I am a new patient of Dr. Petroff as of today, and I couldnt be more thrilled with my choice of dentist. I moved a few years ago and wanted a dentist closer to my current home, and after sifting through Google reviews, I landed on Dr. Petroff. Theres a reason everyone raves about this practice--it truly is the best. I have never felt more welcome, more safe, more attended to, or had a more complete and successful visit at a dentist in all my life, without exception! Proper Covid protocols were followed to a T, and everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable, and completely available in case I had any questions or concerns. Rochelle was incredible, and Dr. Petroff is every bit as amazing as everyone on Google says. I will never leave this practice, and will be encouraging everyone I know to switch. Denise at the front desk and Amy, my hygienist are always friendly and have been staples in the office since I began going there. The office is modern and very clean. Wonderful experience, very thorough and detailed. Really feel like they have a comprehensive plan for your oral health. They do not lecture you and treat you with respect. I hadnt had a cleaning in a couple years and I know they had their work cut out for them but they never made me feel bad about it in any way.

I havent had Dr. Petroff as my dentist for too long, but she makes it seem like we have known each other forever. She is very personable and always makes an effort to remember important things about each of her patients. Along with that, she is also surrounded by an awesome staff of fabulous women. Every single person who works in that office always has a smile on her face and when speaking with you acts as if you are the most important person on the planet. Going to the dentist is not always the most pleasant of experiences but I can honestly say I do not mind it because Im always excited to talk with Denise and Georgie and Amy :)Not only do they have a great staff, but I always love the look and feel of the office. It is bright, modern, and fun and does not give you the feeling of a dentists office at all. I think their purple theme is totally awesome and very inviting. I also love that there is a TV in every room and the second you sit down they are handing you the remote so you can pick your own channel.Lastly I will talk about the efficiency of the front desk. I do not believe there is any problem, be it insurance, payment, timing, etc. that Denise cannot solve. She knows everything there is to know about every insurance company out there and Im pretty sure she can answer your questions better then the companys reps can most of the time. And she does it all with a big smile on her face!

When you walk into Dr. Heathers office you feel like you are a part of the family.The friendly faces and smiles go above and beyond at every visit. Every time I go here its such a great experience and they are so reasonably priced! They are the MOST professional amazing dentists Ive ever been to. They saved me like $10,000 which another local dentist in Richfield had quoted me. DEFINITELY try them, you wont be disappointed. They explain everything in detail, theyre awesome with my kids - going to the dentist is oddly a pleasure with this place!

This practice is truly one of a kind! Each and every staff member goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and cared for. My 4 year old sings their praises to everyone Dr. Heather makes my teeth sparkle and is so nice. In fact, since starting here we have moved out of town, but make a point of getting her teeth sparkled when we are here, because there is no one that even compares!

I have been coming to see Dr. Petroff and staff for many years. Before my first visit, I had gone many years without seeing a dentist. I was always terrified and due to that, I neglected my teeth and was embarrassed. Dr. Petroff and staff made my first visit and many visits after that, very positive and up beat. I cant say I get excited about visiting but every visit is pleasant and everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. By far the best dental experience Ive ever had. The entire staff was very professional and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. The office was clean and organized. Dr. Petroff has really changed my life! When i came to Broadview Heights in 2005, i had been through a series of bad dentists and my teeth were in bad shape. In addition i was caring for my elderly Mom and she needed work done. Dr.Petroff sat down with me after my first exam and give me the bad news. There were so many problems she had to correct, i just sat there in shock, tears in my eyes. Dr. Petroff took my hand and said We will work through this together, one thing at a time, and i promise you everything will be OK. She was right! We did work through it together and today everything has been fixed and i ALWAYS felt that Dr. Petroff was completely with me. She is not only an extremely fantastic dentist (she has all the latest technology and she continues to learn new techniques so her patients have the best!), she is the kind of person you would choose for a friend; honest, kind, she tells it like it is but she also tells you she will hold your hand along the way. Her personality extends to her office staff. She has chosen THE best women for every position. She then treats them with the respect they deserve. An example: when i first started going to see her, i noticed she when her dental assistant handed her an instrument, she thanked them! I could say wo derful things about every staff member! They are all kind, trained well, wonderful women! But special mention must be made for Denise, the Office Manager. She works hard to solve every scheduling problem, and any financial issue. She makes you feel you are the most important person who walks in the door! And then there is Georgi, the Dental Hygenist...she is amazing! She is the best trained, kindest, most compassionate hygenist Ive ever met! Dr. Petroff makes sure every person on her staff is trained as well as they can be. She works with everyone to make sure they have the time they need to take courses to better themselves which of course is the best thing for her patients. I treasure the friendship we have established over the years I have been her patient. She is truly there for every patient, no matter what! I could say much more but this review is starting to look like a novel! Sufice to say, if you want the best dentist, the best staff, the best possible outcome for your teeth, then you must make an appointment with Dr Petroff! Denise will be happy to help you and you will feel like you have been with friends when you leave the office, a smile on your face and beautiful teeth!

Everyone at Dr. Petroffs office is friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Petroff is very knowledgable about many procedures and truly cares about each patients dental health. Dr. Petroff and her team are great! They are compassionate and kind when Im nervous about getting work done. Dr. Petroff always spends extra time with me to make sure Im comfortable before she starts any work. I Always have more than a positive experience at Dr. Ps, which has never been the case at the dentist before. Adittionally, Dr. P did my invisilign and whitining before my wedding.
