Never knew this company was affiliated with Kemper until I got my ID card, after about 6 months I needed a tow and was told I cancelled my towing on my policy not true at all ,also the number I called for assistance said they could find a Auto Policy for me be very careful with this company I switched to another insurance company because of the poor customer service
