I made an appointment to get my car diagnosed. I have been having some issues that I wanted fixed. I made the appointment a week in advance. Before heading there in the morning I called and asked roughly how long it would be to do the diagnostic. I would be without a car and no way to get home. The technician told me it would be roughly an hour to two hours at max. When I arrived I left my key and he took my number and said he would call me when it was ready.I had arranged to visit a friend who lived close by while waiting for the car. After 4 hours, I still hadnt received a phone call. So I called them, the technician explained that they had not gotten around to the diagnostic yet and that they were stuck on some other jobs.Absolutely unreasonable, I immediately went back to the shop and took my keys and left with my car. Would not recommend!

I made an appointment to go in at 12. waited 45 mins for a technician to come from lunch. Why would you book an appointment for 12 oclock knowing its a lunch break.. I spent my entire lunch break sitting in a waiting room to get no feedback.Would highly suggest another company. I’ve been going here since high school. I don’t know anything about cars, completely clueless. I usually rely on my dad for answers, and I feel like other auto places will try to scam me of any money that they can; However, Monro’s is always so affordable and cheap, and they always know how to explain the issue at hand in a way I can understand what they’re doing and why it would cost so much. It is very easy to book an appointment online and get a response within the next 24 hours, even if they’re super busy and with only three people working the whole day, they always find a way to kindly greet their customers and give them the most genuine and best customer service that I have ever seen in my life. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have been taking my car to Monro Auto service tire dealer to for the past 8 years, as long as I was living in Brockton and driving my my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I came to have a great deal of trust for the people working at Monro. They were honest with me about anything my car might have needed outside of an oil change and a general inspection. I did bring my car in every 6 months or so for these services which were pretty much routine and also tire rotation. But once in a while there would be something extra I needed such as a new battery or something minor that needed replacing and they always spoke to me about it first before actually doing the work if anything extra was needed and what they did do was done well and was the reasonably priced. So I did come to trust them and I stayed with them the whole time I lived in Brockton. I have just recently moved to Mattapoisett, and so I have not brought my car to any kind of repair shop or service in the area although I am planning to get new tires and I am trying to decide what to do.

Very friendly and great customer service. I needed a tire patched and was informed my rear brakes had about 5% left. I was aware of this because the Jeep dealership on two occasions informed I needed to replace all 4 brakes. Ryan told me the front brakes were fine, however he suggested the rear brakes be replaced. No pressure at all. The quote was was $300 less than the dealership. Thank you Monroe for being honest and prompt. Will definitely return when I need service.

Munro Tire is fast and the fellas there are friendly and helpful. I purchased four new tires. They installed them the same day that I called. Prompt service and very considerate of my time. Ive been back a couple of times to get a flat tire fixed and I ran over a screw. Both times they were helpful and provided service promptly. All their tires come with a one year warranty too I believe. They fixed my flat and didnt charge me anything. They service what they sell and stand by the integrity of their tires. They have made me a loyal customer now. Im not taking my car anywhere else.

I cant say enough good things about the people who work here. I somehow got a nail or something in one of my tires. I brought my car in and they had me back on my way in less than a half hour. Ir is nice to know that a woman can go to a store that she is not really familiar with and to leave knowing she received more service than what she paid for. I went in to have a pulsating brake problem diagnosed, left my car there, received a call back within a couple of hours detailing what was wrong, but also what wasn’t wrong. Staff were honest, didn’t try and upsell me on service or parts I didn’t need, and had my car fixed by the end of the day. Price was reasonable, staff were very friendly. Will definitely continue to do business here.

I’ve been a customer of Monro Brakes/Tires store#1314 located on 753 Belmont Street in Brockton Mass and have dealt with John Nelson as well as Jim for well over 3yrs. Obviously, I keep going back there because they are the most honest, trustworthy, professional people I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to my car. I greeted as soon as I walked in and my car was taken back to be serviced within 10 minutes of my arrival. The whole visit was all of 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Ill be coming back.

Bringing my cars here to be repaired gives me peace of mind because they are trustworthy and reliable. I give them a 10 for the service the employees provide to each customer. I have never been to an auto place that stands by their work the way they do here.

I needed two new tires and discovered the Quincy Monro location swapped out one of my Goodyear tires (that was under warranty) with a cheaper brand without my consent. Also, I had called the Quincy location at 7:30am and asked what time I should come in and was instructed to come in at 2pm. When I got there, they were less than helpful and told me they couldn’t do my tires because someone called out and a staff member was on call for another job that took presendence over that one and could potentially have to leave mid-job. Needless to say I felt bamboozled and helpless. They only good thing Quincy Monro did for me was point me in the direction of John and his kindness, understanding, and want to help in any way he could.Corporate needs more staff like the one at 753 Belmont Street!!!

I brought my husbands car in because the ABS and TRAC lights would not shut off. they worked on his car most of the day and finally determined it was electrical and referred me to a local place that does electrical work. they answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. I recently bought a new car 3 days ago, the check engine light came on so I stopped at the nearest shop.I have been to multiple Monro centers before and had an ok experience.Here feels different, upon walking in I was greeted in a friendly way, got checked out right away and taken care of. My knowledge of auto mechanics is limited to say the least they explained the problem took care to ensure I understand the issue and didnt do unnecessary work at a high cost.Jim has been great I ensuring I have been well taken care of. Out of the 5 different centers in this chain across the state over the years this has been my best experience yet.Overall:This is a great place to get your veichles serviced.

Went a few months ago for an oil change/tire rotation. They said the locking lug nut key was stripped and couldnt rotate the tires.Went and bought a new lug key from the dealership and went back to Monro, they said they still couldnt get it off... They also proceeded to ruin the new lug key I bought as well as the locking lug nuts and didnt feel the need to tell me. Brought the car to the dealership and they gave me a new lug key and had to purchase new lug nuts and rotated the tires no problem. Would not recommend Monro for basic maintenance work

High quality car care and customer service. Brought my new used car to Monroe to have its first oil change since purchasing it from Boch Toyota. Monros technician noticed 1 of my tires was mounted backwards (Boch should add that to their 100+ inspection). Monroe corrected tire at no cost. This is why Ive stayed with John and Jim through numerous changes in the company.

Monro is a great place to fix cars. The manager and his team are very nice. At monro, customers are #1. The technicians Are expert in fixing cars. After they touch customer’s car, they identify the problem, find out the root cause and solve it. They are very frank with all customers.

Quick on service and didnt need an appointment. Took them 45 min to remove and replace tires. Ryan was a great help as well. Showed me the old tires and pointed out that two out of four were bad. Explain thoroughly on the bad tires as well. Will be coming back when I need service done.

I needed my inspection sticker at the last minute today and even though I showed up 15 min before they closed, they got it done! clean, bright waiting area with a K-cup pot and a nice tv (set to a good, neutral channel, too!). And they took that annoying paper out of the floorboard when they gave the car back! Thank goodness for nice people!

Worst experience ever. I would highly recommend not to bring your car service. Employee was very rude after he diagnosed my vehicle. Just for front brake pads and rotors I was charged over $600.00. When I told him I couldnt afford it. He tried to work with me. I was very professional explaining to him I still couldnt afford his new price. He was very rude and agitated as the conversation went on...to him ultimately hanging up on me.

My cars are always in top notch running condition, well maintained and stand the test of time due to his diligence and training.Something is definitely going fabulously at store 1314.
