What is the point of having tape out on your cashier counter if I am not allowed to use it and am told I have to buy tape??? I went to pick it up to tape my package and was told I couldnt and had to buy it. If that is the case you should get it off the counter to use

Regular daily mail service is on point. But I have had several bad experiences trying to get accumulated mail delivered after a vacation hold and regular service restarted. Disappointing and frustrating.

I deal with Arsenio and Sue on at least a weekly basis. They know my quirks, and they get it. Also, very patient at customers who address them with any problems out of their control. Others are always sanitizing and ensuring the safety of others.The actual delivery service itself, thats a different story. It depends on which driver, which day, etc. Thats an issue that doesnt really deserve a knock down on the 5 star review, but I figured it may as well be addressed. Thats why its only 4 stars.

The employees at this location have been very pleasant and nice but as others have said, important mails get lost and never found. Where do the lost mails end up? I know I have returned wrong mail deliveries to my address many times.I have lost financial and important mails and I am afraid people may get access to my personal information. This is a very unsettling situation when I am always unsure if I ever get an important mail. I have lived in dozen other places in the USA and never had problem with my mail.

This is an excellent post office! The workers have always been friendly and helpful. One clerk was kind enough to let me and my fiancée stay 10 minutes past closing to finish putting postage on our wedding invitations. The clerk also made great recommendations to ensure our invitations would arrive intact and on time.

Packages sit there for several days before someone decides to pick them up and deliver them, and my mail doesn’t arrive until 7pm, I’ve never had mail come to me that late at other locations I’ve lived so, just how? do these people drag their feet all day?

Just giving one star is still too good of a rating for this post office. Always late mail. The company I work for gets late mail on the REGULAR. We always get the mail after 12:00pm when we as a business are supposed to get it at or before noon. I always call to check on the mail after 2:00 when we dont get it and I get talked to with an attitude from a worker there for zero reason other than the fact I guess Im reminding them they arent doing their jobs right. I only call because my company has received mail as late at 6:00 pm!!! Never mind the fact they havent picked up our out-going mail all week which the only reply I got was Ill text him. So your employees text on the job. Wonderful. I would love to not call about having mail or not! I just want to do my job, thank you. :) -10 stars!

Drivers refuse to deliver any package that will not fit in a mailbox. The driveway is 400 ft. long and they refuse to drive down to drop off a package when every other delivery service will perform this action. This is an absolute failure for a tax-payer subsidized institution.

Diane, you are awesome! I have all of my wedding stuff being delivered to my dads house which is my old address, and if it wasnt for her all of my stuff would be returned to sender or forwarded out to me and I cant even carry half of it on a plane. She has been updating me every time I get something in and it is delivered. Awesome! And she is so sweet on the phone.

Great managers but overall terrible experience. The Weak link sems to be the actual carriers that deliver the mail. I have had multiple packages delivered in random locations that are NOT my address. Sometimes people return the package to us out of kindness and honesty. This last 3 packages that were delivered somewhere else, no one returned them. Im sure they are enjoying my stuff delivered to their door! Mike and Julian were both very polite and attentive and very great guys to deal with one on one. They need to keep a better eye on what the carriers are doing because they are delivering mail to the wrong addresses repeatedly with apparently no consequences whatsoever. Too bad.

This location continuously loses packages, delivers to the wrong address, and is late on delivering. It is very frustrating when my packages say delivered and they are nowhere to be found. I have had my neighbors return packages to me multiple times because they are kind. I don’t think it is hard to read numbers properly on apartment mailboxes, but apparently that is the case? I would avoid this USPS at all costs.

Guy at the desk nice.......BUT, had to go in for one package that was 50lbs not delivered because it was too heavy. I think they are supposed to go up to 70lbs. its was big package so Ill give that a pass. couple days later had a 3lb package that wasnt delivered and said it was attempted. Well I was home during the attempt time noted but no door bell/knock and did not receive an attempt slip.It was something they could have just left at my door. Frustrating

First off, this is THE WORST place I have EVER dealt with in my life. Mrs. Jones was completely rude, cold, and a nasty person with an attitude from hell. Ive had these people lie to me, about packages and important mail (W2s) stating that they are delivered but they never actually delivered them. The postal carrier for my house puts MY MAIL in other peoples mailboxes without care or hesitation. They keep packages when they are supposed to be delivered a certain day that I PAY FOR and they decide to hold onto the package for as long as they please. There is only one friendly person at this location and it is the guy (I cant recall his name). Avoid this location at all costs. I called Customer Service to file a complaint, but Customer Service showed no remorse or compassion for the troubles that not only I myself, but others as well, go through with the USPS here. Im extremely fed up. If I could have my mail delivered by FedEx or UPS, I would. At least they are reliable enough to deliver on time and have more than common decency in their employees.

