I have been a customer of The Cleaning Authority for a few years now. They do an awesome job and the management is very responsive to any changes or requests. It’s a great feeling coming home to a clean, sanitized house. Would highly recommend them!

Well, , I was back to my regular crew this month snd didn’t realize it had been so long since I had Alison and Taylor.!! They do a great job on my house and know that there are certain products of my own that I like them to use and they know where to find them when I am not home which was the case today because they were early. The cleaning service was on time, professional, respected covid protocol and did a really nice job on my living room, dining room and kitchen. The folks who came are very friendly as well. And the phone app makes it very easy to schedule and the communication is good so I know when they are coming.

That should say it all...in addition to our longevity with them the staff is incredibly professional, reliable and thorough. They been especially flexible scheduling while my kids have been doing part of their school week online.They are the very best!

The workers are great and do a good job. Today, there was a mix up about what time they would arrive. I did not receive my usual call and email, so I supposed they would come at the time that they have been coming for the last five years or more. They did not. They came 1 1/2 hours later after I had called. The person on the phone told me that I could open an App and check on my own. I am an older person and do not use these technologies. I would hate to change to a different service if we cannot iron out this issue. Many seniors use these services and are not technology knowledgeable....and have a difficult time reading screens.

They always do a good job and I like the rotation of focus areas. The girls are great and they have been able to maintain some consistency so I don’t feel like I am always leaving strangers in my home.

This service is prompt, provides their own products but will use ones I like and I provide. The 2 workers get to work immediately on the scheduled rotation of emphasized rooms and all the usual tasks. They are open to my requests about how I prefer something.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for numerous months now. They always have arrived in the timeframe provided and do a great job cleaning.

We have used them for years. Have had many different crews, most are really good but like everything on occasion you will get a bad crew and they will turnover. Have recently had Andrea, Alanis, and Angelique and theyve done a great job.

When you’re first hired it’s as if it’s a very professional family business and everyone is very friendly, after your in and you mess up even the smallest of things your pulled in the office by the wonderful Janice delap and she asks you if your stupid or lazy for missing some dust or one crumb! I understand left to right get every inch miss nothing blah blah blah but when a boss stoops down to a level as low as she does they only deserve bad reviews. They’ve made it far because of the people who have nowhere else to go and because of the few customers they got under there sleeve. Janice told me to stop doing what I was doing right in front of the customer because “ it was pretty much a free clean because she had a gift certificate” common sense somebody payed for the gift certificate so therefore it was not free and I was doing as much as I could to satisfy the customer and the customer apologized to me because she thought I did something wrong when in all the owners are the problem!

If I could give it less I would. The owners are unprofessional and rude one owner in particular “terry” very rude and unprofessional already been sued once and still doesn’t care how he treats people . People like this shouldn’t be in buisness . I’ve called many corporations to complain.
