Three young men came out. Scheduled a pick up for 2-4 but phoned not 20 minutes later and asked if they could come in 15 minutes. Absolutely!!! Came. Took the furniture and bbq grill. No damage when removing the furniture and placing on the truck. Picked up all the yard/organic material in total. Left nothing behind. Even took the little bits of limbs and branches and leaves that broke off. All looked spectacular when they left. Will be using this service again!!!! Highly recommended.

I’m rating this company as 2 stars, only for the reason that they came out when they were supposed to, but upon trying to get a quote, it was never emailed, I called the gentleman who came out, no call back, and sent 2 emails asking to see when the quote would come, and they said they are working on it. It’s been over a week and it’s not really complicated. I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times for a quote on a simple job.

This is my first time using Junk King and they are simple and unequivocably professional, responsive on time and professional. I knew they were 15-20 minutes out for both dropping off and picking up the dumpster. They showed up right before their 8am window, called in advance, and were professional and courteous. They were good with wearing masks inside the house too.I had them remove a large and heavy 3 piece sectional from our basement with a fun turn at the top of the stairs to work around. My movers a few years ago ripped a railing out of the wall and punched a hole through my drywall while moving this sectional, but Junk King was perfect. No damage at all with a very complicated move. A+!

They were professional, communicated clearly and often. I let them know when we were done filling the dumpster on Saturday afternoon and that it was half full. When they picked it up Monday at 8:00 am, they said it was 3/4 full and charged us for a full dumpster. I think its unfair they charged us for a full dumpster.

We rented a Mini King dumpster to aid in clearing out old furniture and accumulated items from the basement. Scheduling online was simple and the dumpster arrived first thing in the morning on the designated day. The driver called about 30 minutes before he arrived and was friendly and extremely skilled and able to drop it right where we wanted. The whole drop off took less than 10 minutes.Originally we had scheduled to have it for 3 full days with pick up early on the 4th day but we completed our clean out late on the second day. I called Junk King and they were able to arrange for pick up a day earlier with no problems. The driver again called 30 minutes before arriving and had the dumpster secured and reloaded on the truck within 15 minutes. I am extremely pleased with service and would absolutely use again.
