Bought a Cadillac SRX at this location. Had a vehicle for less than eight hours and Check engine light came on. Take it back the next morning they said could’ve just been dirt or something on a sensor told me they reset it it was fine. So I left the light came right back on within a couple hours so I brought it back in and they had to replace the sensor and did so at no charge since I’ve had the car less than 48 hours. By that next week the GPS begin not to work and there was a loud clicking sound in the front tire. Frustrated I returned it they fix the clicking in the front tire but told it it would cost over $200 for them to even look at the problem for the GPS. I’ve had the car in there every single week since I purchased it I understand that it’s a used car and I purchased it as is but I feel that it is more than coincidental that after purchasing this vehicle every single week something else is wrong. They have been very inconsiderate and unwilling to work with me with all the issues that I am now having. So this is week number four and I had to call again today because now my sunroof cover is completely broken and jammed. And for them just to look at it to give me a price on fixing it it’s gonna cost me $100 for a diagnosis fee. I believe that this company is very unprofessional they have yet to even offer an apology for selling me a terrible vehicle that has been in the shop more in the first three weeks I have had it then the vehicle I traded them in the five years I owned that car. I’m fully aware that these things may not of been things that they knew were wrong with the vehicle. But the fact that the only comment that was made was that “that’s the risk when you buy a used car”. And then I had to remember “it’s as is and it’s not their fault”. And although I am aware that that is the truth. It is the risk that you buy when buying a used car but this is a large dealership and for them to not be willing to work with us on trying to fix the things that are wrong with this vehicle or even offering an apology or another option for us for a trade-in is completely disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership or team to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. And we will not be coming back to do business here anytime soon.

Service was pleasant. The job performed was completed At the conclusion it felt they were rushing me out the door and my questions didnt matter. When walking through the showroom. The receptionist couldnt even smile or say hi. Also the salesman leaning on the desk couldnt be bothered either. I would not even consider this place when buying a car. Peoples intentions are best known when nothing is at stake. A Hi and smile goes a long way.

These guys are absolutely awesome we traded 2 cars in today where other dealerships said no and they paid off everything and got us into a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 quick and easy and what a easy crew of gentlemen to work with what a great experience!

Stopped by one of their lots( the one beside the Cadillac dealership) looking for a good used 2017 or newer GMC Acadia. Drove around the lot looking. One salesman came out ant waited for me to drive up to the building. I told him what I was looking for and he said he didnt have anything. I asked about their other lots and he said he didnt know what they had. Didnt offer to check for me ore anything. 2 days later I brought one from Jerry Hunts Super Center in North Carolina. They drove 140 miles to deliver it to me. If I didnt like it they would take it back. Great dealership to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I took my car to the shop needing 2 fuel lines replaced. When the car was started it threw a check engine light. So I went back in to tell them and they said they would “look at it”. After a few minutes they came to tell me that the oxygen sensor code and the radiator temperature sensor code was going off. I asked them what they did to my car and they claimed they did nothing to it and none of them were related, but told me they could get me a quote to replace the parts.Needless to say I did get upset and left. My wife even called them because we have a hum that is always hooked up to it, and it didn’t throw any codes until it was started up this afternoon. They gave her a little attitude about it and said that nothing could be done about anything somebody might have done because nothing could be proven. And by the way I did find the loosened oxygen sensor and already fixed/tightened it. Working on fixing the temperature sensor now.
