I have to completely agree with the other reviews here, regarding the staff driving these vans. Van #138 following me so close in a 25, where I was already going 35. She passed me the moment she could just to get a car length ahead to get onto Route 3 this morning. As I passed the van to find out what company was, she had a vape pen in her mouth. Fabulous advertising for a company that should spend more time with training and policy adherence. Awful.

Mass quality rite doesnt have quality rite. Its drive, Unit 134, is driving so fast and crazy in the highways and almost hit me. This company should be more careful in the moment to hire theirs drivers. Dangerous drivers on the streets from this company.

One of their drivers gave me the bird yesterday as she sped by me with kids in her van. She was doing 55 in a 45. I didn’t do anything wrong but she apparently thought so. Still, a special needs driver who flips off other drivers? I called the company afterward and left a message but no one has called me back. I guess this isn’t a big deal to them.

DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR CHILDREN! The vehicles are unsafe. The drivers are not properly trained. yesterday a driver forgot a student in a vehicle for hours. The Company is acting like its no big deal. That child could have died. This company is not safe for your children. They should be shut down immediately!

Just an FYI this company cant even update there website to give consumers accurate information. They are no longer even based out of Canton, but are now based out of Brockton!! Lazy rude and dishonest management to say the least!

This company should be shut down!! Dont trust them with your children. They put my child on a taxi cab without us knowing and then just dont pick him up. They notified the school district that they could no longer transport my son the same day because they had 9 people quit there jobs. They dont treat anyone the way they should. I would give 0 stars if I could.

HORRIBLE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY!!!! My niece unfortunately had to use this company to get to school this past year & it was HORRIBLE. The vehicle broke down FOUR TIMES & two of the times SHE WAS INSIDE!! The driver was late most days and when you call the office they say driver is in traffic sounds like everyone in the office is doing drugs a bunch of incompetent people in there who KNOW NOTHING. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!

Reckless driver alert! Canton 4:15pm April 23 handicapped bus #910. Beware if your family member was on that bus, they drive like a nut. I also called Mass Quality ride and the guy laughed at me for making them aware of it. I would think twice with this company!

This owner of this company is extremely unprofessional and treats his employees like they are just a number. Also most of their vehicles are not safe, and do not have everything they need to transport your children safely.

The office is awesome, good listeners, professional and very compassionate!! Chris and Robin and Abbey truly the BEST. They care for their clients and their workers😃.

This male that I know whom recently started working here experienced blatant racism! He reported it and had it on video! They later fired him !!!!! As if he said anything wrong or racist to the other employee attacking him verbally . Please, do not do business with them if you are a minority 🙏🏾

They treat employeese badly. There vehicles are dangerous unsafe. They dont schedule or do maintenance. When a vehicle breaks down they wont have a back up. You will wait till they figure it out.

Very racist staff. They threatened to fire my friend because he was going to report a racist employee and when he refused to let it go they later fired him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RACIST COMPANY.

Damion is the best driver there they treated him terribly but he was a great driver for us kids best driver there
