Great company to deal with. My 5 year old washing machine would not work properly. I randomly called Apollo and was able to schedule a next day appointment. Vinny came promptly at the appointed time and diagnosed my problem. A replacement part was ordered and installed within 2 days at a time of my convenience. Everyone I dealt with at the company during this experience was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Apollo Appliance Repair.

I had Rob from Apollo Appliance came to my residence to perform a repair job on a recently purchased dishwasher.Before he left, this technician not only neglected to reconnect the kitchen sink drain pipe to the basin of the sink, but he broke a piece of the plumbing, causing a major leak under my counter.Several days later, he has refused any and all responsibility for the destruction hes caused in my kitchen. He blamed my plumbing on rot and not on the fact that he DISCONNECTED everything and damaged it.

Tried these guys a few years ago for a dishwasher repair. They came out a bunch of times and replaced a bunch of parts but couldnt fix it. Thought Id try again a few weeks ago with a bad washing machine.I called and told the person what the error code was. They said theyd call back to confirm preordering the needed part. They didnt call me. The technician comes out and doesnt open the machine. He just tries to run a cycle to confirm if they got the error code which they did. Then he left. Says he needs to order a part. I had to call again to understand the part that was ordered and how much it would cost as well as get the next service scheduled. They come out again and finally open the unit to discover there was a hole in another part. When I asked the tech why he didnt open it up the first time to see what part he said because I didnt. Not sure how I should respond to that. Luckily they had the part and the guy came back the next day to fix this but if he had done his job and opened the unit up on the service call, we would have saved a week worth of downtime and aggravation.At this point with multiple techs and issues over multiple years, we arent going back.

I had a car problem and was running late to be home for Rons visit. I called Apollo and was told not to worry. Ron arrived about ten minutes after I got home and had my oven repaired in 45 minutes. As many thumbs up as possible!

I would like to thank Vince Mellone of Apollo Appliance for refunding my service charge payment after realizing my warranty had expired only a short time ago. Its not common that a company will refund a customer a service charge and Mr Mellone of Apollo deserves credit.

Most unprofessional company ever. I spoke with someone yesterday that called and confirmed the model of my refrigerator and appointment time. I called out of work then I call them this morning only to find out no one will be showing up and they dont have the piece required to fix my fridge. They never called ad then the so called part owner doesnt even apologize. Stay away from this shiesty business. Worst place ever they give brockton business bad name.i will be complaining to fridgedaire company along with Home Depot. I was also advised by Electrolux to contact consumer affairs Im not sure why but I will be doing so. They also stated the will be reviewing their contract with this unprofessional company. STAY AWAY!!!!UPDATE: I gave this company a chance to redeem themselves but of course they failed. Im mean they literally failed to show up again.

I wish I could give this place 0 Stars- they are horrible. My BRAND new ref. stopped working they were called in to fix it - some guy came in (very nice) said it was working- waited 24 hours and nothing- still broken- asked them to come again- came- still broken - asked them to come again .. and SO ON. so they have been at our hour 4 times now.. the fridge will work for a little and then break- they are now saying they only have 1 invoice- even though they have been at my house 4 time. The refrigerator manufacture says they need 3 invoices to replace the fridge and Apollo cant provide them. I have now thrown away more than 1000$ worth of food, because these people keep telling me its fixed (and it will be for a few days, I will go to the store) and then it stops working. They offer no help. THE WORST IS THEY CANT PROVIDE DOCMENTS SAYING THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE.

My experience was nothing but positive. I highly recommend.
