Very disappointed this was now my second order from this company, I should have learned from the first experience that it wouldnt go well. Not quite sure where to even start, the communication from them was very lack-luster I had to reach out time after time for multiple things like quotes / when my sign would be installed. They were much cheaper than the other companies I reached out to but I definitely see why after receiving my sign. As for the product goes maybe there was a misunderstanding but it was kind of a big misunderstanding then. First I was told there would be a scheduling of installation because i had to purchase a banner to put above my unit because this whole process took months and months for finish (got the typical covid excuse). There was no scheduling for install I came to work one morning to realize my banner had been taken down and sign replaced it, when discussing my sign i explained the building is white so i needed something to stick out and have the ability to be seen from the street. I was assured that would not be an issue as I would have a block on the building where my logo would attach to (this was also from what i know a requirement from the city) then the lettering would stick out, but no I received a white sign on a white building that I have since painted myself to look even have way decent. I reached out about getting my banner back, you would think that getting this back to me would be a priority but again I was fooled on that also. After asking about getting this back they said it was at there store, ok can it be delivered back out to me, yes but they wouldnt be in my area for weeks, so i was then forced to go out of my way to drive and pick up something i purchased from another company all because installation wasnt properly set up. Upon installation i was to get a quote for another piece of signage that was closer out to the street and to go below my sign that was installed, have yet to even hear back from them or be asked if i was satisfied with the product, safe to say i will not be working with them anymore in the future.

Awful and insulting.Dont trust this company or waste your time . I was a customer under a year ago and called for the EXACT same amount of decals and size, but for 2 locations ( one opening on Tuesday). I called and spoke to James initially ,also who i thought i had been talking to the whole time through emails after. After i was quoted over double and initially stated one location was in Avon to James and asked if that as to far or should i call another co, he said they can accommodate it. He never said for a fee or a charge or added money. I get the invoice for both spots needing 2 4x4, 2 3x3 & 2 5x7 decals with install for 698$.$ 300 was for installation alone, $150 each.Last time i paid $86 for one spot and now its 150$ and Im in the same city?! I asked why, response from Shania or whoever was it was a new store pricing or whatever and its no more. They came down 100 and then i asked if they can remove the old ones. They said for a fee if its over 30 minutes. 3 were on glass and one on a wall. All they seem to do is try to gouge for what they can. She requested 1/2 down which i emailed back with call me. when she called she was rude and very unprofessional. Her comment to me was i dont sound excited and maybe i should go elsewhere within 20 seconds of the call. I said i have a new spot opening Tuesday and i need this done. After how rude she was and told me James was a Graphic designer and not able to discuss sales or something, which he never said, and 3 days later i get a triple the cost invoice and the rudest rep in Shania?. The bill was 598 or so before tax now. I said for her being rude and insulting me and if she wanted my business id offer 600 out the door. She than said after arguing and continuing to insult me that for 100% payment she would, or i can pay the tax and pay 50% which was to me, insulting me that she didnt think id pay my bill which i have always paid this company previously as they have record of. She than told me good luck with my 2 new locations and went on her way. I would never recommend this place. The correct people dont give the information they need and i now wasted 4 days and will take my business elsewhere. I stated i will need $1000s in printing and decals in the next 60 days and she didnt seem to care. She is the reason i will gladly call someone else and if she was my employee shes be out of a job that quick losing money this way, literally $1000s i will need done and i told her. Call someone else is my advice. I have the old invoices to back it up. Truly a waste of valuable time and with the rudest employees i have dealt with. Run dont walk from this place. Theres a lot to choose from, they dont deserve the business from anyone.Ryan
