Two flat tires on the PA turnpike. Robs was there within 10 minutes. Very professional and upfront with the price for the tow. Replaced all four tires within the hour. Price was very reasonable. If I lived closer I would use them for everything.

Robs service department is outstanding. I was pleasantly pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. I felt they were honest and were really looking out for my best interests. The service manager Bill is a great guy. He explained in great detail the issues that were going on and potential issues that could arise in the future. I highly recommend Robs service.

Towing very reliable and ran into a car meet at one of the dealerships.

Satisfactory. They didnt get the root of the problem until the second visit after the first attempt failed. This should have been identified the first time.

Had my car service at Robs Automotive for a winterize special and the mechanics and Laura were very thorough and minute detail-oriented with the car repair report. Any additional actions and repairs were done on the spot for a reasonable price. Im going to probably take my car back to them to resolve the brake cylinder valve squeal though but I strongly recommend getting your car serviced at this repair facility.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; Total rip off! Robs is the only company authorized by the PA turnpike to tow disabled vehicles. AAA is forbidden from servicing their customers on the turnpike. The tow truck worker from Robs that came to pick up my vehicle made it sound like he was trying to save me money by towing to Robs for repairs, however this was later became very obviously a lie. I informed over the phone that to merely see what was wrong with the vehicle they would charge me $115/hour. This whole system is such a scam I wouldnt use them even if it were my cheapest option, which it was very obviously not.

Great price and great service

I was recommended to this place saying that they do a good job and would not mess up my car. I was told that the repairs on my car would be done in 2 to 3 weeks time. I’m a reasonable guy, I waited about a month for them to finish it. However when I dropped by to check it out, they told me they haven’t even started the repairs on the car. It’s been almost a month and a half now and they tell me at least 2 more weeks before it’s done.... Very disappointed and just wish they had told me upfront how long it would actually take, would have taken my car elsewhere. I work and go to school full time but they don’t seem to care. They obviously prioritize one customer over another.

Great service and pricing. Theyre very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They provided info on estimates and time frame for the work to be completed. Very thorough and detail oriented. They will not push you into getting something you do not need.

The staff at Robs was polite to me, however there was a very transparent attempt to overcharge me for a new engine. When I called to inquire about the cost of the new engine, they said they found one for $4600-$5000. Later on in the same conversation, they let it slip that the cost was exactly $4400 (there was no update to the price; they simply forgot that they had given me a higher price range earlier in the conversation). Their total estimated cost for a rebuilt engine and labor to install it was $1600 more than the first competing auto shop I called and $1500 more than second one I called. Both of the other shops told me that there was absolutely no way to justify charging me that much. All three shops were sourcing the engine from the same supplier (Jasper).Robs also provides a towing service. When I decided to have my car towed to a different shop to have the work done, the estimate for the tow that Robs provided was $750. I decided to call around to other towing services, as this also seemed overpriced. The very first place I called offered to tow my car (over the exact same distance) for $430.Again, the people at Robs were fine, but I would never recommend the service to a friend, as I think they are gouging their customers.

TOTALLY DISREPUTABLE!! My car was towed by Robs from the PA turnpike. I wanted AAA but was told Robs is the ONLY service company with permission to tow from the turnpike (SHADY) The driver instructed me that the tow was $70 dollars but Robs would not do any work until I called to either give them permission or move the car to another shop. When I called, I was told that the car was very low on oil and would need about $1200.00 worth of work before they could start it and evaluate for further damage. I declined and decided to take the car to another repair shop. I was then told I owed $125 for the tow and $460 for their service. By law, they are not allowed to charge for work not ordered by the owner but they dont really care about the legal or ethical issues. They would not release the car until paid. So they lied about the charge for the tow and charged $460 to check the oil level; never even started the car!ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!

Came in for my annual inspection. GREAT service as usual! Very professional and knowledgeable nice workers. Kept me updated. Very nice waiting room. complementary drink, snacks and kid friendly with coloring books. And Tv. Very clean! Felt very welcomed! Thank You! Robs Automotive Service. 💖😁👍

I had damages done to my 2013 jeep patriot at my job, the whole bumper was tore off , it took a minute for everything to get approved through my job, but the result was great, my jeeps bumper looks brand new, and they also detailed my car, now i can tell people its a 2019,,I will definitely recommend
