived @ 3PM on a Saturday and expected to wait at least 1-1 1/2 hrs for a cut because its a busy day, lots of appointments and walk-ins. 2 hours later Im still sitting there, and when I ask if there was only 2 people in front of me(walk-in) why was a specific guy who walked in an hour after I arrived in a chair..and the answer I got was because he was a friend of the barber..bad business practice to take have new customers wait so you can cut ya buddies hair..never will I attempt a haircut at this place again..walk-in or appointment.

I will break down in a few sentences how we operate, especially on the weekends when we are the most busiest; If you come as a walk in, you have to wait until the next available barber has an open slot. Furthermore, the barber must take a walk-in in the order in which they came in. We have this policy written on the wall by the reception desk when you walk into The barbeshop. Yes, that wait gap could be over an hour on a busy day. Let me make one thing clear here, at Marvelous Cuts we will never break our policy of overriding one walk-in over an other, friends or not friends. As a client of Marvelous Cuts everyone is treated with the same respect and dignity. Plus, our booking app shows everyone who has an appointment. If you seen someone that come in and sat down right away, its because they were there already left and came back. I dont know who stated this to you but this is completely false. I will never allow that to happen right in front of my eyes nor any of the other managers, because we understand how valuable our service means to you.

$20 for a fade but my sons hair isnt faded. $20 dollars for another childs hair cut and my son was given a double line up. I PAID 20 for bangs? Worse $40 spent in a very long time.

This place is great! I always get taken care of with a clean lineup & haircut. My ONLY PROBLEM is the damn schedule. Everytime I go in I set up a schedule ahead of time but always have to wait for 10+ minutes. It’s freaking ridiculous as I usually plan everything ahead of time but things get messed up that day due to the time.