Officially frustrated with the Broadview Heights post office and its employees. Ive lived in Broadview Heights for about 3.5 years now. In that time, Ive had maybe 2-3 packages delivered to the wrong address and also received the wrong package for neighbors. Thankfully, our neighbors will bring them to us usually, however, Ive been missing a package that was marked as delivered since 11/16. Ive called probably 5 times and even spoke to someone in person to no avail. They keep saying they will contact the carrier to have them recheck other mailboxes, but Im pretty sure that has not been done. My package was delivered somewhere, or perhaps stolen in the short time between delivery and when I checked the mail that day. Beyond frustrated and tired of being told theyll call me - its all bs. Only giving them two stars because while theyre lying to me about finding out what happened to my package, at least theyre nice while doing so. And we receive MOST of our packages. I guess Ill never know what happened to my package and will report it lost. If anyone received a package for me somewhere in Broadview Heights, please deliver it? Thanks.

We have had nothing but issues with our mail delivery for the past five years... it doesn’t matter who you talk to all you get is attitudes and arguments when you call in about an issue...mail carriers don’t even attempt to deliver packages they just leaves slips saying it couldn’t be delivered even when you are home all day and would have easily noticed if they tried to deliver. Horrible horrible post office. Posting this won’t make a difference... but it’s good to vent about how awful this post office is.

Agree - Jeffs service and attitude is stellar / never w/o a smile - friendly and efficient, but get good service from everyone. Sell on eBay and at the post office several times every week and never had a bad experience (have seen them deal with bad / rude customers an still remain professional & helpful). And it is not easy to deal with a large variety of customers every day all day and still remain upbeat

Bad customer service and dishonest staff. I went in to get key for my mailbox and they gave me the wrong key. Went back for the right key but they said they lost the address list so could not give me the right key. Took my information down said would call me the next day after they speaks to the mailman for my route. Never got a call back. I called two days later, they still have not track down the address list and asked me to wait another 2 days. Finally I called again after 5 days. They told me they never got the address list from my development. I asked how come my next neighbor has the the right key to her mailbox if they never got the address list to match the mailbox. Then the lady on the phone just yells at me to check with my development and deny they had the address list which was provided by the developer for my development 6 months ago. That was obviously a lie, because they first said they lost it then claim they never got it and can’t explain why my next door neighbor has the right key. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I still can’t get my mail.

A package was sent to me via 2 day priority. Its been over 5 days and it still didnt show up. I called the post office and talked to a Ms. Jones who was no help, very mean person and nasty. Didnt care to help me at all, told me whatever its says online thats call she can go by. I wish i had a job where Im paid to be mean to customers. Ms. Jones was a waste of time.

Ive read all of the reviews but so far I can honestly say that I havent really had any bad experiences here yet...everyone has been cool and polite. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, if I had to be picky about the place is that occasionally their product shelves are out of stock. I used to run a store for 7 years with a company that shall not be named lol and this would be unacceptable at my store. I made sure that the inventory counts were accurate and that I ordered the product, so I expected my employees to fully stock the shelves with it. Other than that though, not too bad of a post office really! Ive experienced much worse...ever visit the little USPS booth in Tower City?! Dont lol....

I dont know if all branches are this bad but these people are pathetic. they have cost us hundreds of dollars and countless hours fighting issues, tracking packages, paying to re-send items, and lying about delivering items. i am too exhausted to even go into details about how poorly the broadview hts branch is keep in mind i already have a pretty low expectation of usps. i wish Amazon would just finally win and the govt cave and sell it to them.

They lost my mail and couldnt do anything to help me. Basically if you dont pay them extra not to mess up by certifying your mail they can lose your mail and do nothing to help you. I shouldnt have to pay extra for them to get it right and their protocol for finding missing mail is terrible.

The driver is too lazy to get out the truck and walk a package to the door. I have a short driveway but still I guess not short enough. I get a message saying no access to location when indeed there is access. I have to do my job everyday so why can’t the post office employees do there’s

They will lie about packages marking them as delivered. After calling them several times and receiving different stories about what the driver is doing Its hard to believe them at all.I just want the truth. If the package is lost or late I can deal with it, but being lied to is very frustrating.
